It’s such a treat to see a new video of yours. It’s like a mini vacation. I grab a coffee and a biscotti, snuggle up on my porch surrounded by autumn colors and get lost in your beautiful production. Thanks for all you do!
The first house in the second location would be absolute perfection! I agree with one of the other commenters, natural sound would be wonderful. Especially the one by the sea.
Ostuni-Gallipoli-Monopoli-Polignano a Mare-Fasano-Lecce-Brindisi is my favourite triangle in puglia. Beautiful beaches, great food and drinks all provided by people that know how to live very close to heaven, while firmly rooted to their home soil.
Wind doesn't sound good against a microphone though, so you won't get a good sense of the real sound of being there. He's doing very professional videos and probably wouldn't record something that sounded as bad as that.
I absolutely LOVE your videos, mini vacation for sure. They really give us an idea of what the homes are like in the region and what the community offers. I want to buy as well a piece of this heaven and you really do a great job at showing us the possibilities, the beauty of each situation!! Thank you soo very much! Keep up the great work!!
Absolutely lovely. It won't be much longer before I can start looking to buy. So far, these areas of southern Puglia look ideal for retirement. Great work and thank you for the efforts. I'll be in touch.
i wish I had a couple million to live la dolce vita in that second house. beautiful views.... lovely house and garden it would be even better if it were connected by an indoor stairways with the upstairs being a master suite
@@sandrogalli6133 yes the only issue is the 850,000 euro for the house. plus need remodel a bigger bathroom upstairs and take away that upstairs kitchen.... still probably 50-80 k eur for all that including stairs.
Stunning. I didn't expect it to be so beautifully designed inside. This is a great property for a family. Alas, I am in a different stage in life and I am only an observer for this one. God bless you. You have a great channel.
So many amazing details on that first house, but especially loved that tile work. Small tiles that just accented the amazing stonework on the ceilings and marble stairs. What a gem!
Another beautiful part of Salento, I'm really sold on that part of the country. Love the first property and the views from the second property. Keep up the good work Marco, I really enjoy your presentations and look forward with anticipation to each video.
Love your videos! The only thing that would be helpful is when fireplaces are mentioned, which is to know if they are functioning as it's not always clear
It’s a beautiful home, I was lucky I found my dream home one of 4 apparently in Australia with internal views of the ocean the bay and the CBD at night… from all around the house and over looking a local golf course. That will never be built out… and have those views interrupted. ❤ nice video..
Hi There, I’m new to your channel. Great video. My goodness… if only it could stretch my Canadian dollars to purchase that second villa! It’s a dream property to me. I very much would love to have a place that has a second separate unit, for guests. The views were stunning! Grazie! P.s. I am not seeing links to the properties?
I have watched the second house video over and over. My dream. I actually love that they are small...to go minimal and just enjoy retirement there. Just heaven. Id have to sell here in Australia first.
welcome! you would be among the first Australian to come over here just a little note, the house are small since it was very hard to obtain permission to build a home, and now it's end of game for new houses to be built in that zone (which is a natual park and no more home will be built) ciaoo!
You put together a good video series - not just showing a property or two, but provide a little feel for how it might be to spend a day there in the food, amenities, logistics. The second property here is great, but it's on the wrong coast! How about some sunset ocean window views?

We are big fans of your channel. We eagerly await each episode. Your production, cinematography, and humor is really unique. Keep that the focus of your channel. Please avoid using all the vapid overused real estate salesmen speak though, it ruins it. Don’t use corny empty words like ‘stunning, absolutely, prestigious’, they are over used and make you sound like a cheap real estate hustler. Instead trust what you are doing, keep the focus on your unique style, it’s already superior to what any channel offers and doesn’t need that tacky language. Excited for the next episode. Aloha from Hawai’i.
In general , realtors use this completely overused real estate jargon, which is totally annoying . Marco did not use it this time, but the word ‘cozy’ ( when they really mean ‘small’) gets to me every time. But I really find Marco does such a wonderful , high quality description of the properties, and he certainly doesn’t sound like a ‘cheap real estate hustler ‘.
I’ve found the same in my research , as a us citizen it’s difficult to move to Italy without a way to qualify for a visa. I’m saving up to buy a home in Italy now, but I expect that I’ll have to fly back the us every 3 months and stay away for 3 months, meaning I have to maintain a home in the country here even if I buy there
Hi, I really enjoy watching your videos. I am thinking of moving to Sardinia, I like sandy beaches (not rocks ), and warm weather year round. Which area would you recommend that close to the beach and not far from towns. I would like to watch sea from the window, if possible. Maybe you can recommend some other towns. Thank you...
Un altro video di alta qualità! Stai migliorando ogni singola volta.
The first house was amazing. The kitchen was too small. The second house does not impress. The terraced grounds and outdoor ambience are spectacular. Thank you for the tour. Buy the first one and put in your pool!

Great home. Good deal. It’s a fix a. Up a. But cool. I looking to relocate to Italy. Soon. Not sure we’re. Yet. Want to buy a old home. Fix it up or buy one. Already fixed up. Either fine. For me.

They are both beautiful properties, but I like the second one best because of its proximity and view of the sea. I guess the location dictates the price, but the fact the second is twice the price of the first, which is much much larger, is really strange. A presto ciao! 😊😊
Is this 400,000 euro home on sewers or septic system? What is the purpose of the thing that goes across the driveway going to the garage? What is inside of the out building? Is it on well water? Is there any other entry into the garage from the outside besides the garage door?

Beautiful but it looks a bit isolated and kinda boring . If you need major medical services or dentistry you would probably have to drive to Brindisi or Bari which, depending on where you are could be a pain especially if you have to go back multiple times. All prices are in Euros which is a pretty strong currency and although in general things are substantially cheaper than say living in SF or Seattle, it’s still more expensive in general than Thailand , Malaysia or Indonesia for example . That said I have a German friend of mine who has a wife and two kids living full time in Switzerland.and they have a pool, villa in Puglia where they spend their holidays and they love it . He plans to retire there with his wife when the time is right . The prices for property are a bargain compared to some of the other tourist regions like Tuscany or Le Marche for example . The best parts in my opinion are the weather and the food , simply fantastic !
Nice one. It seems like the second property you pay 300k for the view. Imagine you live there for 3000 days (9 years) that means about 100 euros per day to see the Ocean which is no cheap (300.000/3000) but if you can afford it I can understand.
