Somehow that great interior touch of the owners went missing here I felt. The price appears justified, compared to other properties I've seen. Someone will be a very happy new owner of this unique abode. I'm very jealous.

I love the interior doors, the detail and that they are painted rather than the standard cheaper looking wooden ones. Curious to know what the sale prices of this beautiful home was? There is a window with green shutters opposite the French doors in the first bath you showed.... What room looks into that washroom?

Or is it just an apartment complex with roof access? I just didn’t understand from the way you filmed it. Opposite the front door is a balcony; where is the street/access view? I’m asking because there is an overwhelming amount of historic property in Italy that is almost Tetris in style where ownership crisscrosses the ground plan which leads to many disputes with neighbours that slot in either above or below or even in between.

I’m not sure I could live happily with such high windows, without an outside view on the world. Might seem a bit like a gilded prison cell. But I could be wrong. Price seems reasonable. Are there any communal or condominial charges? Is it sold as one or two properties on the catasta?

No amount of the young man's enthusiastic gesticulating can hide the fact that this lovely house is closely hemmed in by ugly modern buildings that completely block any view it might once have had. A pity the Italian planning authorities allow such sacrilege.
I really don’t like the layout of this townhouse on a personal level . Especially not having the bathroom near the master bedroom and the kitchen could have been a little bit more spacious.. maybe they should’ve kept it as two townhouses…. Another thought is about the laundry room. I don’t think it was the best location for it. Respectfully, these are just opinions
Why would anyone want to live in a labyrinth with such strange window heights? It is nicely festored but very complicated and full of stairs. No thanks. No amount of vaulted ceilings can compensate for such a layout.

House is stunning,but we have a country home in Umbria,and I wouldn’t live in a town. Nice to visit but not to love.
