I imagine the price would depend on how much of the work you want them to complete or how much you want to take on yourself.

Price, please. what is the point in hiding the price? is better to make it clear from the beginning and save time to your company and the potential buyer instead of wasting time answering emails.
We always put the price, and people still don’t see it and ask for the price.
They have done a superb job on the work they have completed.

the stone work here is incredible and the interior downstairs is as stunning as anything i've seen. outside tho its strange not least because comparing this landscape say to tuscanny its flat and uninteresting and along with that is the vast expanse of open area within the compound itself .... i daresay that's down to my lack of imagination .... but place this building in tuscanny and omg you have heaven on earth.
It’s really an area you need to visit before deciding it is not for you, Tuscany is beautiful but has a very different feel to this area, as with every location it has its strengths and weaknesses, it all depends on your priorities
That´s why in this area properties are much cheaper than in Tuscany. The problem is only when owners renovate in the way they like and intend to sell because they tend to charge too much. The possible income is much lower than in Tuscany too because this area is not as well known and visited as that.

@@paulhornsey-pennell1931 I do not know. Perhaps they´ve gone too far in the renovation of a part and spending too much there in things they like. I love the building but to modify certain things would be expensive, that´s why I am not asking price.

The marketing of this property is a fail. No price screams that they are ashamed of their asking price. The agents are representing the sellers that are clearly asking more than the fair market value. If it was a good price from a buyer’s perspective, the price would be displayed prominently. The implied philosophy to this marketing plan is: “If you have to ask the price, then you cannot afford it.” So, to reiterate, this is my definition of an ineffective marketing strategy.
Take your American thinking out of the equation. Yea I would luv to know the price however I'm not going to lambast the video with nonsensical diatribe.

What’s the price
since it seems a lot of money was invested into the renovation here I wonder if there is any experience with application of combined underfloor heating/cooling solution using reversible heatpump instead of underfloor heating and a separate aircon as in this case? combined heating/cooling would be a much cleaner solution with minimum extra investment, but maybe there are reasons why these are not common in puglia?

It seems to me it was designed as a small boutique hotel rather than a home, and as such, that lovely kitchen is not actually as functional as it could be - was there a large larder hidden away somewhere?
How and where does the washing up happen? The only visible (beautiful stone) sink was next to that stunning range, so the dishwasher would be in chef's way, and it would be very difficult to clean large pots and pans in that sink in any event (and in full view of the guests). Was there a commercial dish washer squirreled away somewhere, or any dishwasher?
The kitchen is indeed lovely, just not well designed to actually do any serious cooking.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything; I don’t know where you’ve been looking.
Of course there’s a dishwasher and a lot of serious cooking happens in that kitchen on a daily basis ;)
Not sure exactly how I feel about that property. The walls and imposing exterior make it seem a bit like a luxury prison. but inside is wonderful. I suppose you could use the terras for landing your plane. You failed to mention how much they wanted for it. disappointing. Landscaping would probably run half a million. To do it justice. But wow.
Best not buy a 16th century Italian masseria then….. 🤦♂️
That inside stonework is gorgeous - sad that the outside is so plain & uninteresting - waiting for gardens of course, and with enough tress etc I think it could also look wonderful !

I love your videos, but you really need to buy a wireless microphone with a wind cover. The sound is horrible on the outdoor portions of this video and a wireless microphone is only $30-$50.

A little bit of work??!! The place is a hot disjointed mess. Looks like they gave up on creating a commercial property.
Is it supposed to be a home or a bar and hotel/B&B? Permitting and licensing? I do not know one person who wants a massive bar as the first room of their home.
You are overselling the basics, not spending enough time on the unfinished space, not adding the drone footage, not talking about some of the basics like utilities taxes and price are just a few of the red flags.
A flat stonehouse without any kind of garden, with a stonewall all around. Hmmm... It looks a bit like a prison.
It's overdone inside, new walls installed here and there... And why on earth is the original staircase been removed, and now replaced by a narrow ugly new staircase??? This big room down stairs could have been very gorgeuos, but now almost distroyed.
The furniture is not beautiful, I would not like to keep them.

I do not like the deco of the renovated area. That bar, the lights and more of the modern/ indusrtial aspects of it.
Do not like the open shelves or that island or the small windows in the kitchen. And I do not know what the floors are made of

I do believe that if you read the original comment again you will realise it was referring the decor, not the structure itself.

I love Italy and I want al old building like that to my older age but I do not like the industrial o too tendencial deco to intergere the building. I do not like hanging cables with apparent lightbulbs (year 2000 tendency that got old, I used and replaced by a chandelier) I do not like kitchen islands that are huge and bulky, I do not like open kitchen shelves (everything gets greasy) and I should pay for those things and later pay to tear them down (as the case of the entrance bar) and then pay again to do somethi9ng where those things were.
