Marco! Another great video thanks! Actually think #1 has great value for the price. #3 love the garden but no view of the sea. Seems like the inside of the buildings in Calabria are much more square vs Puglia. I love the star vaulted ceilings of Puglia. Even tho I am Calabrese. 😂. Look forward to the next.
I almost got taken for a ride trying to reclaim my Italian citizenship. Be very careful, y’all. There are loads of caveats, and there are people that will happily take your money just to tell you that you don’t qualify for repatriation.

Beautiful Thank you for the tour I’m planning to move to Italy in the future, and calabria is in my list to be checked I like the most the second house, but planning to spend a little bit less 👍
I can’t help to see the irony in the name of the city ´Pizzo’ because ´pizzo’ is also what is called the protection money asked by the maffia to the little shop owners. The irony is that Calabria is known to harbor members of the N’drangheta the most powerfull maffia in the world right now.
Very nice. As a potential investor, can you say what the gross rental income is annually for home #2? The home has the right look and location, but do the numbers work for as an investment? If I know the annual gross revenue I can figure out the acquisition cost, tax, and operating expense.
@@lozkko Yes, I am. I’ll retire there in a few years. I want to diversify my portfolio with some international real estate. Understanding the potential cash-on-cash returns for different areas is important. Consider it early due diligence.

Hi, thank you for this video. Pizzo is beautiful. I would love to see some houses ( not too big, around 100-150 sqm) that are a short walk or bike ride from a picturesque village but with a small garden and terrace, with views of countryside/sea. Preferably within 20-30 mins of the sea and a larger town. Under 150 000 Euros. I know, I know, but it is after all the dream 😁
OMG the beautiful food, SEAFOOD!! Gelato! 🎉😂❤ that looks like heaven on earth! I liked the third house the best although I also loved the first! The second is a great little investment as well. I could live in any one of the three! Calabrian beaches look way better than the French Riviera which is terribly rocky “sand”.
Your videos make the dream of Italy a little bit closer to a reality! And they’re so full of charm and good food, making the prospect that much more tempting.
Grazie mille per i vostri video! Ho alegria perché ci permetti di vedere un po' di Calabria. Amo la Puglia ma sogno di comprare una casa sulla costa del cedro. Sarebbe bello se avessi più video sulla Calabria sul tuo canale.
Wow 🤩 the food sounds amazing! I miss fresh ravioli but GF because of allergies. There is so much potential with that first home.
