I love all the finds, history, Thames etc, but I have to say I was very happy to watch the lovely girl with her hair up at the end. Those lovely dark eyes! Whooo!
I think I was as excited on the train trip in as you were! What a marvelous trip to the Thames -- you were well rewarded for your time away. A ROSE FARTHING AND A VENETIAN TRADE BEAD -- I admit to squealing with glee over both of them. So nice to see you back on the Foreshore and can hardly wait for you to visit there again!
wow what fantastic finds, and such a marvellous episode, I'm no expert but can I just say that your filmography is such a pleasure, the colours, framing , narration and editing are natural and uncontrived. this style obviously stems from the simple loving family you are, and it warms my heart to see it, what a pure breath of fresh air you are :)
You both look so beautiful and happy to be on the Thames again! Your finds where superb! I was so happy that Fleur, found a hammy! She looked so lovely, happily proud! You both had some amazing finds! I love to watch your Thames films but I really enjoy your Films from your local areas! Thank you for sharing this amazing opportunity, you have given the people like me, who will probably never see the Thames with my own two eyes. You really don't realise what an amazing gift you have given me. I would love to be able to go there one day. It is a fascinating historic place!
Thank you so much for such a lovely comment! We are hoping to make some films about the Thames and London in more depth. With more history and a look at some of the amazing places there are in the near future :)
Another lovely smile inducing video! Well done on finding the Rose farthing and the trade bead! Always makes me feel uneasy about trade beads but as Kate says, we need to remember those parts of history. Hope you both are happy and well and I love the tealight!
Wow, some great finds. What I love about your videos are the history lessons. I have learned so much since I watched the films. The candle holder looks like a beautiful water lily.
Wonderful objects but even better is the relationship between you two. Its obvious you're much more than mother and daughter but also best friends who.have discovered a common hobby you both enjoy. Cherish that above anything you find.

thank you both for a wonderful and lovely video! i treasure every second of your videos because they are crafted with so much love, and we all need that! congratulations on your rare finds!
Oh good! Another video. No early night for me… I love the pin finds too. I wonder who used them to pin their clothes, what their lives were like, how their pins ended up in the Thames… they got blunt? Fell out? The millefiore bead is gorgeous. I have a whole string that my Great Uncle brought my Grandmother back from his travels in Europe after WW1. They are mostly dark blue glass with red and yellow. I treasure them. The farthing - you wonder how folk stored them. You could easily lose that. And they obviously did.
Hello Kit and Caboodlers , I was signposted to watch you by the Northern Mudlarks and Mudpies and this is the first of your videos I have watched. Really enjoyed it and will definitely be back for more!!
Oh what a great lark. Ao many exciting things. It must be sohard to drag yourself away. This was one of thames that was very interesting. Thank you for taking us with you. It was marvelus.
Amazing finds. The tiny thing you said looked electrical is a hypodermic needle. I find a lot of those in my local 1930-1940s dump, here in Canada. The mystery item like a micro Fanta bottle might be a bit of tropical coral, common in ship's ballast. The pipes appear to be 1700s and 1600s.
My favorites were the same as the both of you, beautiful finds. I would not be embarrassed at showing joy over the farthing, happy is a good thing. Happy to see your back at the Thames, I like that area, happy hunting there. Loved the little tea light craft Fleur, nice to see there are things to be made from the finds.
What an adventure y'all had. Loved every bit!! Bucket list items fabulous, the unexpected wonderful, and hearing the joy, squeals of excitement for y'all was wonderful. Thank you again for another grand watch.

Hello from Northern California what an exciting video I enjoy watching to see what wonderful finds you discover and the history behind them and your creativity. Can not wait for your next video
You girls are so great! This is the second time I watched this video and I am just as excited for you about the bead and the coin as I was the first time. I read, crochet, flower garden a bit, feed my wild birds as well as try to keep house, laundry and meals up. BUT I look so forward to watching your videos as well as Northern Mudlarkers videos. It just isn't a really good week without my Mudlarkers! Stay safe! Covid is gearing back up! ❤❤
Perfect finds for you ladies. Rose Farthing is priceless. The Venetian Trade Bead, at first I thought it was a glass bead shaped like a fish. When you held it a certain way, I saw a fish with opened mouth, and two eyes. Can’t wait for your return trip to this magical shore.
Wow, what wonderful finds!! Congrats to both of you. You mentioned the ruckus you caused on the foreshore when you found your coin. Imagine the din from all 10,000 of your subscribers as we squealed along with you. I had to laugh thinking about 10,000 people trying to huddle around to see what you found. It's a good thing it's virtual! The candle holder is beautiful Fleur. :-D
Another wonderful adventure. I loved all the finds and was covetting the beautiful glass candle. The places your hearts and minds take you is so enjoyable for so so many. Smiling in Oklahoma, Barb
Such a wonderful hammered coin, Fleur. In such great condition, too. The excitement of finding one. Remarkable bead, Kate. The design and color are beautiful the Thousand Flower bead gorgeous despite the awful history it carries. So agreed that we must remember. I must edit and add that your tea light is so pretty.
Wow! Congrats on your hammered coin, Fleur! I was thrilled with each and every find. Though the pins and the tie that holds them isn't really that uncommon, they continue to be one of my favorite finds of the mudlarkers. We still love to find the pins as you do not really find them anywhere else but the Thames. It had been so long since we visited even the usual things were very exciting :)
Be careful, the item you found at 23.40 mins that you thought may be something electrical is a modern hypodermic needle from a syringe. Stay safe ladies xx
Great work as usual ladies. Mudlarking the Thames is in top five on my bucket list. Congrats on the Rose Farthing and the trade bead! The tealight holder seems very unique and quite beautiful. I really enjoyed this weeks video. Thank you!
My Dad had an old letterpress printing press when I was a kid. He did letterhead and party invites for extra cash. He still has the press, and trays of letters.
@@MudlarkingWithKitCaboodlers they are beautiful. I don't keep in touch with my Dad now, but know he didn't want to sell it, so guess he still has it. Its a big machine! Xx

be caused by deliberate fire craftworking or
by there having been an accidental fire

My Dad had an old letterpress printing press when I was a kid. He did letterhead and party invites for extra cash. He still has the press, and trays of letters.
I imagine they are lovely :)
