    In this video, I shared how to make kai muruku recipe. I learned it from my aachi( grandma in Tamil). Though it was a tricky one, she taught me the tricks to make it in an easy way.
    Ingredients:
    Dosa rice (IR 20) - 2 cups
    urad dal powder - 1/2 cup
    butter - 2 tsp
    cumin - 2 tsp
    salt to taste
    Urad dal powder:
    Dry roast urad dal and blend it as a dry fine powder. U can store this in a refrigerator and use it while preparing murukku, thenkuzhal.
    soak dosa rice for an hour. Grind it in a grinder as smooth paste. Add urad dal powder, cumin, butter and salt. mix it well. Then make murukku's as shown in video and deep fry it. Hope you like this recipe, pls do like, share and subscribe.
