    Question hopefully you can answer this. I want to bypass that amplifier in the back. Is there a harness I can buy? I will be using a a aftermarket 4-channel amplifier. Do you have a wiring diagram I can use if bypass is not available?

    This is awesome! I am going to get a 2016 FR-S tomorrow. Does this installation apply to the latest model as well? If so, count me in for one of these sound packages!

    This system looks really well designed. My only question is spare tire access. You use the tool free screw for securing the front part of the enclosure, but an allen screw for the rear part. Would I need to have an allen key in the car in order to access my spare tire?

    • @rayray9567
      @rayray9567 3 года назад +1

      I’d say just keep an Allen key in the glove box

    where you hooked up the wire at 6:52 is where i put mine the second time the first time i put it on the battery fuse and it messed up the car. Just a quick question.. if I'm doing the wiring for the horn do i put the wire to the same area also?

    • @Oemaudioplus
      @Oemaudioplus  7 лет назад

      Hi Prinz, we hope this reply find you well, enjoying your O+ sound solution and with your car running smooth. Regarding your horn is this an aftermarket or factory accessory? We would recommend consulting the manufacturer or instructions of the horn when it comes to installation.

    So now that you use the oem amplifier, you can remove the factory version?

    • @Oemaudioplus

      For the 400CF Series factory amplifier can be removed. For 450Q we utilize the factory amplifier ;)

      @@Oemaudioplus I’m considering buying the sound system just real quick when you say everything is the same you mean just copy the video or you mean it’s the same but just on the opposite side for Australian drivers. Secondly in TJ Hunts video he said that’s there no setting to change the bass level is that true or false ?

    Those green tabs aren't meant to come off, the kick panel slides into them. You're supposed to leave them attached to the car.

  • @Dracorath
    @Dracorath 5 лет назад +2

    Out of curiosity. Why is there only one Sub in this system and not one on both sides? Wouldn't it give better results rather than the one? I'd understand the price for two but for one it's arguable to spend half of the price of this product getting the same results by making it yourself and customising/fine tuning it.

    • @K03sport
      @K03sport 5 лет назад +2

      ...bass doesn't technically have to be stereo. Since it is omnidirctional, a single sub will fill in the lows just fine (fron anywhere). Integrating 2 subs into this setup adds (some) complexity and added weight. If you're going for spl/loudness and not clarity, more subs/bigger ones will get you there, but then you also need more power too.

  • @Marc.Castillo
    @Marc.Castillo 7 лет назад

    how is the bass with this set up?

    • @Oemaudioplus
      @Oemaudioplus  7 лет назад +1

      We deliver accurate, deep low frequency reproduction (rather than “boom boom” bass). High resolution (clean, crisp clear) sound is our top priority all the while delivering the impactful emotional weight of your music (via the low frequencies). You can expect seamless, full-range, detailed sound reproduction of instruments and voices without localizing the speakers or sub - a trait commonly associated with fine high-end home audio speakers.
