Thank you for that Robert, notice not to confuse Qal and Qatal. It is not an easy topic. You are right. This is not enough. this topic needs to be studied profoundly. (maybe some more videos…)
She started off the lessons reading from the Torah authentically but have now changed her dialect. It is most distressing. Of course one who is determined can ignore that in the short term, but oh, what a calamity!
hi - the Qametz, is supposed to be the long vowel and the patach the short vowel - but when you speak in this video the Patach seems to be pronounced long, instead - can you say something about this to clarify it please ? - (because in my mind i have been pronouncing it the orther way around since i though the Qametz is long) ---- Thanks a Lot! - your videos, and just you speaking slowwly have been so helpful.

The serpent is using plural mas. form in Hebrew. (Which can apply for both masculine and feminine? (we always work from Hebrew to other translations). Thank you!
It seems to me that a Qatal verb with a suffix attached showing who does the action. i.e. me, you, they etc.
Oh sorry what I really want to say is that I have always been writing Hebrew from left to right.
I have a little problem with translating wa-YO-mer as "and (he) said" because and is somewhat ambiguous. For example, if I say. I went up a hill and Jack went up the hill and Jane went up the hill, the reader doesn't know if we went up the hill together, or one right after the other in consecutive fashion. However, since the construction is a waw (aka, vav) consecutive, it is better translated as "then (he) said". When you say then, there is no ambiguity as to whether the action is of a consecutive or contemporaneous aspect.
What is the difference between qatalti and Ani ??

You are right Ani Atah.. are the independent pronoun in Hebrew, but Hebrew is attaching the pronoun to the verb, so one can see a correlation in between them:
Like Katavata means - you (ms) wrote - the Ta at the end is You ms)

Mi pregunta es: ¿cuándo comienza la pregunta?. Si observamos Rut 1:13 comienza con הֲלָהֵן aquí está la letra HEI pero la narrativa al parecer formula un interrogativo antes de esta palabra: ...además ¿daré a luz hijos para ellas...
Por favor, enseñanos como utilizar el interrogativo de la letra HEI.

Yo sé que no existen los paréntesis pero la idea que quiero expresar en español al hebreo es entender: cuándo abrir el paréntesis (¿) y cuando cerrarlo (?).

You need to pronounce 3fs 'she" qatelah in the qof there is a meteg.
