It was a pleasure to share my skin care routine with you all.
Very minimalistic, quite trendy.
Your teaching is so effective Beth, that I am going to hear 'huuuurggh' every time I read 'וַיָּקֵא'. 😂
😂 You're welcome
What a wonderful teacher you are ,Beth!
Alef &Bet. Your lessons are dynamic, interesting, vivid - simply speaking COOL! Hold on And G-d bless!
Excellent! There was a lot in it, so I really need to watch it a few more times, but it brought a lot together. I liked the way you had three to four verbs in the wayyiqtol using one short clip. You did a great job with the qametz hatuph. Loved the sound effects for the great fish vomiting Jonah. Keep up the excellent work, including the way you work in review of previous lessons! Thanks so much!
The noise of the dag's vomit was the best. Funyyyyyy
"For just as Jonah was in the belly of the great fish three days and three nights, so will the Son of Man be in the heart of the earth three days and three nights."

What a amazing God, care and kind always in his creation שבת שלום תודה רבה
Ooh getting into the verbs now! I’ve tried so many Hebrew courses, mainly self study. I always get disheartened at the imperfect/ vayyiqtol stage with so many ‘weak’ verb types. I’ve whizzed through previous lessons 1-40ish as a great revision and reinforcement, now determined to keep going with verbs. It makes such a difference to learn by CI. I was an English teacher for many years and used communicative and CI methods. It works!! Luther was right when he said the devil uses the tack of persuading Christians that biblical languages are not worth the effort. Wonderful to see it used for Biblical languages. God bless your ministry!
Jonah 2:11. One of my favorite passages to share with students - things you never learn in Sunday School. Sound effects appreciated.
Wonderful as always.
God bless you

Excellent series of videos on the stories about Moshe rabbenu, Jericho, har Sinai, Bet El, Boaz, .
You are a great teacher.
Thank you! 😊
I love the narrating so, so much... And it's really great to be able to get some narratives going here! Especially since we can focus on only one or two grammatical persons at a time (it's really helpful to me, at least).
Okay, this one challenged me big time. I'm figuring about ten times for my slumbering mind.
This is so beautiful teaching video for bibilical hebrew. I can feel the LORD is preparing the 10 tribes of Israel. This is amazing work. Thank you LORD. Thank you Beit and Avram for your good works for the LORD. I learned bibilical hebrew for many years, but I know this video keeps repeating with a good pace. This is absolutely great video! May GOD bless you and your family!
So helpful, thank you. Such great practice for weak verbs.
You guys do a fantastic job building layer upon layer!

Dear copple Bet&Avraham, Greating from Holland.
Many thanks for your " You Tube" Hebrew presentation with visual explaination. I like also your effort to learn us more about the biblical part of the Torah/ Bible and to understand the language better practically .
The secret of the verbs using in secentences construction is not easy, but i like the way you two, act as Bet and Avraham= Alef with Beth to make progress in the Hebrew World for the sake of Israël.

Great lessons💖. I cannot stop loving your guttural Ayin. It brings modern sloppy harsh Hebrew pronunciation to a kind of brotherly connection with Arabic and other "soft" lgs from that region. I am returning to Hebrew after a period of some disheartening, but with you it must be a success at last. I love your scenes with your husband and how you intertwine it with biblical texts. Shalom from Poland 🇵🇱
Shalom, thank you so much! We hope you'll have more fun and success with Hebrew this time around! 😊

Bet you are anointed to teach Ivrit😊
16:20 Beth, after the verb "to do" עָשַׂה before you used the adjective for straight, upright substantively, since it has the definite article, should the Definite Direct Object marker אֶת not preceded that adjective/noun? Great work! thanks so much.
Good observation. Yes, according to the general pattern, one would expect an את־ to appear before הישׁר, but in fact when this phrase עשׂה הישׁר "do to the right" or "to do what is right," occurs in the biblical text, it almost always doesn't have את־. The pattern of את־ before definite direct objects has many many exceptions in the text.
The vowels in Hebrew are difficult to distinguish
Is it just me, or are we done with quizzes beginning with this lesson?

שׁלום, בת. Por favor, me intriga el verbo יָקֶא, no encuentro su conjugación por ninguna parte. תודה רבה ושבת שלום לכם.
Puedes buscarlo en un léxico bajo la raíz קיא. Solo aparece en la Biblia unas 6 veces o algo así. שׁבת שׁלום
