It just amazes me the creative ways to explain even subtle nuances without leaving the Hebrew. So grateful for you guys.

That's true -- meanwhile I'm sitting back watching and getting no exercise. It wouldn't hurt to give some second person plural commands sometime! I suppose I could find the ones from the stories and act out the spies going into Jericho! 😁
@@ruthchappell9073 They use here many "natural method" techniques to teach, but indeed "total physical response" one is missing. We wait for a playlist like this!
@@meusisto You're seeing them do TPR with each other sprinkled throughout, that's where your exposure to second-person-singular imperative verbs is coming from. Pretty difficult to do the plurals unless you can film with a live classroom/audience, sadly.
@@ruthchappell9073 It's true! About the plurals, they use the puppets, what makes it even more interesting than with people, since it's varied!
Love the way the Bible stories are linked to the vocabulary. It sure reinforces the ideas.

I feel that I learned even more on this one! I loved all the questions and reviewing, especially answering questions with all the other Hebrew phrases / passages. I’ll have to watch this one over again once or twice to soak some more of it in. 🙂

It has been two months that I spend at least an hour with you daily. I'm so glad this content exist so I had to thank you again, sincerely, you both rock ;) ! Student feedback : so far I've watched every video twice (thrice for some that I felt less confident with) using space repetitions (besides lessons already being built that way!). A week example : day I: Lessons 1-2, II: 2-3, III: 3-4, IV : 4-5, V: 5-6 while also doing interactive quizzes of the previous videos VI: Reviews of 1-2-3-4-5-6. I would evaluate my retention to be around 80-90% ! So, it works very well for me. I can see myself having a blast into the Scriptures one day and I feel blessed.

Finally the 50, I guess in more or less two months I will reach the last one. I am already more advanced in the study of Hebrew, now I'm studying Zechariah to improve my vocabulary, but I'm using these videos too to review and practice listening.

Can anyone help me understand "שָׂם שָׁם" at 4:47? I assume both mean there, but confused why it occurs twice and one with Shin and one with Sin. Thank you!
שָׂם sam with sin means "he put' :)

We need translation to English
It''s enough if you listen often enough to Number 1-49. Then you can understand all. It's possible if you take your time for one lesson after the other. I make this experience.
The purpose of this method is to learn through perception, observation and deduction. There is nothing to translate here, only to absorb and assimilate in order to acquire the Hebrew language and be able to read the Old Testament! ☺️
