You need to change your diets and fluids. I mean no gluten No animal products apart from organic eggs and chickens once in awhile. No white flours, no white sugar, no white bread, no white sugar. In fact sugar is inflammatory so don't use it! Eat organic foods when you can! Use castor oil pack Blackstrip molasses organic Apple cider vinegar with mother organic and mix two of them one table spoon of organic blackstrip molasses and two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mix it in warm water have it on an empty stomach. Avoid caffeine! Caffeine is big no no. Good luck and I wish well. I change my life style and I am doing very well thanks to almighty God.

Go for laproscopy to remove those endometriosis cysts otherwise it will be big problem later better get laproscopy done and go for conceive treatment once u conceive ur problem will be solved
Push for a laproscopy with excision. Unfortunately it cannot be cured but coping mechanisms such as heat pads, tens machines, a non-inflammatory diet (search 'endo diet' and exercise help with the pain. ♡ I'm sorry you're dealing with such a horrible disease too :'( Sending my love xx
