Wayne, this is absolutely a very well illustrated video. I am purchasing and having 3 of these and a rubber mallet delivered for my son who is recently a first time home owner, these will be a perfect addition for his 3 car garage. Aloha Wayne, your right about the box being heavy i think close to 75lbs. the box is also large enough to make it difficult for one person. So if working alone like i am try unpacking from vehicle and move the components a few at a time to location they will be installed. Mahalo for your posting Wayne.

Thank you Wayne. You have the best video of all, showing the assembly of the Husky 5 shelf heavy-duty storage unit. I watched about five of them & yours was the easiest to follow. My biggest problem is joining the four uprights. The couplers are very difficult & extremely tight. I will try your suggestion of pressing the upright inwards & see if I can get the couplers on now. It seems the curved over edges are so very tight & almost flattened down. Wish me luck.

@@DIYwithWayne Thank you for your encouragement. However, I tried hard to get the 4 couplers onto the vertical posts, but it was impossible to pound them down the length they needed to go. I think their curved edges were folded over too tight to allow them to move down. Guess I'll try to call the Husky people tomorrow & see what they can tell me.
How much does that unit weighs? I got a floor that is kind of sensitive to heavy weights so I would like to know if it is a good fit for my floor.
According to their website, they each weigh about 75 pounds.

We accidentally attached the extension with the holes facing the wrong way! How do we detach the extension from the coupler?

This is the old style which was fine and easy to assemble. That NO LONGER EXISTS and the new design is horrible and not a good buy.
