  • Hey Guys, Welcome to my latest video, where I let you watch over my shoulder as I make my way through assembling the powerful Project Source Steel Boltless 5-Tier Shelving unit. While not a theatrical masterpiece, it does demonstrate how I assemble them.
    Watch the whole video because I reveal how to use the included middle shelf installation tool that connects upper and lower posts, enhancing the sturdiness of the shelves. Then at the end I show how to move them easily by yourself while they are fully assembled.
    We bought these straight from Lowes, this heavy-duty storage solution is perfect for garages, warehouses, and even offices, we are using them in our storage room to organize our basement.
    We looked at several styles of boltless shelving units and these shelves from Lowes seemed to fit our needs the best. They aren't going to break our bank account and will hold a lot of weight.
    These industrial strength boltless shelves are capable of carrying a whopping 800 lbs per shelf. The shelves are adjustable in 1.5-inch increments, giving you the freedom to customize your storage needs. What's more, the boltless design ensures a hassle-free assembly, requiring just a hammer or rubber mallet. and don't forget, something to open the box.
    Check them out here at Lowe's

    Boltless shelves on Amazon that can be delivered to your door.

    Remember, no nuts, bolts or shelf clips are needed, making the assembly process smooth and user-friendly. Whether you're revamping your garage or decluttering your office, this video will show you that assembling Project Source Steel Boltless 5-Tier Shelving can be done by anyone.
    Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe if you found this helpful at all. Sorry about the quality, I am not a production guru but I am working on it. I just want to help by showing how if I can.
    See you on the next one.

    My box came without those plastic caps on top, and also missing x2 little plugs or something.
    I was really frustrated and about to return it because I laid out all the parts and wasn’t about to build it to find out whether I needed those parts that instructions say go on last.
    Glad I watched your video, to see they aren’t necessary. I still have to install it 😢
    Thanks for including that ending… hopefully saves me from loading it up in my car, going to customer service returns, and hauling back an entire new unit.
    Hopefully my shelf turns out great like yours.

      @@UsernameOG0 Im glad I pit it in as well then. Honestly I dont use those caps either. Im not sure what little plugs you are referring to unless it is the parts needed to be able to build the side by side version instead of the 5 tier version.
      Anyways, call the company maybe they will send those parts if you want them. I’m glad it worked out for you, thanks for the feedback.

    Would you happen to know if there is a way to get replacements for the plastic parts you show in the video? When we purchased this unit we used it as two separate shelves so the plastic parts must have been thrown away. Now we'd like to use it as one tall shelving unit and need them. Thanks!

    • @hackthehoneydolist
      @hackthehoneydolist  2 месяца назад

      Hi Kimberly, I do not know if they sell them separately.
      The plastic piece is just a tool to help you line up the posts while putting the shelf supports on. They are not needed once that is done. It is possible to put the shelves together without them but it is harder. I would be willing to send you a set of mine if you need them. No cost just happy to help.

      @@hackthehoneydolist Thanks. My husband is so frustrated becase he can't figure out how to put the two pieces together. He said the tabs don't line up so I was wondering if these plastic pieces were what we were missing to make it happen. So they don't stay on when you put the next level together?

    • @hackthehoneydolist
      @hackthehoneydolist  2 месяца назад

      @@KimberlyBest-dp1xd no you don’t need to leave them on. You can if you want but they are just for lining them up to make it way easier. Email me at Hackthehoneydolist@gmail . Com if you want me to send you some. I probably have 4 sets of them.

    • @hackthehoneydolist
      @hackthehoneydolist  2 месяца назад

      i reread your post, the top shelf section sits directly on top of the bottom section. So the post sets on top of the bottom post and the shelf bracket goes in the top hole of the bottom corner bracket and the bottom hole of the top. corner bracket or post. This is how they stay together, 5:40
      The white plastic tool helps line them up and hold them until you get 7:09 the shelf supports on to hold them together.
