    Good morning Omniel:
It's a beautiful Sunday morning here in Kentucky. Currently sunny and 67f outside... our little dog Sassy and I made our rounds in our garden earlier around 6:00 am and she enjoyed eating a couple of freshly picked sugar snap peas (that's her normal early morning snack).
Thanks once again for sharing your time, expertise, friendly comments with us this morning. Joan's coffee offering sounds very interesting. As I mentioned last week, I tried to purchase some from the roaster but they apparently do not ship to the U.S. 😞
As you said, this mornings video was a bit on the shorter side, but as always it included all the pertinent information concerning the coffee being brewed. The visual qualities / aesthetics was excellent, and your cinematic talents shined brightly.
Until next week, I hope you have nothing but "joy" in your life,
    Kerry ☕

      Good afternoon Kerry.
Your comments are always a Sunday highlight for me. It's quite hot here today, but overall still a lovely day. I'm hanging out with two of my cousins that are visiting us, and we are looking to spend a beautiful day together. Funny about your dog snacking on veggies, good for Sassy. Take care Kerry, and we'll talk soon. 🤗 Have a lovely week ahead.

Great video as usual!!! The lighting and camera work was on point. I don't know if I commented last week, but the packaging that coffee comes in looks to notch! If you say it's good, then I'm sure that's some good stuff. Getting close to 1000!!!! Thanks so much for sharing! ~ London

Hey buddy, hope all is well with you guys.
I need to do some catching up on your stuff, we've been non stop recently. I've been trying to get some extra videos done. I've got videos for the next 3 Fridays in a row, as well as my Sunday stuff. Plus, we've had some family stuff as well, so it's been quite a bit.
Thank you for your support buddy. Take care, give my best to Nat and the kids, and have a great week.

    Hey Omniel,
Glad you are enjoying this coffee. The farm El Placer in Colombia is in my opinion one of the best in the country and they love to experiment with new processes and whatever they do, they do it as it should be done, without pushing it just to sell something "out of the norm". when in the tin says Yellow Fruits, it's the name of this coffee not the tasting notes, they did a couple of different processes from the same beans, one called Yellow Fruits and another one called Purple Fruits, the later being the other coffee you haven't showed yet in the videos and by the way my favourite of the 2, it reminds me of grape fanta and it really blew my mind.
In regards of the end of year awards. I would also add 2 new categories: Espresso and Filter. So we would have the best overall clean coffee, the best overall processed coffee, the best espresso and the best filter. This would make it very interesting to see. I don't know how are you going to manage to brew so many coffees though! It's going to be fun hahah
    Thank care buddy!

      Hello Joan.
Thank you for the insight on the coffee's. Obviously I can't correct anything I said on the videos because it's something that I already recorded weeks ago. I will remember your explanation, and make the correction once I talk about them at the end of the year showdown. Great suggestion about the end of the year, I think I can definitely talk about my favorite espressos, but if I actually had to brew them, it would just be too much. Let's see if I can do something in regards to espresso, it's a great idea.
Thank you buddy. Have a great week my friend.

Hello my friend, and welcome to the comments. I'm glad you enjoyed it as pour-over, it's your coffee so have it your way. Personally I enjoy acidity in pour-over coffee, so for me the Lavazza Rossa was very good for espresso, and on the Moka Pot. Thank you for your comment, and have a wonderful day.
