Totally enjoyed this mate Btw I’ve found brewing these specialty coffees at a higher dose say 15 to 20 grams brings out the flavours much more . I think you’ve easily figured out which one was the specialty one . The other was half the price

Thank you, my friend, for another great video. It's too bad you can't jump into the future, as I would love to see part #2 today. I've just returned from Orlando and am enjoying my home-brewed coffee. I didn't really have much time there to visit specialty coffee shops, and the usual hotel coffee was terrible. Also, my experience with the mobile kit wasn't great; I didn't have a real kettle in the room and had to hack the basic coffee machine available there. The temperature was way too low, so I wasted 45g of good Diego Bermudez by DAK. Oh well ;)
Hello Wojtek. That's how it goes on these kinds of trips, there's never enough time. I guess we'll be reviewing one of your home roasted coffees soon. Good morning Omniel: Thanks for another video... I guess I'll leave most of my remarks for next week after watching the second half. The length of this video didn't bother me at all this morning. I've spent a number of hours bent over and crawling around on my knees in my garden over the past three days finalizing the bed preparation and getting all my plants in the ground, watered-in, mulched, etc. I've reached the age that my body doesn't handle as much as my brain tells me I can still do, so it's been relaxing to sit here this morning 🙂 I'm glad you showed the mishap with the Fellow Stag EKG. I've thought about filling above the line inside a few times but never did - Now I'm glad I didn't 🙂 I'll be anxiously awaiting your final comments on these coffees. Have a great week ahead, Kerry
Good morning Kerry. Glad to hear your garden is coming along. I'm visiting with my Dad and Sister this weekend. My Dad has a half acre lot, but I guess he doesn't enjoy growing his own vegetables because he never plants any. He has a few herbs, fruit trees, and flowering plants, but that's about it. As to this week's video, in my opinion the best part is yet to come. What happened when I went to guess at the tasting notes, it really surprised me. Was the derby a success this year 🐎? @@OmnielCapote Yeah, the Derby went fine. I've lived very near to Louisville basically my whole life and we lived within about a quarter of mile of the track for about 10 years and I've only attended the Derby once. You get a MUCH better view by watching it on television, plus I don't really care for the massive crowds. I thought it was cool that the winner of both the Kentucky Oaks & Kentucky Derby were owned, trained and ridden by the same people this year.

Kerry, I enjoy both the gym and gardening. But gardening always finds muscles I didn't know I had.
