    Good Monday morning Omniel:
I'm a day late to viewing your Sunday morning video. Our two oldest grandchildren visited us this past weekend. They are 26 & 23 years old. We hadn't seen either of them for over 18 months so we really had an enjoyable weekend spending time with them. I made lattes for all of us both mornings using some September medium roast - Brazilian Daterra with impressions of rich chocolate, walnut & nougat. Our oldest granddaughter worked as a barista while attending Purdue & Ohio State Universities earning her BS in Mechanical Engineering / Bio-Medical so she showed off her excellent latte art skills by doing some fine images for us. She even made a pretty good looking swan (but she said it wasn't very good because of lack of recent practice).
Thanks for the kind words... As for my thoughts on the Flower Child beans. I enjoyed the coffee, but I didn't taste any tobacco notes myself, however I did experience citrusy notes with a bit of acidity, along with a real nice sweetness. I made pour-overs with most of the 150 grams that I kept, but I did make an espresso with the last of them and I rather enjoyed it as well.
There were no tasting notes sent with the coffee beans, but they did post more information on their website about these beans. I guess I should've sent you an email, but never thought about it 😞 Anyway, here is what their website mentioned:
Gargari Gutiti / Ethiopia - Washed Process - NOTES: Bright florals, berries, tropical with a rounded acidity & sweetness. The fruit notes hit with goji, strawberry & citrus. Clean, bright & complex. This is a vibrant Yirgacheffe, floral, tea-like with articulated berry acidity that you gotta try.
Thanks for sharing the video with us and I hope you enjoy a wonderful week ahead,
    Kerry

Good morning Kerry. So happy to hear about your wonderful weekend with family. We are about to jump on a flight back to Miami, coming beck from the coffee expo in Chicago. As to the Flower Child Coffee, I think I never was able to get the best out of them, you will hear me talk about it more in upcoming videos. Every brew was good, but I think the beans were capable of more. Again, I'm just some dude 🤷‍♂️, I wish you could have brewed it for me. Anyway, we have some content from the show to share with our little community, some fun videos ahead. Again, thank you so much for the coffee, you're the best. Take care my friend, and have a wonderful week ahead. 🤗

@@OmnielCapote I doubt I could have brewed anything better than what you did... The package contained a total of 250 grams and I began using mine around the middle of January and I probably used the majority of the 150 grams that I kept by about the time you received the 100 grams that I shipped to you. MAYBE they had lost a bit of their finest qualities? FYI - I used both my Orea and V-60 to brew my pour-overs.

You visited more places in London on your weekend trip than I have in 57 years 😂 I drink a cup of tea a day , I love a good Earl Grey and Russian Caravan tea, I think you might like that one if you ever see it. Have a good rest of the weekend my friend

Hey buddy, hope all is well. Currently writing you sitting looking out into the ocean at the Navy Pier, in downtown Chicago. In a few seconds I will post a picture to my stories on Instagram so that you can see my view. Have a wonderful day my friend.

Happy to hear you enjoyed your time in London, we definitely love coffee here, if you ever come back I am going to give you a small list of roasters that you can't miss! I always wanted to deep dive into tea but never really got into it, my partner loves it though.
It's nice to finally see the Duo on the countertop and I actually think you could brew the 2 carbonic honey beans from Colombia El Placer with it to get the most out of them, can't wait to see how you like them! And regarding the mess with the Duo, try a super small spritz of water next time and it will fully go away.
    Take care my friend :)

      Hello Joan.
Hey bud, I already recorded the videos as to the coffee you sent me. Again, thank you. I can't wait to share the experience with you guys, I think it will be some interesting videos. We may go to Spain next year, and I know you were planning to move there, correct? Hopefully we can return to London soon.
Take care bud, and have a wonderful day.

@@OmnielCapote oh where in Spain? I think you would enjoy the mediterranean coast so much (Costa Brava is great in summer) I am originally from Barcelona, we got some amazing roasters in there as well, Nomad for example. And yes we are planning on moving somewhere between March and September next year, still loads to prepare before the move after being in the UK for so many years :)

@joanmorera7452 Not sure exactly where we will visit, but for sure it will be one, or two, of the biggest cities.

Good afternoon, my friend. I am very curious about the calibration of your duo. To achieve the same timing, what would be the value on the Zero? Have you tried it? It's strange being so low. I am getting my roaster back; FedEx shows that it will be delivered on Monday. I didn’t realize how much you can get hooked on your own coffee production. I miss it so much! ;) Don’t get me wrong, in the meantime, I am buying the best coffee you can get, but it's still not the same.

Hello Wojtek. The grind size on the Zero would be around 14, yeah, big difference. I have to record a video as to the calibration. I'm happy to hear that the roaster is ready to come back. Can't wait to try your coffee. I just posted a couple of pictures to my Instagram stories as to my view right now. I'm answering you sitting looking into the ocean at the Navy Pier in downtown Chicago. The pictures are tagged, check them out. Have a wonderful day buddy.

    Great video!
I’m considering getting a blind shaker with the same exact setup as you, in which of your videos did you test it?

Good morning my friend. I'm traveling at the moment and I would need access to my computer to look that up. Give me a little time, and I will post it below in a few days. Thank you for watching, and have a wonderful day.
