Amazing demo and awesome skills as always JLJ!! You have sold me one! Brian has some fantastic pedals that I am discovering after all these years! Thank you both!

You are most definitely the best guitar players i've seen on RUclips or in my life! I've been playing since I was 14 and I'm 45 now. Unreal! Also, hello from NB Canada!
@Jayleonardj Hej Jay! Could you do a video on your blue tele? You use it all the time and everybody LOVES it, would be cool if you dive into it and talk about all the mods you've done to it, why it is your nr 1, setup and so on. Love your channel and all the positive energy you spread! Keep it up!
Love your videos and demos. I think this vid convinced me to consider the Terraform. One thing I am convinced about is that you are an awesome guitar player ❤️😎👍
I have the pedal and really like it, though I am still in the learning curve on how it will work for me and my playing. I really love that Tele you are playing, Jay!
When you blend in the dry signal, is that the bypassed, unprocessed signal? Or is everything running through the processors when the pedal is on? Can't find this answer anywhere.
I don't use a multi FX. I used to have an amp with all kinds of effects in it (peavey transfex), but since I swapped to a normal tube amp, I've used my phaser and every now and then a chorus or flanger (maybe once a year)..... it's not really worth it for me. I play either ambient (for which I have a memory lane jr and boss dd3) or bluesrock / metal :P
Awesome demo! I really appreciated your descriptions of each effect-type, simplifying how they work and some of their common applications--this is the kind of knowledge that is useful in order to not get totally lost with such a deep and comprehensive pedal! Thanks for sharing! And your playing is inspiring as usual! \m/\m/
up to now, I can say I dont know if boss has a way to put the sound pre or post, I think not and thats important and the 50 bucks I think youll spend that money with the boss adapter while wampler can be powered by my current voodoo lab
The Keeley Super Mod Workstation is a worthy competitor as well. More effects than the Terraform but that also means slightly more complexity. Also, the Keeley has two banks of effects, so you can use one effect out of each bank at the same time, which you can’t with the Terraform. Ultimately I went with the Terraform because of its ease of use but there wasn’t much in it. Both are exceptional pedals.
Good luck setting this pedal up for live use. Bought a MIDI device to use to help - I'm new to it. Asked Wampler for help. Was told "I need to man up" after doing HOURS of research online, and messing with both the Terraform and the other device, to no avail. Actually, the person who helped me, Terry, or Jerry, was rude from the second they answered the phone. Basically, the conversation ended with Terry or Jerry or whoever talking over me and not letting me speak until I had to hang up. I will NEVER buy another Wampler product.
I've read your comment on about 4 different Terraform demo videos. What's the problem? The unit has knobs and buttons so you twiddle them like the rest of. us. How can that be so difficult?
Very cool multi fx pedal...curious how it stacks up against other similar pedals but for the price of less than two pedals...this does a lot! I like lots of pedals because it's like painting with lots of colors to choose from...sometimes I'm in a one color mood...sometimes I'm like...let's get crazy and add a lot together...so how many effects can this do at one time is a big question for me! In the studio and for recording, it's nice to have a lot of pedals to play with and sculpt sounds! But for a gig...that might be a different story, as light and practical gear is where it's at and having a good multi-fx pedal like this can help!!! This is a cool pedal, sounds great...and seems like it can do quite a lot for it's small footprint! Thanks for the demo and awesome playing as always, man! Rock on!
Some really good sounds in there but I relate to your opening statement: I would probably only use 3 or 4 myself. And, it looks like you can only use 1 at a time, correct?
@@JohannesLabusch what's the point of having 11stomp boxs and you can only use 1 at a time. I guess i dont understand. I would use reverb, distortion, and a compressor at the same time.
Eric I agree that it is a leap of faith to judge sound from a video. I should rephrase saying I've yet to find a pedal im interested from this brand. Best Regards.
Hey buddy,....could you demo(because it will be proper!!) a new pedal called"the Simplifier Zero Watt " by DSM / Humboldt effects? It looks awesome in case you don't know of it. Thx JLJ
You can do both! It has two separate signal paths that you can switch between on the fly. That way, you can have a chorus effect in the front end in one preset and the fx loop in another :)
I can't believe nobody has commented on his auto-wah/Ottawa joke! Maybe I just didn't see it. In any case, I can't not make that joke anytime I talk about that particular effect.
Anyone among you guys got a 50 off coupon to buy stuff on Amazon for Christmas ? It is supposed to work as the Jim said on the blog but I don't get it : ruclips.net/video/DbPKpN6e7BE/видео.html Thanks ❤❤❤❤
How is Jay not more popular? Everything about his channel is perfection: personality, playing, production, and he's Canadian!
I've watched multiples of your demos. Love that you feel it when you do these, really appreciate it.
Best demo of this pedal that I've seen. Nice job.
Agreed. This is a good one.
That telecaster is just perfect....if you listen closely, you can almost hear a pedal demo.
I like individual pedals but this one could take the place of my chorus any day, very versatile
Nice job on the background. Felt all homey, warm and fuzzy 😉 and realized you’d upgraded your demo space. Very nice! Great demo as usual.
Very well done. Great chops!
I always come for the review and stay for the playing Jay you are amazing
Really appreciate it, thanks for watching :)
Great demo! Thanks!!!

I’m getting strong King’s X “Summerland” vibes from the chorus demo. Sounds great, Jay!

Ha….i love how you have this inability to stay with the slower riffs…it’s like here are a few notes…now I’m going to rip it! Hahaha…love it.
Excellent review. I might now finally get one! Thanks!

Always great to see another Canuck on the page! Thanks for the kind words and rock on!
Very good präsentation! I think .... I will buy this Wampler pedal! Thank you Jay :-)

That has been on the To Do list forever! I'll definitely get that one done soon :)
Awesome demo..sold me on the product!..Oh!..and..you are a BAD ASSED GUITAR PLAYER!!😳😎
Nice demo I like your playing style and the pedal sounds nice also.

Alright Jay enough already , I'm gonna buy the damn thing
😁
Haha, enjoy!
I have the pedal and really like it, though I am still in the learning curve on how it will work for me and my playing. I really love that Tele you are playing, Jay!
I like a multi efx and a crap ton of gain pedals for dirty flavors 🤘🏽
3:38 explains everything......that Tele probably is a 2019 one....worn down in a week by that kinda playing
Underrated comment

Dude, you and that Auto Wah, 😎 unreal. Awesome 👏
What do you think about the pedal sucking high EQ? It sounds a bit dull or is it your amp setting?
Awesome Demo 👍👍🎶🎶🎸Killer Pedal. I Use Several Pedals But I Do Have And Use a Strymon Time Line.

Yes, I like just one pedal for modulation.
That Sunny version is crazy good
Thanks!

I’d like to see a Wampler Terraform VS Boss MD-200!!! Boss has way more features and is $50 cheaper 🧐
SOUND!

3 words - No Menu Diving
Excellent, you covered the pedal and gave very useful descriptions and uses for each effect! Great review
Thanks so much :)
Goodness do i want a Revstar
Check out the new Yamaha's
They are making some really nice stuff.

Yep just like the H9 and Mobius
How it compared to Strymon mobius.
Analog dry through?
Feel wise how would you compare the Chorus and Vibrato to the Vintage Ensemble Stereo that you reviewed?
Sorry there is no answer for you.
Can you use more than one effect at a time ?
No
Why would you want to do that? They're all modulation effects, using more than one would be a mess.
@@JohannesLabusch what's the point of having 11stomp boxs and you can only use 1 at a time. I guess i dont understand.
I would use reverb, distortion, and a compressor at the same time.
There’s a shit ton of reasons to use more than one modulation effect at once. Damn near innumerable
@@tmmikko That makes sense, but you didn't understand that this box only has modulation effects, so you wouldn't find any of those here.
Does anybody know how to change the tap tempo button to the effects selector button
Has the pedal got a noise gate?
Anyone knows the tune played @11:55?
Does it "Djahil Sayo"?
I wish, hahahaha
You do like Tele's with Bigsby's dont you JLJ :-) Great demo

I've got one. Can confirm it's great
front end or effects loop?? where did you connect it ?
You can do both! It has two separate signal paths that you can switch between on the fly. That way, you can have a chorus effect in the front end in one preset and the fx loop in another :)
So you sold me on trying this. So you know, unlike some others, you've never sold me one something I didn't love!
buying
Is it better than a line 6 m5? Seems to have more routing options, effects sound as good
Dimension... that's the one
I can't believe nobody has commented on his auto-wah/Ottawa joke! Maybe I just didn't see it. In any case, I can't not make that joke anytime I talk about that particular effect.
If I get one laugh, it was worth it, haha :)
Ooo, bigsby tele...
How does it compare with Strymon Moebius?
I wasnt happy with the Mobius, and I love my Flint, Deco and Timeline
I've never been interested in multi FX units until the Terraform.
