Wampler Pedals Terraform is an 11 algorithm (with extras) modulation pedal beautifully voiced and laid out for simplicity, tones and functionality. Five parameter knobs give you instant access to essential and deeper editing and you can save and recall 8 of your favourite presets. It's a fully stereo pedal if you want it be and you can also assign pre/post effects such as distortions or overdrives so that they're placed before or after any given effect. I love the Terraform's sounds and ease of use and it's great to see a highly functioning digital engine with analog-style control. 10/10, Mr Wampler!

A long long back, I asked Brian about modulation and he said that didn't want to bring just another pedal to market, it had to be adding something unique to the market. After a long time in development, I would say for sure Brian and crew did it. This is incredibly useful, well made, no corners cut. Nice job...
This is my next purchase.
Brian is so cool. Guy is Passionate about tone. His Triple Wreck Pedal is Epic. The Large-Ego Compressor is also Fantastic. This one, is another Winner from Wampler. Extremely Versatile and Sounds Legit. Tremolo, Dimension & Auto-Swell are Phenomenal on this unit. Brett you are so good at what you do brother.
Finally! I've been waiting for this since the first clips from Namm.
I would get this rig on the strength of the Chorus alone. Lush,Harmonic, cascading effects. When wampler get's it right, they knock it out of the park.Thank You for another professional Demo.
Great demo Brett! Great pedal!
I'm still in awe that I want a Wampler modulation super pedal. In my mind he makes great drive pedals with careful circuit design. Then comes a dsp modulation powerhouse. Wild times!
Great sounding pedal!
Awesome pedal!
Excellent video how you have descriptions of what the settings mean, and move through each feature seamlessly.A great bunch of classic sound effects. I would’ve love to hear U jamming with the two pedals. Maybe in Stereo! ✌️🙏
Chorus, Leslie and auto wah sound great.....lots of stuff in one box.
Yeah, bring on the Stereo!! Variety is a the Spice of Life!!!
The 'poor' man's Mobius. Sounds great.
Of Course. Wampler just made the Coolest Pedal all time. Save up.
Came for the Hot Wired. Stayed for the modulation.
Sounds quite decent for a multi FX. I don’t use modulation much, so I might be tempted to buy this Swiss army knife. Btw, bought the Hot Wired 2 on your recomnendation Brett, and man, that was good advice. Awesome pedal👍
No one talk about sub-dividing the tremolo tap function. Can this be done? If I want a fast tremolo do I need to tap 16th notes? I mean I'm not Sugarfoot Moffett. Would also like someone to address whether or not the Auto-Swell is enveloped. Doesn't seem to be. POG2 still appears to be the king in that arena.
Does the red L.E.D working like Strymon pedal to let you know where the knob at or it just tell you your preset has been changed ?
Great !
I was searching for something including phaser/univibe/wah/tremolo and ... voilà!!!!
My only regret is the tiny switch allowing to change presets which does not seem to be designed to be activated with my BIG foot ! seriously ?! how do you intend to change preset in the middle of a song with a tiny black button ?! I am gonna wait the MKII version, the time they correct that mistake....
and please Wampler, put all the connections on top of the pedals, not on the sides in order to gain more space on pedalboards.
the sounds are awesome !
Agreed about the preset button, though a midi-mouse might work fine. Connections on top for sure also!
Can you compare the sonic quality to the Mobius? And I’m not that impressed w several modulation options on the Mobius. 🤷🏽♂️
The flanger really does have the electric mistress type of sound!
This is what I was most concerned about.
Really? I'm not hearing that...I mean, it's close..but it seems to lack a fair amount of whatever it is that made the old Mistress V.2 so damn good. My Mooer E-Lady sounds closer based on this demo. Ofc I could be totally wrong. But it sounds more like the Deluxe Electric Mistress to me.
Hartman, now there's a Flanger.
want one 😜
I would love for you to throw in XTC Dear God on guitar as part of your demo magic...
Can you run an effect into another effect?
Bored with most modulation doohickies. The Terraform has good sounding mods all over. Well BW, you have my interest, this puppy kicks butt.
Sounds way warmer and analog like than Mobius
how did you connect the pedal for the pre and post options?
By setting up a moveable effects loop in the Axe-FX.
Like this pedal buy I'm a little disappointed with the phaser. It's really mild
but there is only 4 leds? does each led give you 2 presets?
It will cycle through 8 presets
@@deviprasadgarnayak4016 😂 sorry! This was before I bought it! Its awesome
Analog dry through?
The preset button looks flimsy af
Generally I love Wampler......Tumnus is possibly the best pedal ever.....prefer it to my original Klon...... Pantheon is great etc BUT the Hotwired is a nasty fizzy bit of kit , The problem with all these multi modulations including the Strymon Mobius is that they are trumped by Helix FX at a better price and 200 more possibilities
That's a fair comment but this sounds amazing just from this video. I dont think you can make that judgement from watching the video. I will save my final opinion until I've tried one.
But just from videos to me each one of these sounds sound like they're coming from a single pedal. They sound really high quality which is something I cant say for the large multi fx units like the helix ect. I'm not saying the helix sounds bad, they sound great but they have the sound of a multi fx unit. This sounds better to me, obviously I cant say for sure until I've heard it in person, it just sounds less processed.
Been using many of Wamplers gear for years, the Tumnus is good but really only shines with cheap amps or low end guitars.
Dialed in correctly, the Hotwired is unbeatable. live and in the studio.
Helix is fine for producers & engineers, but 200+ possibilities is unnecessary for guitarists.....do more with less.
@@dagoelius I gig with the Tumnus running it with a cali76 Sacked compressor, a 59 custom shop strat and fender 65 deluxe reissue and it's a fucking incredible sound. It definitely doesn't only shine with cheap amps and guitars. What amps and guitars did you run it with and what situations and volume levels? Just curious because all my gigging friends and players think the tumnus is an amazing pedal. Seems the rest of the internet do too.
Line 6 stuff sounds like garbage IMO
I guess YMMV but I had an HX Stomp here recently comparing to Strymon stuff and analog stuff and the HX was a joke to my ears in comparison.
I sincerely doubt the Helix touches this tone wise. Maybe feature wise but as tonal quality no way.
Good luck setting this pedal up for live use. Bought a MIDI device to use to help - I'm new to it. Asked Wampler for help. Was told "I need to man up" after doing HOURS of research online, and messing with both the Terraform and the other device, to no avail. Actually, the person who helped me, Terry, or Jerry, was rude from the second they answered the phone. Basically, the conversation ended with Terry or Jerry or whoever talking over me and not letting me speak until I had to hang up. I will NEVER buy another Wampler product.
This one or Boss MD-200?
Kalevi Hagqvist this
Neither
@@mattgilbert7347 Why?
The classic vibe in the boss md 200 is very good. Boss ce1..
Kalevi Hagqvist I got both at the same time and kept the Terraform. It was MUCH better!
Bergs is god 🙏
sounds cheap and nasty to me...
I thought I was the only one...it sounds like Joyo or something. And I quite like some Joyo stuff, but..$450AUD for this?? C'mon! The Chorus is decent, but I reckon my Maxon ASC10 would destroy it, or even just a Boss CH-1.
I'll stick with individual mods and, for multis if and when I need em, Line6 M5 and my (surprisingly good, really, I'm not joking here) NU>X Mod Core Deluxe. NU>X don't Sux.
The Phaser was tewwwible
@@mattgilbert7347 nope...I didn't think it had a good sound in it (not on the two demos I watched, anyway), and the trem was particularly bad!
Thank you two gentlemen for not hesitating to trust your ears. I thought it sounded average too.
