I heavily disagree. Although fitness gurus et al are sometimes promoting an unobtainable body figure with photoshopping or exercise/+ dieting that most people simply _cannot_ do due to restraints like being fit isn't their *job* , the concept of health and beauty are imo being mixed up in today's internet culture. Health is 'the state of being free from illness or injury' (google), whilst beauty is subjective. Lizzo is beautiful but I have to say she's not healthy. Being overweight or obese leads to *many* health issues like diabetes or high blood pressure or CHD just to name a few. I'm going to play devil's advocate and (I'm not meaning to attack anyone), but take America as a typical 1st world country. 2/3rd of adults in America are overweight or obese. Roughly 300,000 people in the US die from being overweight every year. I'm sure there's many in this population who are actively eating healthier or exercising, but there's a vast majority who are not. When someone criticises you e.g saying you're ugly/unhealthy, you're probably not going to have a good response. No one likes being called ugly and so you try to change, either by proving the other wrong or by changing yourself. The vastly easier option of the two is the first, accepting that you're right and they're wrong. I think that this led to the 'fat is beautiful' movement (which is fine and great) evolving into the 'fat is healthy' which is not only *wrong* but *dangerous* . Young people are being misled the most and the obesity crisis is already bad enough as of now??? Many people don't want to accept the fact that they are *fat* and *unhealthy* and in a potentially *dangerous* situation so they choose to ignore it or just not accept it. By encouraging this, it's just dragging others down with you. Being bullied for being fat and having suicidal thoughts are one thing, but taking advantage of 'self-love' and 'fat acceptance' and twisting it into being *right and what it should be like and others should be like this too* is taking it much too far. Even worse, people are discouraging the people who are actively making a change to become healthier. It's almost like if I'm unhealthy, as long as I and others like me accept ourselves then we're now healthy (ofc disregarding the fact that we can't run for more than 20 seconds and we all have high blood pressure in our 20s) and all those 'healthy' people should be like us now because they're harming themselves by getting rid of some fat that might end up blocking their arteries and causing a heart attack? I'm not saying you yourself are overweight, but if you are perhaps a fitness icon who can regularly run marathons but you also encourage being overweight/unhealthy, then you are like the white people on social media who posted a black square then forgets about it or goes to BLM protests to take a picture for instagram and leave, or perhaps (theoretically) like Chloe Ting promoting a burger king promotion. This is imo the neo-Karen syndrome of our generation, another form of anti-vax, flat-earth bs that came with the internet. Being fat is not wrong, but it is unhealthy. You and many others have all become victims of this brainwashing and as a couch potato who aspires to work in healthcare, I accept that I am unfit, that I eat too many pizzas and I am now working to change myself for the better. Don't bring others down, encourage them for their effort and think about what you're saying!
why do you promote unhealthiness and a faster route to death? I also don't understand at all why people promote obesity (not saying she was) and calling it "body positivity & beautiful"? She lost weight on her whole body, not just her thighs. Remember guys, you can’t target a specific body part for weightloss - If you lose weight it will come off your whole body & you can’t choose where. My thighs are my biggest body part too, and when I lost weight (117 to 103 lbs), this was the order it came off in: chest / collar bones, face, upper torso, wrists, forearms, upper arms, hips / lower torso, ankles, calves, thighs / butt.
@@medinashava6515 i dont know if this works for everyone but here are some ways I lost belly fat and maintained a flat belly 1. Workout in the morning. It is proven you lose more weight in the morning time (I recommend “sunny funny fitness” and “shirlyn kim) DO CARDIO WORKOUTS NOT AB WORKOUTS! I use to do all those ab workouts from Chloe ting but they don’t work with losing belly fat, it will define abs but you want to lose fat first. So do cardio dances instead. I find them fun 2. No snacking. Eat a light breakfast lunch and dinner that consists of healthy foods overall. It’s okay to eat alittle until sometimes but for the most part eat healthy. Find healthy foods that you enjoy to eat too. 3. Do not eat after 8/7. This will give your stomach time to process what you eat. Also going to bed early can stop you from eating at night because you will already be asleep lol. 4. I recommend getting “Gas-X” it helped me so much with bloating. You can take it after your meals but make sure you don’t take more then recommended. It pretty much gets gas out your system. 5. Put apple cider vinegar in your tea. I drink think sometimes, but my friends mom who had a bigger stomach did this daily and saw a difference in her belly size. That’s all I can think of if this doesn’t help I’m sorry but these are just what worked for me :(

also ladies, it's sexy to have muscular legs! you don't need to be bulky if you want to have some leg strength. as long as you aren't eating too much of one macro, you can have slim AND defined legs. personally my goal is to have strong and slim thighs(like jessi or lilly sabri), so I'll be using weights. summer will be here sooner than you think so let's get to work! good luck everyone

A year from now, if you dont do anything, you will be in the exact same place you are now. No matter how stuck you feel, how many days youve spent crying, or wishing for something different. this is so helpful. when i lost weight, my thighs and hips were still heavy and i didn't know how to lose fat on those despite doing workouts. i didn't really do any workouts out of the fear that my butt would get bigger but this really helped! i'll add butt workouts now and see how that goes!

I was a 23 years old college student frustrated with my own body. I first stumbled upon this video in January and by that time I have somehow convinced myself that weight loss is not for me, that I'm gonna be a potato rest of my life. But you inspired me. We had so many similarities (before weight loss) even same thigh and butt measurements! After binge watching all your weight loss related videos I was motivated to start my own weight loss journey too. For past 6 months I have lost about 18kg and finally reached my goal weight. I stopped my diet this week. So I came back here to say thank you💜 I can't be happier.. I feel confident and I love myself more. It all happened because you motivated me. @@aaryaneu5340 sure,for warm up i do rope skipping,i put timer for 5 minutes and take breaks too,and it works for me... then i choose any 2 or 3 vids from the options for one day,like yesterday i choosed the inner thigh and outer thigh one,the day before i choosed the slim thigh workout and added one from april hans slim leg workout too... just that i give myself half an hour a day
@@aaryaneu5340 I'm not going all out because whenever i do my body gets sore and i don't attempt the third day so I'm going at slow pace because consistency is the key so you can give yourself few minutes in a day,the process is long but its worth it as you can see from this video,and also I'm lessening my portions too :) i hope we both can do it💜

this is so helpful. when i lost weight, my thighs and hips were still heavy and i didn't know how to lose fat on those despite doing workouts. i didn't really do any workouts out of the fear that my butt would get bigger but this really helped! i'll add butt workouts now and see how that goes!

I was a 23 years old college student frustrated with my own body. I first stumbled upon this video in January and by that time I have somehow convinced myself that weight loss is not for me, that I'm gonna be a potato rest of my life. But you inspired me. We had so many similarities (before weight loss) even same thigh and butt measurements!
After binge watching all your weight loss related videos I was motivated to start my own weight loss journey too.
For past 6 months I have lost about 18kg and finally reached my goal weight. I stopped my diet this week. So I came back here to say thank you💜 I can't be happier.. I feel confident and I love myself more.
It all happened because you motivated me. And I'm sure you are motivating many other people like me too. Keep up your good work. I wish you success in every step you take..💜

Hey! I'm so glad it all worked so well for you! I've experienced a major downfall during the quarantine period which led me to gain 5 kilos in the past three years. Little to say, I've gone from having a slim athletic body to just not liking what I see anymore. @@aaryaneu5340 sure,for warm up i do rope skipping,i put timer for 5 minutes and take breaks too,and it works for me... then i choose any 2 or 3 vids from the options for one day,like yesterday i choosed the inner thigh and outer thigh one,the day before i choosed the slim thigh workout and added one from april hans slim leg workout too... just that i give myself half an hour a day
@@aaryaneu5340 I'm not going all out because whenever i do my body gets sore and i don't attempt the third day so I'm going at slow pace because consistency is the key so you can give yourself few minutes in a day,the process is long but its worth it as you can see from this video,and also I'm lessening my portions too :) i hope we both can do it💜

저도 눈바디에도 체중숫자 비해서도 허벅지 안쪽이 유독 잘 찌고 잘 안빠져서 이것 저것 엄청 찾다가 그런 사람들은 엉덩이 근육이 약하고 노폐물이 쌓이기 쉬워서 그렇단 걸 알고 힙업이랑 스트레칭 열심히 했는데 다 저도 한 운동들 ㅎㅎ
