Vic is a powerhouse and Ken is a monster.. I spent 2 months rehearsing with Vic and some other guys for a band that never played a live show.....what a great experience! glad I had the chance to meet Vic!

Vic Hix once stated in an interview that he did not like this song that much.... unbelievable!!! This is purest gold.
This is from the Supreme Era of Power/Shred mixed with Traditional metal.
Along with bands like fifth angel, Vicious Rumors, Savatage, Sanctuary etc... love this era of music history .. thanks for the upload

There are a ton of great trad bands from that era: Leatherwolf / Warrior / Malice / Racer X / Armored Saint / Lion / Loudness / TT Quick / TNT / Artch / Breaker / Lizzy Borden / Griffin / Chastain / Helstar / Obsesson / Liege Lord etc..
Vic was/is one HELL of a singer! Such an underrated/underappreciated talent... the entire band was! Real Metal fans know just how special bands like Shok Paris really are,no doubt!

Shok Paris,Helloween,and Loudness. I connect those 3 like I connect Nirvanna, Pearl Jam,and Soundgarden. Or Alice in Chains,Stone Temple Pilots,and Days of the New.

Our band opened up for them at a Rainbow Gardens gig in Erie, PA in 1984 for Osiecki's music, they were great! Very cool vocalist who was very polite and thanked the opening band from the stage when they came on!

I remember seeing this on the Head Bangers Ball, in 1988 too bad many of these bands never made it Big. you can just imagine most of them were thinking while making a music video & New LP release " we made it!" we are gonna be Huge!
They lived for the craft. Some made money...others did not.

When I was a young kid in the 80s I thought the singer was from Japan. Loudness was coming from there and I thought this was from the east. I was wrong. Great band.

@AudiophileTubes You have to go to the Metal shows. They are still in CLE, and Akron, not every weekend like it was on the 80s, but quite often.

They didn't play this song because the vocal Harmonies we're too tough to pull off live.. that's what the guitarist Eric told us

Funny I just listened to their song On Your Feet before this and I thought the exact same thing.
Wow great sound, and powerful vocals, i remember seeing them in the tape shelf in the music store and always passed them up, ill have to find their albums. Great band.

I probably would've deemed it crap by that silly band name alone.
