Zach Harvey it’s the Tycobrahe Parachute Wah, the one Geezer used on N.I.B ( it might be a different wah for recording, but Al has been seen with it on his pedalboard as late as April last year ). I could be wrong, but to my ears it’s definitely a wah. Being that this album was influenced by the first 4 Sabbath albums, it makes sense.

Black Sabbath's invention of clean voice vocals and slow, heavy performances was great.Sleep and Electric Wizards are their legitimate successors.
