    1. Recognize your fixed mindest thoughts.
    2. Recognize that you have a choice.
    3. Respond to your fixed mindset thoughts with growth mindset thoughts.
    4. Take the growth mindset action.
    Nice.

I keep limiting myself to do things
    I’m not confident
    I’m shy
    I have stage fright
I’m afraid people will always criticize me
    I don’t have enough support
When I do hard things I start shaking and my heart starts to beat very fast

These sayings are your fixed mindset. I know this is 11 months late but I hope you change this mindset.

I do not know the difficulties you had to face. But I believe you've overcame that fixed mindset which serves you nothing but anxiety and stress. If you do see this please respond. I would like to interview you, as I've had my own distractions that created this fixed mindset which I'm trying to change by using my weaknesses to create a new way of thinking and perception of the world, the person I've become, the habits that served no purpose and the habits which did.

it´s necessary to learn that not always we have the reason.Sometimes It´s hard to accept that we are mistaken, and we don´t like to listen the feedback of others respect to our weaknesses .we´re happy when others applause us.However we learn more from the failures than our successes

I was stupid when I was born. I believe everyone is stupid in childhood. I am extremely intelligent now. I couldn't speak my mother tounge in my childhood. Now I can speak English with British accent. How have I changed it ? Because I believe in myself. I can. I can change. Therefore, I started improving my British English accent. I have improved it. I speak English like a British. Carry on !

Why is this video so accurate? Thank you so much for this amazing video. I’ve always struggled with having a fixed mindset and whenever I would make mistakes, I don’t go over them and try to fix them. Instead, I just ignore them and do the same thing again. I do it subconsciously since I am so used to having this mindset. I really appreciate this video because recently I’ve been feeling a bit off and I came to the realization that I need to stop thinking like this and change my ways. Thank you once again.

Talk back to your fixed mindset whenever it tells you that trying is not good enough and failing is the worst. Life is a journey of trial and error. We will all get there in God's timing accompanied by efforts and actions as for our part in attaining success.
    Thank you for this!!!

Hello! May I share the most important news you'll ever hear in your entire life? Jesus Christ came from heaven to earth and was sinless and born of a virgin. he grew up and died on the cross for humanity (for our sins to be washed away). He was put into a tomb and on the 3rd day Abba Father, raised Jesus to life. Messiah Jesus appeared to people and went back up to heaven. We all must sincerely receive Christ Jesus to be a true child of God. It says in John 1:12 "But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His Name." Will you put your genuine faith in the holy Lord Jesus today to be saved?

The problem with American schools is they very much encourage a fixed mindset voice.
