It was a coincidence that I had soaked chole and while searching for a good recipe came across this. I made it last night, It turned absolutely delicious!! I have tried different amritsari chole recipe before but non can beat this!! A must try! For a thicker consistency I grinded 2 tablespoons of chole and added to the dish.
@@fairoozfemzz1213 i did, but second time switched to tamarind decoction which is better. Soak 1 tablespoon black tamarind in 200 ml hot water, squeeze and strain.
I'm.not a chole person ,I love rajma any day over chole but a legend once said that any one can cook rajma tasty but only a true chef can make chole tasty...I'll definitely try and share my experience...during lockdown cooling helped me a lot to overcome Little depression...u r one of the inspiration 🙏🙏🙏

Excellent recipe. Made this for my dad's birthday because this is his favourite and he loved it! Reduce aamchur or tomato if you want it a little less tangy but if you follow it you'll get a perfect dish.

Awesome as usual. Excellent recipe. Even I make Chole bhature this way. But chana never gets done in 3 whistles it always takes 7-8 whistles. And also mixing boiled potato while making dough turns out the best Bhatures

Hey Chef, stumbled upon your channel last week and loved it for its every detail. Knowing it is way way superior in every way, can I share a little experience? I wanted to make Chole n bhatura for my husband’s birthday tomorrow (lockdown celebration) and I decided to follow your chole recipe, however I realised that following your recipe is difficult. The speed of ingredients additions is very fast. So its hard to note down what and how much went into the making. Am sure there is a reason for that speed however in my view its a bit too fast. Without the viewer having to alter the speed of video can you slow down a bit? Thank you... take care & stay safe
