I didn’t purée onion etc as didn’t feel like washing blender afterwards and didn’t boil Chana with tea leaves (as I saw your recipe after boiling Chana)!
Next time I am going to follow your entire recipe
You can just grate the onions on the very small holes of the grater...it will become just like onion puree . I do this when I don't want to dirty my blender. You can do this for tomato also. Same for ginger garlic...just grate if you don't want to crush. It's easy and faster!😝
