I've decided before I consider getting a hair transplant. I'm going to give 1.5mm needle derma rolling a go for about 6 months. I am also going to exfoliate my scalp once a week and apply a coffee mask daily for a minimum of 30 mins. Coffee or caffeine is a natural dht blocker. Out of all the hair regiments and treatments I've come across, I'm most excited and consider this one to be the most promising. When I first derma rolled last week, I targeted my eyebrows as well for thicker eyebrows, and I legit already see progress with slightly thicker brows. Wish me luck.

Shaving Below the waste causes all the acne, ingrown hair & can leed to other Bacterial infections trimming is Much safer ,and in the genital areas achieves the closest effects. Leave leg shaving to Ladies or Men in specific sports ie Cycling.

Height is determined by genetics unless you're malnutritioned. Focus on things you can change like your body, skin, hair , style.
