Stinging nettle root tea, once a day, completely normalized my DHT, it started at the end of 2019 same as him, i still have everything today, didnt lose a single hair since i started this. Add melatonin spray once a day, it bulletproofs hair, i dont know why, but it is phenomenal.
@@theunknownkadath Happy to hear that, the cure was simple. Im just not sure if it will regrow hairs if you wash hair with it, i havent tested since its a bit of a hassle to do it every day.
@@___m_i_k_e___ Stinging nettle root, make sure it's the root because the regular nettle doesn't work as well. Within 1 month your DHT will fully normalize, it acts as a reductor, not a blocker like finasteride. Drink it 1-2 times every day, I guarantee you will keep the hair you have. Once it normalizes you can start drinking it every other day or even every 3rd day. It's been 3.5 years since I first started this, I'm not an exception, it will work for everyone.
If she only cared about your hair, you deserve better anyway! I hope you also find away to feel better about it in general. One day we all will be old and less pretty, but that doesn't mean you are less worthy. 💕💕😘😘

Hello, i got my hair nearly back just with your recommend products: saw palmetto, micro needle 1mm and rosmarin oil. I didnt need anything likes minoxidil or finasterid. I think the best recommend tip from you is to stump the dermaroller in the scalp, dont roll! My Advice: After you wash your hairs, dont scratch to much with your towel, because you will lose much hairs, too. Thanks from Germany
Hey I'm happy you got your hair back, can you let me know your age? I'm 17 but I'm losing hair. But you got it back without Minoxidil and stuff so I just wanted to know if you have male pattern baldness and your age just to see if I don't need it as well. Thanks man
stop smoking, eat healthy, no alcohol, take drugs every day, punctuate and massage your scalp. so all i gotta do is the opposite of what im doing right now. perfect.
I wish i knew about all this stuff 10 years ago. Its too late for me, all my hair is gone now. But glad to see there are solutions for people in the future.
I’ve started seeing mild balding 20 years ago, more advanced now, but seeing what you have to take and do daily for just a head of hair. Better embrace it than fight it.
Try using finasteride, oral minoxidil have vitamins supplements massage it daily using a scalp massager clean your head thrice a week with 2% ketoconazole shampoo also use a DHT blocker and after 2-3 years you should have more healthy hair follicles and then get a hair transplant.
Bruh! My hair loss is not as severe as yours but this is probably the best video I have ever seen with ALL the info I needed under 10 mins. I truly appreciate it. You da man! Also, people will always say "love yourself, be comfortable in your skin, others should like you for who you are and not what you look like, blah blah blah".... Its all BS. I want better fuller hair for ME to make MYSELF feel better and CONFIDENT. And people do judge you based on looks, its the world we live in and you cannot have confidence until you feel confident in yourself and balding head, bad skin, etc. takes away that confidence! So again, thanks bro!
I take an all in one pill that contains : 1) Finasteride 1mg 2) Minoxidil 2.5mg 3) Biotin 1500mcg 4) Iron Ferric Glycinate 2mg Worked wonders for me. Crown and temples restored. 33 yo male. I hate topicial solutions cos its a hassle and takes time to apply.
TLDR I wanted to encourage anyone who thinks theyre starting to lose hair to take action. By the time you notice you should do something about it. By the time you feel self concious about it, the treatment might be quite in depth like in this video and you may give up before even starting. If you start early you might only need a pill a day and decent health habits. My father is bald, but my mothers dad has lots of hair. I noticed when I was 26 my hair was thinning out where my headphones rested, and my hair line was starting to recede. I learned taking medication like finsateride is best at retatining hair and topical medication was necessary to regrow hair. Knowing my habits I decided to start taking finasteride 1mg per day even though I still had lots of hair, and genetically there was a chance I wouldnt go bald in the future. I know if i had to go with topical medication id never be consistent. Thus i invested in medication early to prevent that need. Im 30 now and my hair is thick like it was in high-school. The hair line i had got stronger and gained a bit of ground. However, as expected I didn't grow new hair, just retained what i had and made it stronger. My brother who is 5 years older than me has the same receding hair line as me, but its deeper. He buzzes his hair so i can't judge how thick his hair could be. He doesnt treat his hair with anything. I haven't perceived any unintended side effects. Overall my life is pleasent and not too stressed. I workout 5 days a week and sleep consistently. My diet is kinda bad i like my fastfood and carbs on the weekends. Best wishes to everyones journey.

Is there a specific brand for Finsateride that you use?
A lot of good info that covers all the bases. Brilliant for any newbie who wants a brief overview of almost everything that matters. This comes from someone who's studied EVERYTHING to do with hairloss and treatment. I must add Billberg that microneedling at 1 mm or higher like 1.5 mm twice a week is probably too much and runs the risk of fibrosis in the long term. If you're doing those deeper depths its best to do once every 2 weeks or so. There's still some debate about whether frequent shallow depths or infrequent deeper depths is better for stimulating hair growth ... I personally think deeper given the physiology of the hair follicle. All the good stuff of the hair follicle is within the layers of the dermis, which means you need to get AT LEAST 1 mm through the epidermis ... the stratum corneum of the epidermis which is completely dead skin is 0.15 mm. The dermis below the epidermis has many distinct layers but is in total about 3 mm on top of head. Occipital (back of head) is a bit more.
thanks for your fantastic info, are you planing to make a video and explain more about the topic of microneedling and how it could cause damages if done wrong? or do you have a reddit id or something that you post about hair growth?
Great Video! Thank you! One of several reasons to avoid processed food is the preservative potassium sorbate. It's an irritant for the scalp and I experienced it first hand. Had terrible hair when eating dried prunes which had potassium sorbate. Switched to organic prunes and hair was back to being robust. Avoid foods and shampoos with potassium sorbate.
Important: Zink works in tandem with copper, the more Zink you take, the more copper you need. And copper is needed to supply blood to hair follicles. So if you increase Zink consumption you naturally deplete copper which will exacerbate hair loss. If you decide to take Zink supplements take copper too. 10 to 1 ratio.
You are very handsome man and have a beautiful shaped head for very short hair and crew cuts. I agree that the large bald patches look horrible but keep it shorter and be consistent with derma roller and you will look good until you are 80 My friend 😉👍🏻

These tips can really make a difference!
My dad is 60 and still has nearly completely black hair and the cleanest hairline I have seen in my entire life, while I am now 19 and I am already balding. Thats crazy
I'm Asian so all my siblings and my parents have great hair. I tried so much, even onion water etc. I got this hair cream online mastoora beauty and although I'm still on my journey I have seen a massive improvement.
The best thing that I have donne about losing hair, after using minoxidil and finesterida for more than a decade, was to leave all behind and embrace my baldness as a natural process. I just felt more light and free. In life it is all about your attitude and personality that matters not your hair.
I agree 100%. I would rather choose to face my insecurities here with this, since they will most likely resurface through some other means if you are prone to be insecure about your appearance at all. I speak from hard-fought experience: avoiding having to deal with difficult feelings is only going to hinder you in the long run.
I went for the 6mm hair trimmer and never looked back. No way I'd pay so much money or screw with my endocrine system for my hair. At the end of the day it's all about what matters the most for different people.
Same. Dad is 94 and still full head of hair. Finasteride 5 mg (prostate issues) once per week is keeping what I have and I’ve noticed new growth. Sexual side effects are torture though. Best of luck!
I am the opposite. My dad has nothing (I have never seen him with hair, although he was 40 when I was born), but my grandfather on my mother's side kept it all to the bitter end. I have had thin hair since about 20 years old.
No one seems to be talking about tight skin on the scalp causing hair loss and how scalp massage and stretching skin can help. Also heard about Botox on the side muscles of the scalp to help relax it.
Brother i was suffering from hair loss , and i left all my hope until i saw this video i am working on my hairloss, also using derma stamp 0.75mm along with you suggestion and tada it is working, it's only been 1.5 months and i am seeing progress i will continue till 6 months to see further results
I know it’s really hard, minoxidil will take at-least 3 months until you will see any results so just be patient and stick to it ! Blocking DHT will speed up your growth otherwise it’s like running up hill, it works but it’s Harder ! Try it Naturally as long as you can ✅ Thank you so much for your support 🙏👍
@@Sk-pj9zp in order to block dht, you need finasteride (fin). You can use the other options as shown in the video but fin is the way to go imo. Just think of fin as a stopper/blocker for dht and min (minoxidil) as a grower for new hair follicles. Combine them for best results.
Guys don't sleep on that massage he is doing with that silicone shampoo brush, no one is talking about that in the comments. I had one of those to use in the shower when I washed my hair. But I never used it for straight every day head massage. I just used my fingers sometimes. That was much much much weaker. Than the pointy silicone brush. I used that every day a few times for a month. And I got countless new small thickening hairs growing, more boost I have got from one thing I ever added. It looks like a new forest of new hairs i have not seen alive in years in my hairline several cm down where it used to be just gone. And not only flimsy thin almost gone types, but the firm thickening standing straight up from the head type more than I can count. And when I micro needled like I used to I bleed sooooo much worse. Because I had so much better blood flow there now. It is still very early, we all know it takes at least 9 months from a change to see most of the outcomes when it comes to hair growth. But try it. I don't rub it though, I more press it in and gently rock it back and forth, in many many, places. You feel you get warm all over the head when you do it right. I also don't use it when I apply minoxidil. I use it when ever. I also got two of them to save time, so I can use both hands at the same time, it is more comfortable to press on the head from both sides at the same time. And to the creator. If you read your comments. Get the foam version of minoxidil it is way better than the drops you are using. You can buy it from Germany to Sweden, it is called Regaine men foam and you can find it at a certain massive online retailer, I am sure you know about. And or....start doing oral minoxidil for even better effect. Research it.
Love from Malaysia too. My hair loss started 3 years ago due to stress and have been trying to find solutions for it now I'll try some of these solutions thanks so much.
I’m 17, nobody in my family is bald but I guess I’m unlucky. I have a receding hairline and my hair is thinning. I noticed it when I was 16. I’m taking minoxidil now, then I’ll take fin when that stops working.. thanks for giving me some hope:)
Hey, Started losing my hair at your age as well, before jumping on fin try saw, you want to have the lowest dose possible, that way if you find that it stops working you can increase the dose, however try microneedling in your current routine before any DHT blocker, it’s can 2X your minoxidil results! I been there, just be consistant and you will prevent it ✅
Don't do dermaroller. I produces micro scars on your head and if you do it wrong can produce more harms then benefits. Since you are very young if you don't jump on fin you'll probably become 100% bald in 10 years. Visit a doctor. Don't do by yourself.
that fin or dutasteride dude, you're super young, you have a chance. Minoxidil at best grows a bit of hair but does nothing to your DHT which cases your hair loss, you need to bring DHT levels down or else Minoxidil means nothing, you will keep losing hair.
Yup.. that's definitely how it feels. I've been trying pretty hard for over a year.. I'm on all the stuff for it, needling. Eating good, taking all the vitamins.. using topicals.. sleeping better in the last 6 months than ever and I feel like I'm either only maintaining or still losing...
Try spirulina. I had alopecia since I was 17 because of PCOS. I tried literally everything but only spirulina worked. Now I have a nice head of hair, long, dark and thick. But I am a woman. Don't know if it will work for a guy.
@SomeBodyIUsedToKnow8 well I'm finally seeing and feeling peach fuzz, at least on one side lol so in 6 to 8 months I'll see how it looks then if not much better. I'll try and go to turkey and get that good, cheap implant.
@@d_no_allyn_86 Implants are also not a one off. As you lose in more areas you gotta do more procedures. Depends on the person though, some only lose in a few areas and the implants can do well for most of your life. The implant route also has no turning back due to scarring so gotta be sure. Good luck man

I read studies of pumpkin seed oils and hair growth. Began eating half a handful of "pepita" shelled pumpkin seeds 5 days a week. 9 months later my bald spot in the back has filled in, my hairline in the center has moved down 1/2 an inch, and the the receding hairline on both sides has new growth where there hasn't been hair in 20 years. I'm not selling anything. I'm telling you pumpkin seeds are a real thing for regrowing male pattern baldness. I was down to cutting my hair very short, thinning the sides to nothing to create an illusion. If my hair growth continues, I'll be a long haired hippy again
@@nevillelongbottom8383 November will be a year, eating half a handful of pepita seeds 5days a week. There IS a difference between "pepita" squash seed and common pumpkin seeds. Do your research. I can't say it will work for you, but family and co-workers think I'm using rogaine or something similar
@@markthornemarmaduke Based on my personal experiment with "pepita" pumpkin/squash seeds, and my own hair growing back in my bald spot and my receding hairline, I'm beginning to wonder why this isn't a common cure? Money$$$ yep. Pepita squash/pumpkin seeds are a regular part of Hispanic/Mexican diet as a snack. How many bald Hispanic folks do you know?
Nice, I have been doing almost all these except with a few tweaks. For the shower, I added a water filter, but I still only wash about 2-3 times a week only. So I use a shower cap most of the time. Use conditioner or a hair mask, leave-in conditioner and hair oil. This will protect the hair from breakage and actually keep the length of the hair longer, growing longer strands.
Amazing video! Loved that you mentioned nutrition first, as that is a very important baseline to hit. Another, less talked topic in balding prevention is your facial/scalp muscles being too tight, stretching the scalp in all directions and thus, causing hair loss. This theory seems to be relatively new, but i love the arguments for it, and the ways to prevent it seem very logical. I really think everyone who is struggling with hair loss should be aware of this, a youtuber called "What i`ve learned" has done a very in-depth video about it called "What causes Hair Loss and How to Regrow it".
@@gedr7664 You massage the muscles daily. Should be some instructions on youtube just look around. Helps to look at a diagram of muscle on your head as well.
Your hair looks beautiful and healthy. And you seem to live a healthy life which sometimes is not so easy for many men. Thanks for the advice and for sharing your experience.
Thank you bro for making this video. If you would kindly clarify a bit more about the gelatine supplementation that would be really helpful, thank you.
Excellent video, I didn't know anything about saw palmetto untill now. A suggestion I have is to take 1mg finasteride once a week instead of dividing the pill. Finasteride has a halflife of 30 days so there is no need to space it out over a week as every pill you take stays in your system and works for 30 days either way :) I would also recommend a derma stamp instead of a derma roller for the same reason you mentioned which is that derma rollers has a tendency of destroying the skin at times.
yo please dont do that i dont know where you read the half life is 30 days the half life of finasteride is 6 or so hours which is why its important to take every day. if youre taking it once a week youre basically doing nothing and youre gonna keep balding
I’m 18, and started noticing some differences in hair thickness between my scalp and the side of my head after shaving. I’ve already been on minoxidil for a while, no good results, but will definitely try saw palmetto and low dose fin. Thank you for the video
Best Video i have seen for Hairloss so far and i have seen a lot. You present everything you have direct on the table and make it easy to understand because you blend everything you say in data in to the screen. Well done.👍
You have incredible results. Algo brought me back to this video even though saw it months ago. I took notes but got lost in the sea of notes. Looking back this seems like a regiment i should have tried. I never did saw palmetto or gelatin. And didnt stick w microneedling. Didnt smoke or drink but was vaping low amounts marijuana, over working and skipping sleep. Fin and minox seemed to help but i want to reduce fin and your regiment seems to be very good logic.

Ive heard someone tell me before that Zinc is a game changer, dude said it preserves your hair for a much longer period of time even if you have the genetic tendency to be bald
@@aurasensor yeah some people may not feel any difference whatsoever, but most say that Zinc and Copper are essential to retain your hair and its natural color
As for me I've been using natural method which includes consuming pumpkin seeds to block dht, scalp massage( most important ) with rosemary oil for hair growth, consuming flax seeds for more hair nutritions to avoid any kind of deficiency.. my hair has got back to normal and even more thicker with no side effects. hope it helps someone.
It's great to hear from someone who actually experienced sides and found a way to make things work! One note I would add is that minoxidil has been associated with facial aging, and I can attest that I experienced something akin to this for the very short duration that I used it as a topical. Originally I did not have forehead wrinkles, no one in my family does, and after taking minoxidil my skin felt... strangely soft, like it was a water balloon rather than being tight and thick and strong, and then I developed forehead wrinkles for the first time in my life. I was prone to waking up with nasolabial lines due to side sleeping, and so I decided to quit using minoxidil out of the fear that it could potentially make my morning dog face permanent. It took about a week for my skin to feel normal again, but the forehead wrinkles never went away.
I bought The Royal Head’s Men’s Hair Regrowth Kit which has all natural and organic products gave me my hair back in six months with zero side effects. Great overall product tbh, must try!
Thank you for taking the time to create and share this informative content. My good friend used Norlest's natural hair recipes, and his hair started growing back normally without falling out. I was shocked.
Great info. I do think the dermapen is the best because it goes in and out and you can choose the depth. It doesn't cause cross tearing on the skin and doesn't cut your hair off like the roller. I think printing the roller on your scalp instead of rolling it is good but not as affective and efficient as something like a dermapen.
Just wanna put this out there... DO NOT DO MICRONEEDLING ON ACTIVE ACNE. You will have a bad time... It can/will spread the acne bacteria around and this can lead to horrifying results.
Lol wtf I laugh at how ppl have acne it's like no one taught them about hygiene Acne can be cleared up in a couple days with hydrogen peroxide It's just bacteria in the pores A lot of that is contributed to by ones diet so if you eat lots of fat or sugar you're in turn excreting food for bacteria through your tissues.
Been researching this subject for months. Struggling with choosing between results and side effects, especially long term ones. You got it to a pretty safe exercise.
I am 51 and hair loss removed the confidence in me. I wish I could afford hair transplant. I was interested in when I started using hair in 2004. This year: September 17, 2023 1. Started taking finasteride 1mg and minoxidil 2.5mg orally. 2. Cost by BeyondMD $320 for 360 pills of each I do not have any side affect and I am extremely happy with the result. I also started adding Saw Palmetto and Biotin just, not for better result but just because it is something that is over the counter and if I somehow need to get off from Fin and Min, I will keep my hair.
@@kkutube1972 I don’t think Saw Palmetto tablets will do anything when you’re on 1mg Fin. Maybe as a topical solution it could reduce DHT in the scalp. Did you experience increased body hair with oral min?
It is actually a great achievement to work out a solution and get these results. Congrats to you! I've started taking Saw P this week. I have been using microneedling for a few months at 0.5mm, which has generated a lot of baby hairs, but they need help to get bigger, so the Saw Palmetto is one thing I'm taking for that, and the other is a DHT blocking shampoo, Grow Me. Hopefully, this will be sufficient to get results. (I may try Finasteride if that fails.)

Stinging nettle root tea, once a day, completely normalized my DHT, it started at the end of 2019 same as him, i still have everything today, didnt lose a single hair since i started this. Add melatonin spray once a day, it bulletproofs hair, i dont know why, but it is phenomenal.
Good on you! I should try it out. But you do drink the tea, right? Not using it as a scalp-treatment😅😅😅
I concur that nettle tea seems to work wonders. I no longer see hairs around the sink and I have more hairs overall.
@@theunknownkadath Happy to hear that, the cure was simple. Im just not sure if it will regrow hairs if you wash hair with it, i havent tested since its a bit of a hassle to do it every day.
Thus just drink stinging nettle tea every day and you block dht? For real? I've got lots of nettle right in my garden, can I save my hair?
@@___m_i_k_e___ Stinging nettle root, make sure it's the root because the regular nettle doesn't work as well. Within 1 month your DHT will fully normalize, it acts as a reductor, not a blocker like finasteride. Drink it 1-2 times every day, I guarantee you will keep the hair you have. Once it normalizes you can start drinking it every other day or even every 3rd day. It's been 3.5 years since I first started this, I'm not an exception, it will work for everyone.

Thanks for the info
I have a 1.5 and do normal rolling (back and forth) once every 2 weeks, he mentioned this could damage the follicle?
@@ryangallegos3218 Yes it can, Dermapen type devices clearly better. For 5 or 10 mins every 2 weeks is likely a safe and efficacious time.

Well you usually get the gene from your mother’s side, so look at your uncles
The best thing that I have donne about losing hair, after using minoxidil and finesterida for more than a decade, was to leave all behind and embrace my baldness as a natural process. I just felt more light and free. In life it is all about your attitude and personality that matters not your hair.
for some people confidence matters
I agree 100%. I would rather choose to face my insecurities here with this, since they will most likely resurface through some other means if you are prone to be insecure about your appearance at all. I speak from hard-fought experience: avoiding having to deal with difficult feelings is only going to hinder you in the long run.
I went for the 6mm hair trimmer and never looked back. No way I'd pay so much money or screw with my endocrine system for my hair. At the end of the day it's all about what matters the most for different people.
This is excellent advice for some people. For myself I truly hate how my bald head looks so I keep the struggle going.
Going bald doesn't suit everybody though because their facial features don't allow it. It'll just make them look worse.

Hey, Started losing my hair at your age as well, before jumping on fin try saw, you want to have the lowest dose possible, that way if you find that it stops working you can increase the dose, however try microneedling in your current routine before any DHT blocker, it’s can 2X your minoxidil results!
I been there, just be consistant and you will prevent it ✅
@@billberg. do you recommend any Dermaroller?

Same. It's very frustrating. I don't know what to do next. Stand on my head every morning to improve circulation?
Unfortunately it is a losing battle
@SomeBodyIUsedToKnow8 well I'm finally seeing and feeling peach fuzz, at least on one side lol so in 6 to 8 months I'll see how it looks then if not much better. I'll try and go to turkey and get that good, cheap implant.

This is because pumpkin seeds are high in zinc. The highest non meat food source of zinc.

Excellent video, I didn't know anything about saw palmetto untill now. A suggestion I have is to take 1mg finasteride once a week instead of dividing the pill. Finasteride has a halflife of 30 days so there is no need to space it out over a week as every pill you take stays in your system and works for 30 days either way :)
I would also recommend a derma stamp instead of a derma roller for the same reason you mentioned which is that derma rollers has a tendency of destroying the skin at times.
yo please dont do that i dont know where you read the half life is 30 days the half life of finasteride is 6 or so hours which is why its important to take every day. if youre taking it once a week youre basically doing nothing and youre gonna keep balding
You went straight to offer solutions. Thanks!

Scalp massage as described in Perfect Hair Health is great too.

Don't do microneedling at all - it doesn't work.
Lol wtf
I laugh at how ppl have acne it's like no one taught them about hygiene
Acne can be cleared up in a couple days with hydrogen peroxide
It's just bacteria in the pores
A lot of that is contributed to by ones diet so if you eat lots of fat or sugar you're in turn excreting food for bacteria through your tissues.
Really helpful video. How do you suggest showering without flouride? A Shower head filter?
Thank you for sharing it with us without charging money
Been researching this subject for months. Struggling with choosing between results and side effects, especially long term ones. You got it to a pretty safe exercise.
It's completely safe to use oral minoxidil and 1g of finasteride
I can recommend hair massaging. Worked for me
I am 51 and hair loss removed the confidence in me. I wish I could afford hair transplant. I was interested in when I started using hair in 2004. This year: September 17, 2023
1. Started taking finasteride 1mg and minoxidil 2.5mg orally.
2. Cost by BeyondMD $320 for 360 pills of each
I do not have any side affect and I am extremely happy with the result.
@@Lksz-l9k Wouldn't say finasteride is "completely" safe.
That's an awesome start. Rushing to Finestride too early isn't good enough. Try the natural ways first.
ya stay away from finasteride it has very bad negative health effects. i know studies that say men have suicidal thoughts once they stop using and many men have comiited suicide
Great great video man, no need of a super production, you are essentially good in this
Thank you so much !! 🙏
More than half the information he gave was complete bs
@@pooblock4092 can you elaborate?
Thanks for the tips, man! And your hair looks great now
Thank you, I really appreciate it !!
Pretty good summary. Also recommend not to worry about it that much.
5:31 Micro needling works best without Minoxidil supposedly from tests
Use pure ROSEMARY OIL! That's the best thing you can implement into your already great routine. Thank you for sharing your experience!
How do u use it? U put it in the shampoo or directly on the hair?
@@juanciu.4879 There are many ways you can apply it. I'm sure you can find something here on RUclips too. I personally tried dropping a bit on my scalp and massaging it to spread. I was losing hair as side effect of ingesting isolated protein. It can happen to some people and it actually happened to me. 😅
pure essenz is 5ml Rosemary.
Never use pure.
IT makes good blood on head like Ingwer oder onion. You need good blooded in head and no sour in Cells. Coconut oil makes pores bad, dont use on head. No Wind com inside pores.

@@juanciu.4879no you massage it on to your scalp a hour or 2 before you have a shower but iv tryed rosemary for over a year and no regrowth it just makes your hair look much healthier
I would recommend to cut your hair short , it does give an illusion of decreased hair fall and makes me less stressed about hair loss
Agree 100% I find it’s way less noticeable once my hair is short on the sides !! I’m just trying the long look right now for fun, but looks like I will have to cut soon …
Some of us have really bad head shapes 😢
@@billberg.long hair suits you and it looks thick and lush. I would keep it that way.
Well i would like to add another thing is Rosemary oil or water. It also has a DHT blocker effect and u dont have to consume it, you can apply it topically and it really helps
Gratitudes! Many blessings! Peace, love and harmony!
Hey man great video! I was happy to find it cause I think we have somewhat similar features, so maybe some same genetics. I'm also very sensitive to medications and usually take a smaller dose than average of anything. Very thorough. Thanks God bless!
30 ml of Amla oil, 30 ml of camellia oil, 30 ml of rosehip oil, 30 ml of borage oil, 30 ml of perilla seed oil and 30 ml of hemp seed oil mixed together does wonders. In a amber bottle with 36 drops of frankincense essential oil in the amber bottle, shake well and wow you'll have the best products for your face, hair, skin, beard. And don't forget to store the bottle in the fridge after each use.
The most effective oils for healthy hair, skin: Borage oil, rosehip oil, camelia oil, perilla seed oil, meadowfoam seed oil, squalane oil (not from olive but from sugar cane) and hemp seed oil.
Now the best essential oil : Frankincense.
The best oil against uv ray protection : raspberry seed oil (it has a 30+ spf)
The hardest part with all these is that there is no specific formula for everyone. You just have to go "trial and error" with your body in order to find the right formula for YOU.
I am a 37 yo man that suffers from genetic alopecia and i sincerely thank you for taking the time to suggest methods that worked for you and who knows, they might work for me too before i go the highway of hair transplant!
I'm surprised you didn't mention rosemary oil. One of the best things you can use.
You didn't mention dandruff, minoxodil causes dandruff to most scalp types
Hey yes, I didn’t mention anything about the dandruff but using a scalp massager will help but also a good ketoconazole shampoo will help at 2%!
Thanks bro 👊 will try
bro should we do the rosemary+dermarolling thing before or after shower? also is castor oil a good alternative for rosemary? since castor oil was the first thing which prevented my hair loss and i still use it twice a week before showering
Use both as a hair mask. You can even throw in Aloe Vera gel as a carrier for the oils. Use a scalp massager to distribute evenly. Leave in for 30 mins to and hour. I leave it on overnight and shower the next morning.
You said you're trying natural then you mentioned minoxidil and finastride. I have tried minoxidil and it has some pretty nasty side effects as well so I switched to natural hair growth serums which work quite similar to minoxidil without the side effects and you don't even lose your gains once you stop
Can you mention which are those natural serums please?
@@axscs1178 I use a serum that contains a combination of Redensyl, capixyl and procapil and also apply rosemary and biotin oil along with weekly dermaroller

Thanks for the straightforward video. How long did you take the saw palmetto before you noticed results?
I would say it took around 3 months for any significant results but, the first time I started I was very inconsistent and did not see any big change until I became consistent!
I appreciate the info. Also, when you say you took (or still take) 320 mg daily, are you referring to saw palmetto powder, or an extract in some specific concentration?@@billberg.

Thats exactly WHAT CAUSED MY HAIR LOSS
If that’s the cause of it, if you stop does it grow back or what is lost is lost at 18-19 ?
Literally zero chance those two are connected
