We've been using Carista in the U.S,, it unlocks alittle fun.
Auris 2018 Hybrid Sport: every time I switch OFF the car, the partial odometer resets instantly. I was used on the previous VW Golf to have it kept for at least two hours before the automatic reset (unless I reset it manually), so I had time to stop the car for a while (refueling, pause during a long trip, pay-a-visit, etc). Can I change this parameter with the tool or - better - with some hidden commends? TIA
Hi Carlube I purchased carly Obd2 with full updated, however it doesn’t work at all, I had tried to different ways not successful, do you have any suggestion? Thanks
I bought the Carista and the windows open and sunroof but the key fob lock won’t lock it I have to use the manual key
My does fusion did that and I didn’t know it until I accidentally did it. Been trying to get it on my hatchback

In the features section, in customization, why is asking for codes? It is normal?

I have the Corolla Touring sports Excel 2.0 Litre model. I want the ambient blue lights in the door trim not to dim when I set off. I know it dims to prevent from being a distraction but it doesn't distract me. I want ambient lighting so I can see the interior easier and things. Do you think that feature you scolled past might do that if I turn dimming off
Unfortunately I can’t answer that question because my car doesn’t have ambient lighting, it definitely wasn’t in the options based on my car model
You cannot. The car will dim the ambient lights once you engage drive. I tried with Carista to no avail.
when i try code my new 2023 it says battery voltage low?
If you ask your Toyota dealer to program your windows they will. I had my highlander programmed. The owns manuel offers the option.
I did not know this, i’m sure they’ve tried to charge though as it’s an option
@CarLubeTv, hello, the vehicle cuts off all energy 20 minutes after the doors are locked. Can we shorten this period even more? For example, 5 minutes after the doors are locked, no energy.

Is it possible to turn off the seatbelt warning sound for the rear with carly?
You can with Carista.
is it possible to reset the handbrake to replace the brake pads ?
You can toggle the automatic electronic parking brake by pushing down the brake pedal while pulling the EPB switch for a few seconds
The coming home function is great. Is it possible to set the lights to turn on even after unlocking the car?
You can adjust this in the infotainment of any newer Toyota without even needing a scanner

Not in the UK.
Only in Executive from infotaiment but if you see how many options is in carly then you already know the answer, so many things can be coded nowdays.

how make headlight to stay when open car ? and all option is for Europe? My car is sedan .
I think you just have to pull the indicator lever, like when you flash your high beams, right before or after you open the door (I'm not sure).

From memory, I think you can do that within the Toyota options
Depends on the market. Toyota’s legal department are fussy about these things …

Euro spec Corollas are so much better equipped than North American ones. We cannot get the window up feature from the remote here. Because someone will try to get a million dollars from Toyota in a lawsuit…
its not turned on from factory in scandinavia as far as i know, thought that was a US thing
So I’m beating my head on the wall trying to get the windows to go up and I can’t? Got them to go down but not up. I’m in Canada.
@@LyndonTCorbett Yeah, have supper, watch a movie, do something else with your time. Mine is also Canadian spec, you won’t be able to get them to roll up.
Our Corollas are setup exactly the same as the U.S. spec cars. We just get things like heated seats, heated windshield, etc. on the mid-range configurations and up because of our winters. Apart from that, the electronic modules will be setup to “anti lawsuit” U.S. mode

@@DD-gz9ut I was thinking about this. In terminal you can see all the code. It looks like g-code. I’m sure the relay is there, it might just need to be written in the code. If I could see the euro ecu code we may be able to add it.

In US... About 80 percent of those settings are in the car stereo
UK cars are sadly not like the North American cars...
Do you think Carly could code the Toyota to have on both front and rear LED lights at the same time?
I have a Yaris and I find it annoying that in Automatic Lights mode only the front LEDs are on and want to code it so that it turns on the rear LEDs as well.

@@bbart79 For a start, I tried exactly the same options for the windows but failed. Tried other options like Auto Fold Mirror but also failed! This Carly product truly a big failure!

It’s not Matt mate, Matt is a flat non shiny colour, this colour is similar to Audi nardo grey

Toyota dealer will turn any of these off or on for you for free FYI, I work at one.

Not the one in Swansea, I had to buy the Carista to get the windows operating through the keyfob. Local dealer said it was not available.
If you are in the United States, do not buy Carly. The coding function does not work. Do not waste your money like I did.
