Hey how long this cvt transmission last on corolla as u know they had to replace all cvts back in 2019 if I'm not wrong I just bought 22 corolla le just concerned abt cvt transmission it doesn't have the power but if atleast last long time
@@brianruperti I really like the steering wheel of the SE version better than the LE version which I currently own 😂😂😂😂. I will be doing major trip first time this pandemic started this weekend, so I will be driving roughly 180 miles roundtrip, will see how it will perform on gas. The 2020 only has 11.5k miles which is really low mileage for the year right.
Driving a 2021 Toyota Corolla XSE for 3 yrs now had little knowledge of these features coz all I want is a reliable car for work, thanks for these detailed tutorial . Big help to me
This is an awesome video. I just picked up my 2022 Toyota Corolla SE 2 days ago and was reading through the manual. You're video is super comprehensive in under 20 mins. Super helpful.
Recently got a new job as a delivery/product specialist at a Toyota dealership and I cant stress how useful this video was… appreciate how detailed and thorough you are🙏 subbed
This has helped sooo much! I recently bought a 22 Corolla SE and there’s still a bunch that I’m confused about.. but this video has helped a lot! I just brought my seat up a little and I think it helped! Thank you!!!
Thank you so much!! My last Toyota was a 2013 so this was a great help!! My sales person did go over everything and answered all my questions, but I needed a recap.
Thank you...thank you...thank you. Since I started to look for help in RUclips for any thing, you are the first one who's clip was interesting, to the point, simple. I wished you did more than vehicles. I watch you tube a lot. But I subscribe none, cause looking for someone better in explaining things. I subscribed yours. Thanks... again.
There is also a steering wheel sensitivity setting for a more sporty feel on the steering wheel. Also this Corolla has an actual true 1st Gear Specifically for launch.
I like how this video popped up on my recommended list when I am about to buy a 2022 Toyota Corolla SE in July 2022. I'm getting a base SE in Super White color, say no to moonroof/sunroof package, remember kids, don't pay someone extra to put a hole on your car's roof which inevitably breaks and leaks, and you get less headroom due to the moonroof.
Thanks for the videos, I'm a new corolla user. Does it have a seat and steering warmer. It's very cold in the morning. Does it have a remote start function
Just got a 2022 Corolla cross xle and this video has been super helpful with how a few of the features work. It has a bigger screen and it’s centered and is the speedometer display as well but it all seems to work the same.
It drives me nuts that the door lock/unlock buttons don’t light up. It’s so frustrating trying to find them when I want to unlock the passenger door in the dark to let someone in. Why would a modern car not have lighted buttons?
I agree with something small like that. Take this for what you will, it may help: The door lock button on the door has a smooth button for the unlock and a nobbed button for the lock. So without looking, you can find the unlock button right on the drivers door by feeling for the smooth button out of the two. Then you can feel for the two dots on the lock button. Also, most Toyotas after 2014 actually unlock all doors when you put the car in park and relock them when you put it in to drive. I hope these 2 tips ease your issue with the lack of button lighting.
Hey I have a Toyota Corolla SE 2021 and I noticed today under my rearview mirror it’s three buttons on it and I’m not sure what they are meant for. Your video was very very helpful, I’ve definitely learned a lot. Thank you
Thank you I have a 2023 Corolla SE. I hope you make a video for 2023 soon. The dealer cannot get my Moto G5 to sync to the entertainment screen and so I can't use the radio or anything. Just bought it 3 days ago and totally lost with all the computer stuff
2:25 - I hate how they made a steering wheel button to pick up the phone, but the navigator button right above does not let you scroll though contacts or recents to actually place a call. To do that, I then need to fumble through the touch screen. Really annoying since my 2014 Tacoma allows for this.
Does anyone else with a Toyota Corolla Cross have an issue with the back seat? We put our seats down for more space while grocery shopping and now we cannot get the seats back up. Help!
Good video, but I have a COROLLA 2021 LE and I want to activate the LDR lights, which are like a led band, do you know how I can activate them? let them see each other during the day
Thanks for this! I watched your other video on the 2022 Toyota Corolla SE review. It's what got me to buy the car. Just bought mine yesterday in the same color of the Corolla in this video. Although the interior is black. I only had to wait two and a half weeks after placing a $500 deposit to hold. Went from a 2016 Toyota Corolla S Plus to this! One big difference I noticed is the 2022 sits LOW. The new driving platform is nice! I'll miss my old Corolla. Anyways, thanks for taking the time in making this video it has helped me a lot, the manual is pretty thick and you helped me avoid it☺.
No way to turn it off. Just cover it with a piece of blue painters tape. But my y solicited advise is just teach them proper technique of using the mirrors to aim, then use the wonderful tool of the times (backup camera) to see how close th car is.
Do you know anything about that lumbar switch on the side of the seat at 11:22? My car has that switch but I can't find any info about it online. It lights up red when it's switch up and doesn't light up in the down position. I'm wondering what the differences are when you have that switch up vs down?
question for you ... if you plug in a classic Ipod in the console usb armrest. Will it work on your display to play your music and use the steer wheel control to scroll through your menu ?
How do I get the menu up on the MID in order to scroll through it? Mine just says no message and I’ve been tinkering with the buttons but I can’t figure it out 😭
is there any way to change audio settings.. I can't change album folders once the car is in drive and I'd like to find out if it's possible to change that feature

Do u know if 2022 corolla le carries a physical first gear or a launch gear and is it direct shift cvt?

On the screen can you use it as a TV like if I stream something on my phone and it's connected will it show up on the screen.
No but would be cool if an option while parked.

Go side to side until you hit the settings menu. It’s a gear icon.
Hey can we have a projections of our phone into the screen, to watch photos or youtube ? With an app or something ?
Thank you !
Hey it’s not designed to do that
Im looking for my back up sensors & it doesn’t have it

That button allows the seats to be folded down
This is fucking awesome. Many thanks..
is there any way to change audio settings.. I can't change album folders once the car is in drive and I'd like to find out if it's possible to change that feature
Most settings are blocked during driving to reduce chance of a crash. I am pretty sure there is not a way to change it
