I'm going to comment this based off the title
I've been doing otf for 3 weeks and I can tell you my mental health has transformed.
    1. I live in upstate NY and it's very grey here for a while and I'm still feeling great!!!
    2. But more importantly the internal battle. I got 9 splat points yesterday and was originally upset...then I was like girl. YOU RAN THE WHOLE TIME 🙌🙌🙌

I have been religiously going to OTF (twice a week) for 1 year now. Where I experienced the biggest change is actually MENTAL. Since going my confidence skyrocketed. All those things I used to view as "I don't know if I can do this" turned into "let me see what happens if I give it a try." Some of my biggest dreams not related to fitness started coming to life due to this confidence boost.
In terms of weight loss: I weight 165. Since day 1, scale did not change much but I look SO HOT and I am a HUGE sweet tooth. I feel like if I was not a huge sweet tooth I would have a model body by now! You are so right about weight loss starting in the kitchen. Since beginning of October I have been trying to focus on eating 3 solid meals (so I don't attack snacks) and cutting out sugar. I love chocolate! I am buying this KETO Snickerdoodle brand which has less than 1 g sugar and tastes amazing. Hoping these changes I am making will help me get skinnier in the long run. I don't expect any sudden changes because it is life style change! You are so right.

I laughed reading your comment because I feel like I wrote it. Everything you said is me lol and I'm gonna try that snickerdoodle treat because I LOVE chocolate too

The body mass index, and finding your BMR basic metabolic rate, that starts with finding the water, muscle fat and bone. Then there is an algorithm to pin point BMR. I could give you tons of information on some of this information.

Like you I been able to go through a complete body analysis at the military base wellness clinic. Six appointments that covered every aspect of BMR, metabolism, O2 intake and pulmonary of breathing aerobic thur anaerobic exhaustion during exercise. How muscles use nutrients from consumption of various food. That was 10 years ago.

Girl! Do the Inbody scan the next time you go workout...you have to do it before your workout, and it's best to do at least 2 hrs after eating. It's very helpful and breaks down so much more than just weight!

Very helpful review! I’ve now taken 6 classes at OTF and am a bit obsessed. May have some unrealistic goals to start, so your video is a good reality check. I’m enjoying OTF so far that I’m going more than # of sessions I’ve paid for per month. I think I need to get over the sticker shock of cost and accept the value and experience I’m getting from each class. I guess I just need to pay some extra $$ for some extra classes the next few months and re-evaluate.

OTF is awesome if you are already somewhat in shape, and you need a boost. Best plan for 3-9 months. I do however feel you plateau, unless you add incline on TM and lift super heavy.

  • @DJKhal21

You are beautiful. I just joined OTF again 3 weeks ago after being a member on and off in 2018 and 2019. My studio went up from $159 to $179 now. Still worth it. I see a difference and feel better in just 2 weeks so far.
