I thought the episode was *slightly* more interesting then the third episode. But man, I'm happy to see you able to change your mind, so ima sub my boy. As a side note... them naming the male Korean actor Soul. May be the most on the nose naming I have ever seen.
Yeah.. I really wanted to like this show.. I stood up for it until episode 3 .. Then episode 4 was just so bad.. I couldn't tolerate the bad characters and writing in this show anymore The 1 thing that was interesting to me in this episode is the sith lord at the end.. A glimmer of hope .. Maybe The Best actor in this show is Definetly Sol.. Also I agree.. Weird name choice 😂 Thanks for the sub 👍
@DracosEmber just to that hope a little... they spelled it soul, like the city... and he is the only Korean actor...lol.. I made a big post about how it was just bad writing on your last video. Just... amazing, they didn't have someone seriously watch it and tell them what all was garbage.
Yea.. Hollywood budgets are just inflating... And we somehow get lower quality shows and movies.... Although some are spent well leading to great movies Learn from Godzilla : Minus One Hollywood!
like your approach. though you are not deep in the SW lore, you are a competent observer of this show. i like that you do not pitch in with the non-stop jokes about lesbians or real or imagined agendas. I was frustrated by the first episode and hoped for the second...then for the 3rd and so on but till now there was so much wrong on the technical level: pace, logic errors, lore breaking, bad character writing and dialogue...just to name a few, that it is beyond redemption. best we can hope for are some cool scences...much like with the ahsoka and obi-wan shows, and not too much weird stuff happening. I do not get it: they have millions to spend...hire a world class writer for a few millions and you have a solid core to work from. if the writers do not want, just bribe their family members...I do not care...but stop this nonsense show after show ... anger mode off in short: good work dracosember!

Even hearing the sound of lightsabers clashing doesn't get me excited for Star Wars.. Coz the quality of the story is probably bad 🥲 But this show has good fight scenes : 1 highlight
if my hypothesis gonna turn out to be correct,which i doubt it, ur analysis of 4th episode goes out the window lol. i think that chinese guy who mae gets the info,supply,etc...from is the sith they encounter. i mean if u think about it,he follows her closely,he knows if and how she fails or succeeds his tasks,he can infiltrate among that jedi group and spy now lol. that would also make sense on how he knew where she was and why he killed the wooky coz she literally told him before that she's out lmao
I personally think so as well.. They made it a little bit obvious in this episode... But if they did that The whole mystery in the show of who is the sith would be solved before they even revealed it ... There are some other theories that... It could be the alien mother of osha and mae..That could be much more interesting. Coz remember we never saw a dead body of her in the fire . Man the concept of this show is so cool... I love the story they are trying to tell.. But the way they executed it so bad..with terrible writing of the script ( in my opinion) But we'll see I guess... 4 More episodes to come . I hope this show can bring it back
@@DracosEmber maybe that sith isnt actually a master,bc that chinese guy seem to young to be a master,rather than some other apprentice. if their mother is the sith master, i doubt she'll have a saber. their cult looked more like the witches of dethamier or something lol. they used the force only,without any lightsabers and they were neither jedi or sith it seemed🤔
Age doesn't matter.. Remember Anakin was young .. And he was Darth Vader.. Maybe it is indeed Qimir ( the Chinese guy you talk about) .. But that would be anticlimactic... We'll see
I appreciate the more independent thought process. I am not interested in bitching about DEI. Shows are about the dialogue, the drama, the action, and the solid writing. I don't give a rats ass if most of the characters are women. I care if the fact that it's all women is thrown in our face by cheesy writing, nonsensical plots, and a departure from standard SW canon.
Thanks ...as you said Art takes many forms and as diversity in it ... But if the core principles like story.. Characters are not good .. Then it's not good art ( show) ... I initially liked where it was going.. But i definetly felt that badly written characters... And weak story.. But i thought.. I'll give it a chance.. I'm gonna say it's a decent show... It has some good in it...But After the utter failure of Episode 4 ... I am done showing any optimism and support for this show
This reminded me of bad SNL episodes when the guest hosts are obviously reading from cue cards. The dialogue in ep 4 was awkward, badly written, and badly acted.
Hey man.. That's great.. If you are enjoying the show... That's wonderful... Unfortunately I and most of the viewers are having a hard time enjoying the show I initially liked the start.. But the latest episode didn't work for me.. Of course everyone has their own opinion... Mine is just more towards the negatives of this show
