      Thank you so much 👍 it is great to hear that my video was helpful ☺️ especially after all the work trying to film while working on the car.

      Hi Ryan. In all your videos with your Bronco have you changed any driveline parts - drive shafts, diff gears, axles? I'm curious to know if you think those upgrades are necessary. If all those parts are stock in your videos then I'll be happy to leave mine alone (aside from bearings and the low-range gear set.) Thanks for breaking the trail for us!

      Hi @@GreenEyedScotty
      No I have not changed any parts on the diffs or driveline only changed to low gearing inside the gearbox.
      Soon I will order the metal diff gears and extended drive shafts for inside the diffs so I can widen the vehicle by 2 mm on each side.
      But they are running perfectly fine the way they are and I am more than impressed with the performance you get out of these little RC's.
      Thank you so much 🤜💥🤛 for your supporting comment 👊😉

      @@rcfungames excellent! Are you using Traxxas batteries or have you looked at making/getting an adapter to utilize off brand lipos? I have a couple 2S lipos for my Mini-B that I'd like to use in my TRX-4M if possible. I won't replace the stock ECM though so if need be I'll buy a couple more Traxxas batteries. Looking forward to seeing more of your TRX-4M videos, cheers!

      @@GreenEyedScotty I am running original battery
      If there's one thing I've learned about Traxxas it's not to play around with adapters, I will probably just buy more Traxxas batteries for them.
      Only if I end up changing out the ECM.
      But for now these batteries have plenty power and lost long time even with all the weight I've added.
      They will be more videos coming soon. 😁

      You know what after 1 year of testing, in and out of water, and everything else like dust and sand! the only thing I really haven't tested them in his mud!!
      I stripped them both apart recently, and and both have behaved exactly the same!
      So for the price difference between Traxxas and injora! I would go for injora! As I would be able to buy three kits! So if they failed!! I would have backups anyway!
      There definitely doesn't seem to be, a quality difference between the two.

    Just curious on what you ended up thinking was better the injora kit or the traxxas kit?

    • @rcfungames
      @rcfungames  Месяц назад +1

      In the last video I posted customizing the Bronco I mentioned what I thought about the differences between the two kits.
      After testing both sets for over a year, in the same type of conditions water dust sand rocks, the only thing I didn't do was run them in mud.
      I stripped them down recently, define that both have behaved identically.
      Which in my opinion doesn't justify the price difference from the injora kit over the Traxxas on!
      So in my opinion I would save a few bucks ordering from Traxxas and rather pick up from Injora.
      I hope that helps 👊😉

    Just installed the rear bearings following your video. I did notice with the Injora diff cover if I even tighten the screws a bit too much I get binding. Spins free, binds, then free when rotating.

      You noticed right! because I was taught that on this type of plastic gears you do not put grease.
      If you do it softens the tips of the teeth making it more prone to failing.

    Hi, thank you so for this video as well as for all of your other videos too. They really help me out. I have a question 🙋‍♂️ you for you. So I did the injora seal bearings, injora drive shaft and crawl gears ⚙️. But my motor sound louder then before is this ok/normal?

    • @rcfungames
      @rcfungames  Год назад +2

      Hi my friend 😉 I'm extremely glad to read that my videos where helpful ☺️👍
      Yes it might sound a bit louder because you have now got reduction gears, you did make sure that they was a little bit of play between your pinion gear and spur gear? It also sounds louder because the gears are moving so much faster inside the gearbox but yet you're not going as fast.
      When you pick up the car that he's no binding right?
      As long as everything is running smoothly I would say it's okay

      @@rcfungames hi, thank you for getting back to me. Yes I left a little bit of play between pinion gear ⚙️ and spur gear ⚙️. No, there is no binding. I did test, drive it and it seems to be fine. It just seem to be a little louder than before. I’m looking 👀 forward to more of your videos.
