I get that, it never feels good to be handed a consolation prize. That being said, that can actually be a great way to meet someone that might be into you. If the girl you pursued isn’t in to you, that’s already done and you don’t lose anything by checking out her friend. If she knows what you’re into she’ll point you towards someone that she’s already vetted for you. Plus, if she thinks you’re totally lame she isn’t going to hook you up with a friend. And don’t forget, you still have every right to say you’re not interested if her friend isn’t cute. If you think of it more like a nice service she can provide, like networking for work, you might feel less insulted and even get something positive out of it

Also they do make good money eventually after say age 40 but they're also usually paying down a lot of debt from school. They're also often times kind of jerks in their personal lives from the stress of the job and smart people can sometimes be annoyed with the general stupidity of people around them.

There's something here all men can level up
That's why I'm working on my social skills, mental health, my career as a RUclipsr, gym, etc...
Well it's not the only reason why I'm doing this, doing it for myself too but still, everyone able to level up, no matter how ugly you are, there's something in your life you can improve to become more attractive to women, I've seen ugly men with women before and their gfs weren't ugly either

You're drilling down to what the answer means, and getting additional context, which is very interesting. If you want to get really scientific about all this, you are eventually going to need an older sample set to interview (maybe between 35 and 45).

So true. As people age, their priorities in what they value in a partner change. Also, women from different countries will have different answers, so it is important as a man to know what country the woman is from. Many of the traits an American woman would find attractive would be unnecessary or irrelevant elsewhere and vice versa. For example, in America, few women care if you can dance. In Latina America, if you can't dance you lose several points. In Europe, if you speak multiple languages, that bumps you up a lot especially if your an American b/c it is seen as being more open-minded and valuing other cultures.

Pro tip ladies: a plumber can make close to or more than a General Practitioner doctor, and not have the debt of what a doctor would have to carry for his education. Also, a plumber can do side jobs that can pay extremely well, and most of the time, it's money under the table. I'm an automotive technician, and have made money from side jobs to pay for vacations, and nice items for my house. My friend David was a plumber/electrician, and totally made bank. Enough to pay his house off in 7 years.

All most women care about is penis size and penis size shaming.
Nothing else is important to them.

8:48 My sistah is clearly materialistic, and it breaks my heart. Her answer indicates STATUS is a MUST with her. The way her eyes lit up when money and elite occupations got involved.

For me it's refreshing to see that while the girls clearly prefer guys with money that there is a difference in status given based on how that money is made. 150k for being a con artist is different from 150k from being a doctor or a lawyer or a banker.

Ehh, at the end of the day they still want a guy with money. So if you aren't rich, you are basically screwed.

It's refreshing? Some of them literally admitted they'd marry a doctor because of his title. That's disgusting. Get some self esteem.

I like how you used “con artist” to make them look more virtuous when if that con artist was 6 feet with a 8/10 face they’d be lining up lol
Meanwhile they’d reject a plumber simply based on his job……women huh

this really doesn't make me feel any better about the dating market. Most women say personality over looks but yet the status of a man and the money of a man trump everything

Hey Courtney, next time you're comparing salaries and professions try to pick some of the more 'eww' ones that make bank.
Morticians, septic engineers, oil rig workers, commercial divers, senior NCOs (i.e. on active deployments) etc. those carry far less prestige than the typical doctor, so I'd be curious if that'd still be a plus for them, especially with all the crazy downsides and possible risks many of these come with.
