Should we distinguish between farmed shellfish especially from China and wild caught shellfish? Are the nutrients still good in the farmed versions? Do they contain more or less of the man made toxins? Just about all the seafood and shellfish I find at the Asian grocery stores are farmed.

I have loved liver since childhood. Calf liver was the best. However, for some yrs has been hard to find. I do well with beef liver now. Have followed this suggestion from another post(so sorry not to remember who to credit)
Not really a recipe: use 4-5 cooked, organic chicken thighs, 4-5 slices cooked, organic bacon, 1# grass fed ground beef and 2 pieces liver. Chop liver into tiny pieces while still slightly frozen - using EVOO, sauté Grd beef with the liver just until red is out of beef. Add precooked chopped chicken along with crumbled bacon. Incorporate well. Freeze fistfuls (approx. 2 med. meatball size) in individual small sandwich bags. I get more than 10 meals from this 1 hr food prep.❤️. When thawed....can be added to salad, either hot or cold. I add it to eggs, with mushrooms, soup or beans. Am not fussy as long as I know my body is getting what it needs. Feed your body....not your face! Dr Berg needs to try this! No liver flavor!😛
BTW Thank you Dr Berg......the info you give is life saving. You have helped me understand the workings of my body and to do a better job at maintenance.👍

Dear Dr. Eric berg. Greetings from Bangladesh. I have been watching your videos for a long time and have immensely benefitted from your advise.
My maid, aged 73, has been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, which has metastisized. I have been treating her with natural diet as you have suggested in your previous videos. I do strongly believe that nature has the best medicine. She is complaining about her tumour getting bigger by the day. The pain she feels is unbearable. Her oncologist said to start chemo but we don't want her to go through all the madness. She wants an operation done but the doctor is not allowing. Please advise how to treat her. She has been with us for 22 years and is like a family member. Any advice or suggestions is highly appreciated.

Yes, they are. The shells are exoskeletons. "Shellfish" is a generic term, Crustacean is a zoological one.
