    Absolutely brilliant! I am using my Stream Deck for entering Comms, Nav and XPDR but while that all works, it is no where nearly as elegant as what you have done - not even close! Many thanks for this and everything else you do / have done to assist those of us who are SPAD neophytes.

    Great video Les. I am, however, trying to find resources to learn how to create custom variables. i.e. KEYPAD VALUE and INDEX. Sorry for noob questions. Any help greatly appreciated.

    Thnx Les. Good stuff again.
    Do you think it possible to control the TDS 750 with a SD ?

    • @LesOReilly
      @LesOReilly  9 месяцев назад

      Of course .. Just copy the example events from the RSG 750 Videos to map it to Buttons.. There is examples for the SD GTC control using buttons where I used the online Images that were supplied by another user. That will make it so that you can implement similar images as that to do Inner and Outer Knobs with Push and then add the other buttons like D-> and HOME plus the audio Knob.

    hello! Is the program license for life or do you have to pay every year?

    • @LesOReilly
      @LesOReilly  9 месяцев назад

      As per the products website (I am just another user..).
      "All licenses are life-time licenses with one year of free product updates."
      That means that the Product will always "work" but you won't get New Versions after 1 year if you do not purchase an update subscription.
      Update Subscriptions (also from the website)
      www.spadnext.com/discover/discover/updatesubscription.html
      "For always being up-to-date and being able to use the latest version of SPAD.neXt, you will need a valid update subscription. Once it expires it's your free decision to renew it or not.
      If you do not renew it, you will "just" stay at the major release, that was published when the subscription expired. If you decide to renew the subscription later on you can do so."
      " Normal License (any Standard license)
      1-Year: €9,99
      2-Years: €16,99
      3-Years: €22,99
      Lifetime: €31,99
      Complete License:
      1-Year: €14,99
      2-Years: €24,99
      3-Years: €31,99
      Lifetime: €49,99
      (Also keep in mind, your first year is always included in the license) "
      Also from the Website on Today Nov 20th (right on the homepage just scroll down a bit).
      Black Friday Week 2023
      For the period of Nov. 20th through Nov 26th (UTC Time) a 25% discount is available on spadnext.com.
      This applies to new licenses, as well as addons or update renewals.
      The discount will be applied automatically upon checkout.

      Don't worry, in FS2024 Microsobo will allow to easily assign sim events to any peripherals you may have, and give you complete profile customizations that switch automatically when you load different aircraft. 😉

    I am totally lost with all these so called easy software. I am trying to assign commands to my toggle switch box for my home cockpit and I am drowning in Mobiflight, FSUIP 7, SPAD NEXT etc etc. all the tutorials assumes one has computer engineering, or the presenters fail to accept some like me are totally non tech geeks. Why can’t someone design a simple device for someone who thinks these tutorials are double Dutch? It so frustrating.

      Same comment different video…. No one has ever said this is simple software. It is not. The entire point is to enable users to be able to configure and modify their hardware how they like. For spad next you need to watch the new user / getting started videos. Easier to find via the spad software since it has everything in the categories (Home - videos guides - new user) this video and the other one you have commented on were focused on very advanced items that users needed explained. Like the last one which was about re-using and axis as a switch… very specific item that was asked about in the discord.
