Living With Anxiety - Why Some Days Are Harder Than Others

  • I filmed this video last week and I'm still not sure if I'm doing the right thing by publishing it.
I haven't uploaded a video for 10 days now and I think that's the first time that I couldn't force myself to sit and film.
Despite being happy all the time, I do have another side of me that sometimes succumbs to sadness and negative thoughts.
I know this will pass, I trust in God, and I know you guys love me and everything will be ok, I just couldn't help but show this vulnerable side of me; I'm a human being like everyone else after all.

We think that if we have everything we want and need that this means we SHOULD be happy! It’s a myth. Ask anyone rich and famous if they’re happy because they’re rich and famous ! The mind loves a problem and so here it is saying you should be afraid of your health!
Trying to change and continually ‘improve’ is kind of part of the problem. Trust me, I’ve tried and achieved so many things and it’s nice, and for a minute, the negative self-talk gets quiet, but there’s always something else. We get confused; what? I have everything, why am I unhappy? Well...Can’t you just be unhappy for a little while? Try it! The mind is constantly changing and doing its thing. It’s not a problem. It’s the human condition. Hard though, and I’m not belittling your feelings, you have all my best wishes. X

I'm glad you shared this, it is admirable of you to be so transparent, Amber. Having struggled with anxiety myself, I was able to knock down it's effect on me by learning how to engage my rational mind. My cognitive therapist taught me how - she gave me the tools to get down to the root cause and recognize the trigger(s), and change the way I think (reframing). Regarding your vision, I've heard that ocular migraines can be triggered by anxiety and stress. Best wishes.

You sweet girl. I have suffered too from anxiety. Since I have worked on my relationship with God and being in His word daily and attending a great bible based church every Sunday my anxiety has gotten so much better. There is a great peace in truly knowing God. Put him first in your life above all else. ❤️

I understand totally. Controlling anxiety is so complex. You can even feel you are having a heart attack. I had that happen twice in my thirties. Prayers are with you and your family. It takes time, patience and self care and even then it still can take control of your body. You feel you need to be in control of everything in your life. Sometimes you have to let go of one or two things every now and again. Stay strong and fight on, prayers sent. The fear of losing is a persistent thing that never leaves our inner thoughts. No matter how much we have or how happy we are in our lives. The fear that we can fall and things can change is real. Try to let go of that fear every now and then. Love

Thank you for being open about your struggle. To break this stigma and talk about it it is not easy, so I salute you for being brave and posting a video about it. I won't give you advice because anxiety is multifaceted issue (fatigue, mineral deficiency, hormone inbalance, hidden infections, emotional trauma etc). This is the way our bodies say - stop, I need a break. And we live in a such fast paced times. It is not easy but with a strong community like yours you will overcome this. Stay healthy, happy& strong 🙏

I also have anxiety. I understand what you are going through. The best thing I can reccomend is to not focus on it. The more you try to figure it out it causes you to stay focused on the anxiety itself. There is no magic fix or cure. Whether you realized it or not you have probably had a form of anxiety your whole life. Just because you realize now that you have it nothing has actually changed .You were ok before and you are ok now. Dont let it start to control you. You are as strong of a woman now as you always have been. Not many women have been able to do what you have done. You are amazing.

Awhhh Gin Amber I just saw this video and the one about mental health one from 2017 and I had no idea that you suffered from depression, anxiety, and panic attacks too when I posted my other recent comment about trauma:( Both videos had me in tears because I can relate in SO many ways so I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your courage and transparency about these topics. You are a warrior who has gone through SO MUCH in your life and I'm so sorry that the anxiety was creeping back in early this year. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the doctor's visits and lab tests were able to shed some light on what was going on and I truly hope you're feeling better

Hey Gin posting under hubs account ha! I'm so sorry you're going through this. I started having anxiety about 4 yrs ago. I was working fulltime with kids and supporting my husband through med school. I was also pursuing my nursing degree and photography. I started having panic attacks and heart palpitations, migraines and I have celiacs. I've been forced to just step back. Absolutely just had to step back and pause. I quit school, work, social media and photography. I had to pause and really went to meditation which over the course of a year pushed me deeper into God and the bible. I still cant log into social media with our getting this sinking feeling in my gut, its just toxic so I stay off fb and ig. Sometimes the most terrifying thing is to pause and be still. Sending much love. You will get through this. Proverbs 3:5 Lean not onto thine own understanding in all thine ways acknowledge him and he will direct thy paths. ♡

I have struggled with anxiety and even full-board panic attacks for about 10 years now. It came on out of nowhere (although my history also indicates where it might have come from), I had always considered myself a very "together" person. I, too, consider myself a perfectionist--and we can be SO HARD on ourselves. I will OBSESS over something I have said or done, and it will grow and fester. You have taken all the right steps to address anxiety, sharing here with us, and taking proactive steps to understand and manage it. I admire your willingness to be open, honest, and sharing with us. It does many people good to know that they are not alone in their humanity.

I wish you the greatest gift for those of us who struggle with anxiety...peace of mind and spirit. 💖💖 Love from Canada.

Aw Gin! It’s going to be okay. My theory is that you have so much going on - and so much that is GOOD happening in your life, that maybe you’re afraid it will all go away or that you will lose what you have worked so hard for. Even if that’s an irrational fear, I know sometimes that when things are going good for me, I suddenly fear that it will all change, and be taken away from me. And that’s okay. Things are always changing - especially feelings thoughts and emotions. And I know that you know all of this. I just want you to know I’m so glad I found your channel and that you definitely have helped me and bring much needed positivity and new perspective to my life and I am grateful to you. We love you so much Gin. Hang in there! ❤️❤️❤️

Anxiety has been part of my life since childhood, panic attacks since university. Take care of yourself mentally as well, give yourself a break. Easier said than done, I know. But you are strong, I can see it, you'll learn how to handle the anxiety. I've found a few RUclips channels to be very useful; obviously Marisa Peer, Mel Robbins, Therapy in a Nutshell, Russel Brand's channel are some of them. Also TED Talks are really great. I've been trying to teach myself certain things and I have seen some improvement, slow but steady. Best of luck to you and thank you for sharing your story 😘

Dear Gin, I love you truly and admire you. I believe in a real God who loves us and we will live eternally with Him. I have anxiety problems too. I figured out after many many years than sometimes my body’s reaction to anxiety is delayed by 2 to 3 weeks. Another words something very stressful will happen and then 2-3 weeks later I have hyperventilating and fast heart rate. In December my sister died from pancreatic cancer after 11 horrible months and 3 weeks later my beautiful dog died suddenly. My heart literally felt like it was going to break. I am still very sad but I’m giving myself time to grieve. The only things that helped was love and talking to a few good friends and worshipping God, even though I am still mad at God for not healing my sister and my beautiful dog Daisy (she was only 9 years and old). Friends I thought would be there for me were and have not been but then people who I barely know have been so loving and compassionate and caring. It’s k to be afraid. This life is hard and we really have no control over our day even though we think we do. May best advice is to hold on tight to God and love as much as you can even though you may not get loved back. God sees our heart, and your heart is beautiful. All your followers can tell what a wonderful loving smart personality n you are and you are helping people and that something you should be very proud of. It’s k not to be perfect. None of us are. So give yourself the same love and grace you give others. Permission to be less than perfect. Take the PEACE that Left us (My peace I give to youJohn 14:27) His peace is real

Gin, I deeply appreciate you being honest with your community. What you are sharing is very helpful, indeed. Your words speak to me, and my own challenges. I liked it when you responded to Priscilla, sharing that "...maybe now I'm just getting to my roots and to my pure self that I always been avoiding."♥️
    You said it best.
You are an intelligent and sensitive person. I get the impression that you are highly intuitive with others, and especially with yourself.
Please keep prioritizing your health, especially anything that connects with your anxiety and emotional health. I believe that your anxiety is informing you about something important.
Kindly and gently listen to it.
It is a very good thing to embrace your roots and pure self, as challenging as it may feel, sometimes. When each of us safely allow a space for our anxiety, without avoiding it, we can actually get to the root cause; pinpoint our inner fears, to gently and factually accept the words 'I am enough'; accept our true beauty, (to borrow your words) our 'pure selves'.
Consider thinking about your creative self; what it means to have (real, personal, tailor-made) fun; to treat yourself as your own best friend. Be fully creative *for you*. Consider making this important time to fully let go, right now, to think only about yourself; to sense your deepest spirit and your true self. Undoubtedly, your time for others is valuable; moreover, your time for yourself is invaluable.
You are in my thoughts; in many of our thoughts, genuinely. You are cared about by your community. It is good that you value your partner and family. Please consider the inherent value and preciousness of your pure self. Believe that you will heal through all of this.

I am new to your channel, been subscribed for about a week or so and am so glad I did. When I get that level of anxiety I usually describe it as a "rollercoaster feeling".. your heart is racing like you're about to get on a rollercoaster (I guess that only makes sense to people who fear rollercoasters). You get this terrible rush feeling inside and don't know why. I have many anxiety-related illnesses and have to live with that feeling for over 2 weeks straight sometimes.. I wake up with the feeling and go to sleep with the feeling- it never ever goes away... when the "rush period" finally ends I may have like a month until it happens again. Feels like torture while its happening and when its not, I'm always anticipating it, so there is always anxiety involved.. like you said, I don't know if this makes any sense to you or anyone. I really wish I could describe it better. Thank you for sharing your knowledge on health and beauty, it is clear you are hardworking and passionate. And now I get to thank you for sharing your experience with anxiety. I also live in Miami.. this city can definitely take its toll on you. Sending tons of love your way. You got this!!

To add to my comment below. I thank you for being real and honest with us. The internet can be a great blessing. You have so many people who love and admire and are grateful to you. We are sending you love and prayers and peace and telling you do not let your heart be troubled. You are so ok. I really dont think you are dying. Just when things go good we get afraid they will be taken away, because you have had a lot of loss in your life but even if you did loose everything you would be ok. I understand that fear because I Get that same fear now too because I’ve been through some very rough times . But remember you can never loose God and you won’t loose the ones who truly love you and those are the most important in this life. Much love XOxoxoxo

One evening, once I was 19 years old, I collapsed on my bed. My heart was palpitating so fast, i assumed it had to get on the verge of bursting. My lungs felt like they only weren’t filling with air. Crying, shaking, and weirdly burping (sucking air will do this to you), I pressed my palms against the chilled windows. My senses seemed weirdly acute: I could see the streaks on the umbrellas of the people thirteen floors below; I heard garlic enter a wok all the way within the kitchen, where my roommates were cooking. The smell was overpowering. and every one the while, i used to be losing feeling in my fingers and toes.
I’m unsure how long I lay like this, waiting to either pass out or die. Eventually, it all stopped as torrentially because it came on: i used to be back in my body, alive again, but i used to be too tired to worry . Feeling like I’d just barely outchased a wild animal, I crashed into sleep.
The next morning, I crept quietly out of my room, ashamed to face my roommates. that they had been within the kitchen the night before, when I’d sprung from my seat and lunged into my room.
“Man, what did you're taking last night?” said Mara.
“Nothing,” I answered too quickly. I immediately wished I’d lied and said I’d taken something.
“She had a panic attack ,” Allie said to Mara. Her matter-of-factness astonished me.
“Well, anyway, I’m fine now,” I said, and charged off to class.
And I was fine, at that moment anyway.

Regarding Lasik, it’s not permanent. I had to have it twice on my right eye (also after 10 years), and eventually I also needed to wear glasses. This isn’t unusual; they just never tell us so we won’t have second thoughts about going through the procedure.
It sounds like you’re a victim of spiritual attacks. The devil confuses, puts fear into your heart, mocks you, tells you you’re not good enough, brings anxiety, depression and darkness into your soul and this affects you mentally, emotionally as well as physically. It will take work to get over this, but it’s also not too hard. All you have to do it follow the light. The light is Jesus Christ. When you feel like this, just pray and say “Jesus help me.” He will, but you have to trust that He exists and He helps. I know this might sound crazy to some people, but I’ve experienced darkness, which made me seek the light and get over depression and all spiritual attacks I’ve been under. You must know that anything that is not from Jesus/light, it’s from the devil/darkness. I also tried new age meditation, healers, Reiki. They never helped because they’re not from the light. These practices are from the devil. When you attach yourself to new age practices (like I did), you invite the devil into your life, and then you suffer like this, especially when you’re a good person who isn’t into the occult or satanic worship. Just follow Jesus and trust in Him and know that this is not a physical illness. This is spiritual so a doctor or a life couch or any human cannot help you. Only God can, but you have to ASK and TRUST Him to help you. Often the devil attacks us when we are on the journey to discovering God. Just keep on that journey and ignore this stupid SOB (the devil). Tel him “get away, you’re not welcome in my life. I belong to Jesus.” You have to pray a lot as soon as you recognize the attack, and use words to cast away the devil and invite Jesus into your life.
You are a child of God and He loves you like your mother loves you. He wants to help you, but He won’t until you ask with a pure heart AND remove all darkness related practices from your life. God is holy, so He will not accept to be where darkness is. Please remove new age practices so God can come into your life and help you. God bless you, precious.

I totally get it. I had spots in front of my eyes and dizziness they also said it's migraine, but I didn't had head aches. I had fast heart rate as well and that tension and unexplained panick/fear. It all stopped altogether once I finally did what I knew I needed but was to scare to do. I hope you're higher self will give you guidance on what it is you need to do for yourself. I definitely think it's not health related, but rather your soul is asking for attention. Maybe you just need to stop putting so much pressure on yourself, allow yourself to have a break. Take a time to rest internally. Hope you will get better soon 😘😘😘

Looking back in my life I can tell you that sometimes when things are going good you can develop anxiety, deep in the mind there is an unknown fear that something is gonna come along that is not so good and it will disrupt this happy place. It’s on a more subconscious level. That’s why you can’t put your finger on it. This is just my opinion based on the fact that it has happened to me. And Sometimes things do go wrong and if it doesJust remember that over time things get good again. It’s the cycle of life. Live each day to the fullest and don’t try to predict the future. Good luck to ya!😘

Hi Gin.. Fear manifests as many things in many different ways. My therapist told me that anxiety is a fear of the future and depression is a fear of the past. I was told both have trigger points which cause anxious episodes. I have to learn what actually triggers an anxiety attack. I've begun to understand some of my trigger points. One being, if someone I'm close to, goes on a simple vacation, I begin to fear I won't ever see them again, hence, a fear of the future, triggering panic and anxiety attacks. This stems from a devastating and sudden loss of several close family members. I'm not at all suggesting this is causing your anxiety. Trying to figure out what brings on anxiety is difficult, as you can understand. But, anxiety can come from fear of loss as well as fear of needs, which the two could go hand in hand. I have no answers of how to control my fear of the future nor my fear of the past. All I can say is, I'm trying to learn what triggers these episodes of mind torchure, and learn my best way to get through the low days.. the anxiety does pass for awhile. I pray you find your way through the waves these episodes bring..

Sweet Gin Amber. You are beautiful inside and out, with or without makeup, your heart is pure and thank you for sharing your reality with us. I’m not a doctor, I don’t even play one on tv....but it sounds like you need a nice, relaxing vacation somewhere peaceful and beautiful. Sounds like you need to be pampered. A massage, a facial, some time to meditate. You are constantly on the go, thinking, moving, doing, creating. Now you ask us if we want merchandise...you can’t shut it off Gin Amber Beauty, this time of year is hard for a lot of people, especially with all that’s going on in our country, our world. Hopefully it’s nothing serious. I’m sending you love and a giant hug. Breathe and enjoy the moment you are in. We love you. 😘🥰😘

Darling- this anxiety happens to so many people- and you are not alone. I have suffered episodes all my life- and I am elderly now. There are distraction techniques I learned. It’s almost 4 am- and I’m doing a difficult jigsaw puzzle. You cannot do two things at once- so try distracting yourself with something you enjoy. Another favourite is listening to audio-books when I’m in bed- books I know and love-and which make me happy. I fall asleep to them every time. I can tell you- that this bad feeling will pass- and the more you deal with it in your own way- the less overwhelming it becomes. I have never believed in God - but if praying helps to calm you-go ahead. . Whatever it takes. You WILL find your way- and this will only be a memory. XXX

    • @WDwyer
      @WDwyer 4 года назад

I should add- that over the years I learned my panic attacks -although terrifying- are a physical manifestation of a chemical imbalance in your body- just your body getting a tiny bit out of balance and releasing adrenaline for no reason. Adrenaline generates fear and panic. Once I knew it had a physical foundation- I managed to control it with deep breathing exercises. Once you know that you are not going mad- it’s just physical- it becomes less scary. For me anyway. I sill check in soon and hope to see your lovely face smiling again. XXXX

I think I know what you are talking about , the emptiness and the panic attacks,I used to have the same experience in 2017 when I lost my aunt's daughter ,she was young so beautiful , she got sick and passed away .it was shocking and devastating moments ,it was not just being sad and crying it got further ,I had feeling that something wrong in my body I don't know where the pain was , it was suffocating but it wasn't so ,I wanted to scream but I couldn't, it happened to me at work I went straight to the bathroom ,hiding from ppl's eyes and you know what? ,I couldn't talk about it to anyone . after I visited a doctor because I had fever comes and goes ,he gave me five shots of Tri B complex.one each week and when I took the first one it really helped me sleep and relax. my nerves was on fire from sadness and the shocking new .
Jorden Peterson said that if you feel sad and bad about your self chick the last meal you have had ,it might be a sauce, or spice ,or some kind of salad that made your body upset and response to it through your hormones.
and believe it or not I found that chickpeas made me have the blues ,when I eat it I get uncomfortable , and so negative
and another one last thing I want you to ask your self about it dear Gin, is 'do you feel hurt ? I mean is there is someone recently broke your heart ?. because if so , it might be the reason to bring all this anxiety feeling now ,do not blame your self it's ok to be you feel sad for a while ,but believe me, you will get better over it.
I hope you will feel and find peace, and relax. everything is going to be ok .

I remember you mentioned in another video that you have Hashimoto’s Thyroditis. I have this too, and hashimoto’s brings you much, much anxiety. And the fact that you cannot tolerate the light is a clear indicator that most likely, your thyroid levels are way off, even if you are taking thyroid medicine. I was diagnosed with hashimotos in 2009 and this has happened to me several times until I finally figured it out and put two and two together. If your thyroid levels are not optimal, you will never feel yourself, you will deal with anxiety, adrenal fatigue, dry skin, hair loss, undescribable fatigue, ocular migranes, light sensitivity, weight gain or loss, joint pain, inflammation, saddness, depression, just too many symptoms to name.
Have you heard of LDN? Low Dose Naltrexone. This is what has ultimately helped my joint pain, and to sleep and my anxiety and my many other symptoms. It has been a miracle medicine for me. Also, I know you eat healthy, I did too, all my life, but still, hashimotos affects the gut, very much so, you may want to look into the AIP diet. LDN is a very benign medicine with virtually no side effect and so very inexpensive. I always tell everyone I can about it, it is not too well known but so very effective. Here are some links that can give you more information on LDN:
I encourage you to look into this. I did not feel better until I found a doctor that really listened to me and is willing to prescribe what I need to have my symptoms go away completely. By the way, if you cannot find a good doctor to treat your symptoms, my doctor, Dr. Mark Stengler in San Diego, CA consults by skype. His website is:
My hashimotos journey has been long and difficult, but I think that I am finally getting to the point of feeling myself and LDN, diet and being optimal in my thyroid levels has been a huge part of it. I am here for you, always feel free to reach out to me. I am praying for you.

You need to put Gin first, if not always than at sometimes. Even if you have to schedule it in to your week, do it! Maybe it’s fear of the unknown? Of the future? Spend more time with yourself, listen to your body, mind and spirit and you will discover what’s going on. I’ve lived with anxiety almost my whole life, and the feeling sucks so bad, I get it, I know how you feel. Sometimes I can pinpoint exactly what it is, and sometimes I just can’t understand what’s going on. The answers eventually come, unfortunately it may take some time and some digging and discovering from within, but they will come. In the meantime, you’ll be in my thoughts and prayers, and I would drive down there just to give you a hug if you need it!💟

Awwww Gin Amber I can understand what you're going through with anxiety attacks and it's scary sometimes more then others and I break down. I support you so much and I do care so much. Genuinely care. You are a beautiful soul and I wish I could be a friend when you needed me. This comes from my heart. The crazy thing is I've been saying the same thing about something going on and Its weird. I started seeing flashing lights as well. I get the migraine with aura and it can be bad at times. You must eat and drink lots of fluids and keep stress down. You can get sad and it'll bring one on. Sometimes you don't even get the migraine, you get the aura and it's scary. It in itself will cause anxiety. You must know nothing is happening that's going to hurt you. I faced the fears and it helps alot sweetie. I can relate so much to everything you're going through. Please understand what I'm saying cause It'll help. You must not over exert yourself either. I support you and Express yourself sweetie, you need this right now. It's good to let it out. I wish I could hug you. I'm sorry you're going through this. I've been suffering with this for many years and I learn to make it better. I used to be afraid of leaving my home but if you notice when you go outside, there's alot going on so it helps to take your mind off of the panic attack. You're scared and that's what it is. The fear of the unknown. I have lupus when I went to get tests for the white flashes in my eyes. You're doing alot and that can cause this. I noticed when I'm really busy and doing alot and I get a bit overwhelmed and that's when it happens the most. It's so bright. I promise you're ok. You're not sick sweetie. It's just everything you've taken on and your body is saying you need a break. When I stop and chill for a bit, it helps and they don't happen as often. I know so much about this and I just wish it never happened. I do my skincare to relax me and I love that so much. Don't let this anxiety beat you girl. Sometimes are harder then most but if you breath, like inhale deep and blow out hard. Smell the flowers, blow out the candle is a better way to explain. It helps. Stress causes all of this. You helped me today with the white light in my eyes. I didn't know any1 that had that as well. You're the only 1 who will control this. I learned that myself. Anything natural that can calm you when you have an anxiety attacks will help. I promise you with all my heart that you'll be ok. Please trust me. I'm a person who's gone through this for a long time. Your head is ok sweet girl. My heart is breaking for you. I want to help so much. But please trust me. One more thing magnesium is something you will want to add into your diet. It helps alot with the migraine with aura and anxiety attacks. 100%. I will be here to help as much as I can cause I know that fear. I feel so bad and know you're not alone as well. You got this and you control it. It doesn't control you. Big hugs. Im sorry for writing so much but i want you to know everything cause I know exactly what you're going through. I'll keep you in my prayers Sweetheart....❤❤☝️👣🙏🏼🥰🏅

Oh sweetie, I just want to reach through the screen & give you a big hug. I have suffered anxiety, depression, as well as suicidal thoughts, & it doesn't mean there is anything wrong with you. It is your body's way of "coping". I've learned to use transcendental meditation, which has helped some, but I find it brings out the emotions pretty strong, & usually when I need to be doing something else. What was a HUGE help for me was Elite. It's a product made by the company Nucerity who have joined forces with Ariix. If I could afford it, I would send you a bag. I take two a day, & it's a powder that you mix in water, packaged kind of like crystal light, made with natural products. It helps me so much. But I can't even afford it for myself right now. But when I'm back to work, best believe! It totally helped to calm my nerves, help me think clearer, I fell asleep easier & slept longer. It worked wonders on my fibromyalgia, & neuropathy as well. Also helped my back pain to some degree. My daughter has anxiety & panic attacks. We would go through the countdown with her, but she has come to rely on marijiuana to calm her nerves. That is an option for some, but not for me. Really would rather she do something else, but she's an adult. Others use their singing bowls to help center themselves. Sometimes it just means we are not connecting with the earth. The earth has a frequency of 7.83 hertz. If we are not in tune, we may feel uneasy & not know why. Some listen to binaural beat videos to help bring them back to the right frequency. Others use a magnetic mat for the same purpose. Once I can afford it, I'm getting me one of those. Sometimes it's just the act of looking at things around you, the people around you, they can spin you out of whack & you can't figure out why. Other times it could be a trigger from a trauma your brain has made you forget. For example I lose it in peachy pinky rooms. I was molested as a child, in a home that colour. Now if I walk into a room that colour, I get physically ill, get the shakes, become dizzy and feel like I'm going to faint, & sometimes break out in a sweat. But I know that's a trigger for me so I avoid it. You may not even know what is triggering this reaction you are having. You mentioned thinking about losing your mom. Did you watch a movie about that type of loss or hear someone's story that makes you fear losing your mom? There are honestly so many things that can be creating this feeling you're having. The best you can do is know it's okay, know you have people who love you, know you are not alone, know it will get better. Honestly if you can, try the Elite, it worked wonders for me & so many others, even helps with AD/ADHD. DM me, same ID on twitter if you want more info on that. Sometimes when you have everything, the panic comes from the thought of losing it all. I've had migraines with aura as well, & it sounds similar. But then again the aura can also be a symptom of a brain tumor, so I'm glad you are being tested. One of the things that I deal with every day is the feeling of not being good enough. I've been through a separation as well. We were never married so there was no divorce, but I felt a huge loss. His family was my family for 30 years. I was closer to them than my own family. I lost him, mom, dad, sister in law, nephews, the extended family that I would see at least once a month. It was also the time my children left home. I was suddenly all alone. Why couldn't I be enough for him, why did he not want to marry me, why, why, why. But that "not enough monster" is deep seeded in me because I heard it all the time from my mother. I'm trying to change that. Actually got a ring that says "I am enough" so I can see it multiple times a day, so my subconscious can begin to think differently. I'm sorry, I'm writing my thoughts as they come to me as I hear you speak. If this is too long & will cause you anxiety, I'm so sorry. I see someone hurting & I just want to help. I will look for "Many lives many masters". I believe in god to an extent. I've lost so much & had so much to deal with, that he and I aren't really on speaking terms. Because I don't know what the hell he could possibly be preparing me for with all of this. Take care my dear. Message me if you'd like to talk.

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
I know what anxiety is like. I know what it's like to be afraid that you will never be normal again, to feel the hopelessness creep in and no matter what you do absolutely nothing makes it better. Jesus Christ, the One Who made you, is your answer. ♡

I dont know if you drink coffee but caffeine can cause anxiety and it can make anxiety a lot worse.
So if anyone has anxiety cut down on the caffeine, it will most often reduce the anxiety.
And if you have been drinking coffee for a long time and you have tolerated a lot of caffeine the body can change because of stress and other things and your toleration for caffeine can be reduced.
And you can find caffeine and substances like caffeine in a lot of products like coffee, chocolate, black tea, green tea, matcha tea, yerba mate, sodas, energy drinks, pain killers, PWO and more.

My heart goes out to you, thank you for sharing what you are going through with everyone. I appreciate and admire your hard work and research on our behalf. I understand, I’ve been through this myself, to be honest I think everyone on earth has been through it at some point. Jeremiah 33:3 says “Call out To me and I will answer, and show you great and mighty things that you know not”. You said you believe in God, that’s wonderful!, have you tried crying out to him? he will answer... he answers me all the time. He’s the one who loves you like no other he created you, and knows everything about you. Mathew 10:30 “He knows all things, even the The number of hairs on your head”. He loves us with an everlasting love. You need to relax maybe take a nice warm bath, have a talk with God if you’re ready..just pray in the name of Jesus the one who died for you, ask him into your heart to lead you, guide you, and to help you through this, he can heal, and deliver you. I needed Guidance and deliverance from oppression. So I prayed for God to lead me to the right people that were true, and not fake that loved him and obeyed him, and didn’t use people, deceive them, but lead them down the right path, he guided me to miracle Internet church, they’re located in Jacksonville Florida and they’re also on the Internet. They have a great website it’s very informative with information on various issues that people deal with, they have many videos on RUclips with Dr. Pat Holliday, and Dr. Sabrina Sessions. They have over 50 years experience in the word of God, and helping people, as it is their hearts desire to help people and they truly do, they take their work like you do..very very seriously they do all their research and answer to God out of love and, reverence. They have a radio show every Wednesday and Friday evening at 5:30 central time on blog talk radio. Dr. Sabrina Sessions teaches, you can call in and get prayer, deliverance the help that you need.805-292-0300 it will change your life. You can go visit and let them help you. I learned a great deal from this ministry it’s been an answer to prayer because in my town in Texas I couldn’t find a church where the pastor actually protects theThe flock and teaches the whole word of God, with healing, deliverance, and provision, they are the real deal. I will pray for you, God has done many wonderful things in your life I’m so happy for that..you eat right, take care of yourself, you’re in a place where all your needs are met, your beautiful physically, and in your heart ♥️ you’re way ahead of many many people, you have a platform with which to help many others, and you have. I just got some of your vitamin C cream I’m excited to try it. Forgive me for the lengthiness of this message but it’s very important. One more thing, the statue of the Buddha head behind you can bring much confusion into your life, because it’s a false God, it’s not the real God, and demonic spirits have a legal right to attach themselves to statues like that, be in your home and effect you. This more than likely is causing a lot of what’s going on with you right now. Even the physical ailments. It may not make sense to you but it’s the truth. It’s not just decoration, in the Old Testament the Lord himself destroyed these statues, you don’t want it in your life it will bring nothing but destruction. That also includes books, CDs, teachings of anything that is not from the absolute true word of God. I’ve seen people‘s lives destroyed from the New Age teachings, Hinduism, buddisim, psychics..cabbala, all very very dangerous. The spiritual realm is not a game people don’t realize that when they get involved with various teachers. This stuff caused me much grief I know from experience, that God is the only way. So.. Father God I pray in the name of Jesus, please protect Gin Amber, her body, mind and soul, her home And loved ones, and all her surroundings. Please speak to her heart, and mind, lead her to the truth of your word, give her peace beyond understanding, joy unspeakable...send your mighty angels to surround her and her property, please heal her, deliver her, and bring her toThe light of your truth, Amen. tffbriseno@gmail.com. You’re welcome to email me anytime if you need help, prayer or just someone to talk to, just let me know. And that includes anyone reading this, God loves us!, we’re in this together, we need each other.

Hi Gin. I have had anxiety for 4-5 years. It started with menopause, due to the massive hormonal shift. I also had a very high resting heartrate for no apparent reason! Now I take prozac and have been great for months, but the past few days it’s started again. It’s so diasappointing when this happens, it reminds me that I’ve not overcome it and that it still affects my life. I know you are much younger than me, but have you had your hormones checked? Does hashimotos affect your hormones such as estrogen, progesterone & testosterone? I take many vitamins including magnesium and B Complex, these are very hepful for anxiety sufferers. I also take 40 mg betablocker daily which keeps my heartrate lower, prevents adrenaline dumps. Maybe I need to increase my meds... like you, I am also sensitive to lights, flashes, bright colour, even noise! Im a longterm migraine sufferer, occasionally including the aura. Some of us are just sensitive souls! Like me, you’re a deep thinker, you care for others (too much?) and are hard on yourself! Having a lot of empathy is a good character trait, but can be draining on ourselves! Anyway I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone and I understand how it feels. Big hugs to you Gin xx

I don’t think I have anxiety, and for some reason do not feel stress or maybe I do not understand it. Same with depression and anxiety. I have had panic attacks, once. But overall I don’t know how to indicate or define those feelings. My concern is that my body does experience stress, I constantly have arrhythmias that I can feel but are not important to treat, I get gut issues, sometimes I break out... my fear is not being aware I need help and that my body may get very sick one day without me realizing it.

I wish I could call you right now to ask you some questions about your anxiety.
There are things we can control, like how many hours I work a day, or what I eat or several other things. But there'll be always things we can't control. And the better things are, the bigger the unconscious fear of loosing can get. Because the loss is bigger than it was when you had less.
And when I listen you telling about your symptoms and stuff I instantly receive the thought "burnout" your putting so much pressure on yourself that you have to be happy, working perfect, healthy and so on. But you might want to think about really taking a little break just a few days to actively stay away from anything work related and just let your soul have a little rest?
Or if this isn't an option, you maybe ask yourself if it might be OK, to sometimes still feel really bad? Maybe you can allow yourself to just have a shitty day or week? I mean - even on certain days in the month you might have hormonal things that are weird like the days before the period hormones all go down and this can make you feel awful.
I think the most important is: please concider taking the pressure of you! Nowadays pressure of needing to be perfekt in every aspect of our life is a big reason people get mental illnesses. It's really OK to feel bad sometimes even if everything's OK on the outside... My life is wonderful right now, but I know that there'll always be days I'll feel down and I really had to work hard to understand and accept that. And let me tell you it's normal. In my experience the most difficult thing is to just keep going and just try to avoid drowning when the next wave gets you.
This might be a totally useless comment 🙈 I hope it wasn't offending...

@@GinAmber I just thought - and this might sound weird but I'll still say it - what if you asked your anxiety what it's trying to tell you? I know this really sounds awkward but it can be very powerful. Just watch what happens after asking, maybe there'll be a strange feeling coming up, or a clear answer about something you're afraid of like for example "I'm afraid if I don't work as hard people might realize that I'm not as good or perfect as Id like to be, which will make them leave for someone better" (that might be my first answer to such a question) And be patient with yourself, this is something most of us need to learn. Being forgiving and patient with ourselves isn't easy but it's important because it can really set you free. Maybe it's time to get more aware of some hidden parts of you that want to show up 😊
Sending you warm hugs, it's OK not to be OK, try to let go of the need to always feel fine. Maybe pamper yourself by taking a warm bath, listening to soothing music and just letting your soul take a deep breath. Take care of yourself as if you were a mother taking care for her child that's suffering from a cold. ❤️❤️🍀❤️❤️

I think your fear is actually of "afraid to lose what you already have", fear of loosing this happiness that you enjoy, just a guess, I'm not a professional; also check your Vin. B12 and D+ thyroid it's highly related to depression especially in the winter, at least it could be, especially Vin D.
Get better and thank you for your professional videos ❤️

I, too, struggle with anxiety...ESPECIALLY lately! I feel like there’s some sort of collective anxiety/fear happening in the world right now. The thing that helps me the most is connecting with God through the Bible by reading scripture and also through prayer. Some days I pray several times a day lol. Also, realizing I’m a flawed human, dependent on God’s love and grace to get me through this stressful world. I love to read devotionals dedicated to specific issues like anxiety on my Bible App. I’m like you in the sense I’m a perfectionist having too many expectations for how reality should be; when in fact reality is ever-changing. I prayed for you to experience deep, lasting peace and supernatural comfort from our Heavenly Father. You have such a generous, compassionate soul! Focus on the good stuff, LOVE, and take time for yourself! Even little moments of prayer and deep breathing interwoven throughout your day will help. Sending my love 💞
