The time, energy and effort you put into the aircraft really shows! Its highly praised in the FBO. Cant wait to log more hours in 6DS! Tripp

Thanks for the information on this video. Hey, is it any way that you could make a quick video how you lean your aircraft and if you have engine assist, how you lean to peak? Thanks very much. I don’t fly the XLT much, and when I take a long cross country this information would be helpful. Thank you I’m advance.

@@diamondstarpilot thank you. I flew the XLT last night to Hilton Head SC. It was a beautiful sunset flight again over SC. One of our Diamonds here had a prop strike. It’s definitely not going to be flying for a while. And it was my favorite aircraft too.

Know anything about the DiamondShare program? That seems like another way to defray the cost. (vs. a leaseback to a flight school)

I haven't done much research on Diamondshare. It looks like it will defray costs as long as they can find other participants in your area. I believe you have to purchase a new aircraft from Diamond to get the program started. If that is true, your upfront cost would be substantially more than buying a used aircraft. No matter how you slice it, flying is not cheap. Thanks for watching.
