I've said this on numerous occasions. The cleanliness of your Restaurant kitchen is a CREDIT to you and your staff ❤
Just made this with the leftover naan dough that I made yesterday. It was delicious! I really miss the British peshwari naans so much... I used a mixer and the cherries gave the filling a pink colour. Reminded me so much of the best peshwari naan I ever had (in Glasgow) years ago. I could cry with happiness right now! Thank you for uploading this :)
Where about in Glasgow
Was it Sanduhs in Partick.
When this Covid thing is over, I'm coming to your restaurant - from London. Your food looks amazing!
When this pandemic is over i am flying out of this shit hole to get away from all the bull and racist dumplings.
My daughter loves BIR-style naans so, inspired by you I ordered a tava off Amazon and made some of your plain naans and she LOVED THEM!!! She said "no more pancakes for breakfast, I want these naans everyday!" So thank you, they were a big success :-)
Never been able to eat at BIR restaurants due to allergies, videos like this are so helpful for me creating my own BIR dishes at home! Can't wait to try this recipe out.
Can jus tell them to cook it won’t the allergic ingredients
@@smashb3766 cross contamination!
@@TaffmanGuyo You're dead right! Perfect example, look at how he puts the chef's spoon into numerous different dishes. All the dishes have the potential to contain different allergens, i.e cashew paste in one dish, dairy in another. Far too risky to eat at a BIR, which is unusual in this day and considering how fatal food allergies are a prominent topic in the media... (well maybe pre-covid anyway)!
@r h stfu u troll I see u making so comments trolling ik ur indian
@@JS-ij3ks I noticed, he stirs all the cooking dishes with the same spoon. Not good for vegetarians either!
My wife has just seen this and asked about the ingredients. Mangoes and coconuts grow all over the place, I've seen fresh cherries here, ground almond and sultanas, the challenge. Latifs inspired means I'm hungry!
As always, top drawer video, thank you for sharing!
Thank you Latif :) I’m super excited to watch this!
Loving seeing how all my fav food is actually made!
very happy to see you back in the restaurant, wonderful
First time I've seen cherries in a peshwari naan, I'll have to give them a go when my tandoor oven arrives. Looks delicious. Thank you.
Naan bread of any kind is my thing. I’ve tried them all over this world. This one is one I have never tried. Looking forward to it. Pen and paper at the ready 😃👍
Looks good. Pashwari naan. Yum yum.
At last ! Been waiting for this ! Thank you 🙏
Everything looks absolutely amazing. 🤤
About time IV been asking for this recipe lol looks amazing can't wait to try it keep up the good work
beautiful, I love watching chefs that are truly passionate about their food
barakallahu fik
Looks absolutely beautiful! Yums
Nice vlog MashAllah brother 🇵🇰🇬🇧🇵🇰
Thanks Latif. Much as I enjoy seeing you cook a recipe, I prefer seeing the bits you didn't plan and just filmed - like the mutton curry. I'd love to see a "fly on the wall" type video of the kitchen in action. Nothing set up, just show it as it happens.
See the chef cooking a CTM, prawn vindaloo with aloo gobi and a tarka dhal at the same time - or whatever the order may be. Maybe explain what's going on, but just show it as it happens?
Looking delicious 😋 yet again, my mouth 👄 is watering. Lamb chops in pakora flour, mutton. Pashwari naan. I fancy beera, rooti. Yoghurt curry. They enjoyed it. God bless you all.
This is a crime for the eyes and diet.. Wonderfully delicious 😋
My favourite Nan Bread - had no idea that syrup was used. Now i recognise the flavour. Here's me thinking it was coconut and saltana's only?? DUH!! Thanks for sharing this video, it looks fabulous. I am enjoying your channel. We all love Indian food soooooo much, i could live on that alone.
I love Peshawari naan😋
Another amazing video for me to be inspired by.
My absolute FAVOURITE Peshwari naan with Butter King Prawn. There’s nothing better!!!!!
Thanks for sharing your secrets with us it's really appreciated. I love your channel
Latif, what are you doing to me!!! I’m becoming an addict lol. Every time I say let’s have a break from cooking I watch a different dish and off we go again. We have mastered your curries and can’t stop eating them. This pashwari Naan has just set me off again - I fall asleep thinking about what we are going to cook next haha - I am so glad I found you online, the best BIR recipes by far Thanks for sharing your talents
Proud of my Indian English brothers. They always make me amazing food!
Such a lovely spotless kitchen, it’s not clinical it’s obviously a working space but looks constantly wiped down. Must smell amazing x
I've never had this befor , but after seeing this think i must give it a go . There you go fella keep them coming 👍
@r h I see that you've repeated this comment throughout this page in response to other presumed "whiteys". You've been reported, and I'm sure Latif would also be appalled.
@@colinhoward2064 I agree, to do this on Latifs channel is really bad of the Troll
Peshawari with a cup ☕ of tea 💯
@James Bill what would you prefer to have it with?
Fantastic love the speed of the clay oven 😃
🌼The Cherry,s are such a wonderful ingredient
I would love a pesh nan now, just on its own is nice.
I love Peshawar Nan. It looks wonderful.
Never had a peshwari with cherries in it before. Looks gorgeous. Thanks as always for the vids.
The first time I made something following a recipe and it turned out AMAZING! THANK YOU SO MUCH. My husband and i will fly over to the uk all the way from Netherlands to try ur food 😍🇮🇳🥰
Thanks Latif🙏 you are amazing. Greetings and best wishes from Ireland🇮🇪 I LOVE your enthusiasim and positive energy, along with your splendid gift of cooking.
The naan is fantastic 🧚🏾♀️
Wow, that's a dessert like naan, like sheermal.
Wow always wondered how peshwari naan was made, and that mutton curry on the bone looks wonderful. In Nottingham not many restaurants do lamb on the bone curry but I know of one. It is so much better and more flavoursome. Love the great videos.
Just Amazing. I live off curries fot over 3 years now. I love watching your videos.
@r h this is the first comment I've ever had like this. What has colour got to do with me. I'm a human of the land I was given by Allah. I'm not a whitey. I'm just me. Colour means nowt to me.
looking forward to trying this one bro
Looks absolutely delicious!
mmmm... love a peshwari naan. (Already watched the basic naan, and keema videos) and it look much easier than I thought it would, I just need to get one of those tawas to make it on
Omg! This looks amazing 🤩 thanks 🙏🏼
Great stuff mate , I already make my own , condensed milk , coconut flour and sultanas stuffing all on the tava , but can't wait to see yours . Any chance of making a restaurant / takeaway style biryani 👍👍👍👍.
What’s your recipe out of interest?
Love the tour of the kitchen, excellent!
I would like to highly request do-piaza and pathia recipes please. Oh, and what goes in a kolcha nan?
Mmmm 😋 looks delicious 🤤
Love this recipe bro! Big up 💪🏾
...and then when you showed the rest of the the food 🤩🙏🏼 Not surprised they came all the way from Leicester!
Brother, your recipes are amazing. I have tried a few already and I cannot wait to try more! My wife’s family is from Stoke so next time I am there I will look forward to eating at your restaurant
La mejor receta que he visto!
you are awsome Latif i love bangladeshi food keep up the good work.
Great vibe in this kitchen. Great vid, subscribed.
Thanks Latif! Your great!
🤩🤩🤩😋😋😋look good
That plate of food at the end looks incredible, better than any restaurant I've been to. Must get down there one day !
@r h So "whiteys" aren't allowed to eat Asian food these days or go into Indian restaurants ? OK.
Amazing!
Brilliant - thank you for this!!
Definitely gonna have a go at these Peshwaris but will Veganise them. Many thanks
This is my idea of heaven....
My preference is garlic nann but that's amazing to see how it's made 👍🏴🏴
Lovely.
Lovely food bro, respect from Jamaica
Would love to see how to make a BIR Dark & Smokey butter chicken
Nice one Abdul
Colin from Reading
hi latif, good recipe, but as a vegetarian you really worried me , using the same spoon to mix the lamb bhuna and then the curry base, if somebody askes for a vegetable korma they would not be aware that the base sauce had been mixed with a spoon that had come into contact
Real food!!!!
Thanks for sharing your skill with us, I’m just wondering do you do deliveries? I’m in Spain 🙂 love your videos. Cheers.
Wow🌼🧚🏾♀️☀️
i would really like to see a BIR mango chutney video the stuff in shops taste nothing like that take way. or the BIR biryani with the pre cooked rice and meat with vegetable sauce and omelette
@r h lol
Looks so good
Quality video.
Wow very nice 👌
Just had the best peshwari naan of my life, so I was curious to know how they were made!
Amazing 🤩
looks amazing - one day I'm there! Be about 400 miles but hey:D
Masallah
Fantastic
I only wanted to see how to make the Peshawari naan and I was blessed with your restaurant feast👌🏾...the food looked so delicious😋😋...I haven't checked where your based yet but I'm hoping your in or not to far from London 🤞🏾😍
Just watched this - love Peshwari naan.... do you deliver to Stourbridge ;-p Will have to come up to Stoke for a meal once this blessed Covid is over!! Thanks for these video's. Great job - and for the one's you made at home!
Wow
Mixed powder / spice mix recipe? Come on Latif... you know we need this :)
Up here in Scotland a peshwari naan is usually bright red, assume that's just food colouring....all your food looks amazing bud 👌
it's Usually a pinch of saffron turns it pink here in ireland
Vv good 👍
Delicious 😋
I enjoyed this video. I am just wondering which side of the naan bread was stuck on the inside of the clay oven, the oiled side or the un oiled side. I guess the oiled side to make it stick?
Peshawari nan and lamb bhuna is my favourite ❤
Peshwari naan....oh my! I can't wait to go back to the UK for a decent Indian meal. I judge restaurants by their peshwari naan.
Awesome
Great video. Can you freeze the peshwari mix?
Hey ,saw a good hack for your sauce pan lids just push a champagne cork through the handle in the middle of lid, so much easier to lift by hand , Good luck , great instructions hope to eat in your restaurant one day
Amazing food, I wish we have it here in the states 😋😋😋😋
@r h I’m not Asian , I’m Hispanic
My favourite Nan along with Keema Nan,
Stevie in Fife.
U see cream does go into peshwari nan.... but never had mango in one.... Most Indian places can’t cook a proper peshwari nan & i have been disappointed so many times.
Now i know where to get a authentic nan. That mutton curry looked so yummy & its breakfast time for me
This is incredible... how long in an oven bro
Hi Latif - peshwari naan is our all-time favourite! I've seen these made so massive, they need two waiters to carry it. We used to call them the 'naan duvet'!!! ....I am going to try and make your peshwari naan after we have moved house. Can you make the wild boar curry that is made in northern India? It uses Coorg/Koorg vinegar. I've been trying to find the vinegar for several years and can't find anyone who will send it to me. The recipes I've seen make this dish sound superlative. It comes out rich and dark. I am actually a Thai chef living in France, and I love your channel. :) Of course we have lots of wild boar here, so this is why I'd like to try and make it. I am wondering if I could use balsamic vinegar to replace the Koorg? What do you think? Finally, I like your seasoning display - where do you get the metal containers from?
Damn all that food looks amazing!
10 ,30 in the morning and Im starving do some chutney
@r h im scottish if you like your culture why dont you stay in an asian country brown man
