    Finally found a Peshwari recipe that looks like my local takeaway, Thank you! The only difference being in my local one the paste is bright red, I take it that's just food colouring they use.

      hi Adams, thanks for your comment. I will do that soon.
      also, you can do one thing, have a look at my shish kebab recipe for how I made the mincemeat mixture. use the same keema for keema naan.
      how I put the Peshwari mixture in the dough, the same way you can put the keema mixture into the dough. but you have to be extra careful when you roll the naan after you put the keema inside the dough.

    One of my local takeaways sells Peshwari Rice. How would they do that when the paste is in a lump? Do they put the ingredients in dry?

    Great video. you can flip the tawa over and do the top on the gas.

      You can , but I actually think it's not necessary. Just flip the naan few times with spread butter . Should be fine.
      This is 2md time I made the naan on tawa 😊
      The result was good. I liked it.

    In the restaurant would they still use normal milk for the peshwari filling or would they use other things like evaporated milk or even condensed milk?

    You should always use rubber gloves - all the hair on your arms is very unappetizing and something can always break off and fall into the food. Sorry.
