I add fennel seeds to this and it’s amazing. Well it’s amazing without the tsp of fennel seeds. I just have a thing for fennel seeds.

I’m a big fan of lamb chops in a curry but its hard to find decent lamb chops in the supermarket but yours looked really good, am guessing they were from a butcher?

But if you are in London try any Bangladeshi grocery and meat shop.
You can try Taz store, rohim store or Bangla town supermarket.
