Mash Allah
This video has bought me so much memory's, I spent almost 23 years in restaurant business, I'm no longer in this trade Thank you latif bhai loading these type of videos.
Mashaallah
@Rehan jack of all trade master of none.. I'm a humble simple man I live a very ordinary life style I'm rich on paper not in the bank account, since leaving restaurant game after 25 years in 2014. I trained to become a private hire driver I've work for about 5 years with Addison Lee now with covid 19 I'm thinking doing something different. You asked what do I do know? I have 7 RUclips channels 2 print on demand merch stores, teespring, redbubble, few websites that I designed, 3 photo platforms that I load photos to, shutterstock, gettyimages, pexels. I have 2 ebay stores, I do online marketing amazon & ebay affiliate also few others such as clickbank, awin, commission junction etc. also I do pinterest I don't do facebook or tweeter. I always tell my children no such things as "I can't do it" anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
Thank you for watching & your ?
Best cuisine in the world!
Thank you for showing me this video now I know what a keema naan is, look forward to trying one.
What a lovely shop.
Traditional or BIR Keems nans are a must. love your videos, I know this is years old but very much appreciated, who ever invented the idea of tandor needs a knighthood. makes everything taste better.
Gorgeous !
I watch all your episodes. I always enjoy watching them.I made butter chicken curry a couple of days ago as I followed your recipe.
My son loved it. It was very delicious.
Thanks for your efforts wishing all the best.
May Allah protect you Chef Latif .
Very good naan dish
Thanks for sharing the patak paste adds, they make all the difference in taste. I also use a good bit of naga chilli pickle in my stuff which adds a nice flavour and a bit of zing. It would be great if you were able to share a video of all the different pataks and other additives, we all know that they are used and are most definitely one of the keys to achieving the British take away taste (I live in Australia and have been trying for years to reproduce the taste :-) everyone focuses on base gravy but seem reluctant to talk about the additives.
Keema naan and bombay duck , food of the gods
Finally, THE recipe I need. 👍😃
Good to see you back at "base" man. Keep up the wicked content. We love it 😍
I don’t usually comment but I do watch all the videos, superb videos.
I just found your channel and I love everything that you make. I used your tikka recipe, and my husband loved it. Thank you. Thank you. You are awesome.

Very nice # minez’world
Looks delicious 😋
Latif bhai I was inspired. I tried this for my seek kebab and it turned out absolutley delicious. One slight change, I did not have any kashmiri kebab paste so instead used tandoori and tikka paste. Turned ourlt delicious.
Lovely food! and desserts!
Latif, this was a brilliant video, I love watching all your videos, great to see your excellent kitchen staff and I admire your honesty about using the pastes... Its all about making the right flavour. The tandoor naan gets my vote, I was saying the same words as you to describe it. Much love and respect.
Masha Allah! May Allah bless you more. Ameen sum Ameen.
Aameen wa iyaak
😊I am studying so I can cook for friends from India
Thank you for some more outstanding recipes.
Keep the coming.
👍
Great to watch. Just wonder what the differences are between English restaurant taste and the traditional. What tastes do the paste give that makes it more for the English restaurant taste.
If I could get the opportunity to learn the secrets of an Asian kitchen restaurant, I would work without pay and start by washing dishes just to get the knowledge, there isn’t any better food than Asian ,, fantastic range excellent veggie dishes too !
Omg the double dipping!
Fan....tas....tic
keema naan my favourite
Great video, just an observation on my my part, the chef uses the same teaspoon for everything, even when getting the methi after having mixed in the egg with the spices.
We have a saying in Pakistan: "Jitna ghaleez, utna lazeez" which in English means "the more unhygienic it is, the more tastier it is"
@@HamzaKhan-iv7ct XD
Yeah he's back! If in doubt, get the Patak's out! I'm reeling off the spices along with you, good to see you back at mission control. Have to try this with my Thai-doori oven I miss a good keema naan.
I will try to make this inshallah

I've now got back from the pub in rural Suffolk and hungry. The nearest takeaway is 7 miles away and it's also shut! I'm finding this very frustrating! 😐 those breads look ace.
hmmmm keema naan, love these, would love to see keema pilau, another favourite.
Love your videos mate , keep up the good work
Wonderful food and instruction! And the intro/finale music (wonderful world) is perfect for your channel, please don’t ever change it🙏
Good job 👌
So glad I found the channel. I can't help but think the keema marinade would be better without the commercial Pataks pastes. You just made a wonderful paste from fresh ingredients!
