My wife and I are working our way through your recipes - every single one has been absolutely delicious! Love love love Latif's Inspired, thank you!
Made the base gravy a couple days ago and the curry tonight-wonderful, thanks very much, loved it😊
As a massive Indian foodie, I really appreciate these videos. The production quality has vastly improved over the past few months. Great video! Keep it up!
Most Karahi recipes do not use any onion at all! With onions added it is essential just a version of normal chicken curry. Also Karahi chicken usually has black pepper and mustard is not used. Whatever this guy is cooking, it is NOT a Karahi chicken!
Made this today. Chicken marinades for 2 nights. Turned out tasty, and full of flavor. Thanks for the recipe.
Wow looks good and delicious I,m going to make it for ramadan 😆
I made this yesterday and WOW. It is incredible. I was really surprised at the quality, it is of the standard that I'd expect if I was paying a restraunt to prepare it!
I made some tumeric rice to go with it and found that this paired really well.
Thanks Latif!
Just made this tonight with lamb. Was really delicious.
just made this (well the best i can) brilliant make it so easy to follow
Can't stop watching your vids...... you've got us into 'Indian cooking Latif, thank you !
Made this last night its great, Im now making the biryani x
I made this for my step son and I for Christmas dinner but changed the chicken for turkey fillet, he’s a bit of a curry fan so no pressure! 😅turned out absolutely amazing, we loved it!! 👍 so simple to make and the depth of flavour …. Wow ! Then we had it again for new years with my partner & daughters who are fussy as they come ! … went down a storm👍🙂 gonna make it again tonight with chicken …. Love the channel, keep the vids coming 😊
gonna make this, this week
Your videos are excellent thank you very much
this cooking is full of respect, Bismillah
Manshallaha thank you for your share……
Let's hear it for the amazing sound recorded on this equally skilled filming. The sound of the cooking process makes me almost taste what is being cooked. Wonderful.
Just had this one and it was really tasty, a different taste. Thank you Latif for another gem. We should all be very grateful to you, I certainly am. 10/10.
I made it will some pre cooked chicken I had left. Tasted great just a bit of a kick. I think I’m addicted to ghee now. Thanks.
Good old English mustard 👍👌 super dish as always
Looking forward to seeing you and also the chicken Karachi/korahi recipe 😅
Well that turned out bloody lovely. Swapped the chicken with Quorn as we’re vegetarian, but mighty impressed. Few more goes and I’ll be saving £100+ and a couple of hour round trips each month.
Looks wonderful who would have thought the secret ingredient is Colman's English Mustard ! I bet it tastes gorgeous thank you for sharing your expertise! If you don't already, you should have a TV show!! God bless 😊
That looks amazing sir. Many thanks for allowing us to see you work.
I love using my Korahi / Kadai it just adds something.
Love the idea of adding English mustard! Def gonna try this!
Love watching these, it’s seriously improved my curries. Hard to commit to cooking with that much oil though - but I have realised the biggest difference in the taste of my curries is the amount of oil I cook with.
Oh Boy I've got to get down to your Restaurant, ASAP!
Love this Latif I make this got this at our fav Indian restaurant out for a birthday meal first time trying it not be last cheers xx👍👍👍🏴
Just made this and it’s was amazing we all loved it keep them coming
I`m watching this and my mouth is just watering away here. I tend to just make a base gravy which my wife loves but I`ve got to try this. I add fennel seeds which gives it a nice taste but I`ve tried red peppers or fresh chilles. I`ll try this tomorrow.
Wow that’s a lot of English mustard but I know you know what you’re doing and yet again it looks absolutely gorgeous 👌
Love the addition of the “Colman’s” just ordered a box of spices from Falcon to see if I can cook Latif BIR style at home
I cooked this last night to your instructions. I must say it was delicious Thanks chief for shearing your skills with us, it really is appreciated
I've been thinking about adding prepared mustard to my curries because I don't have access to mustard seeds but I didn't know if it would work. I'm relieved to see that it's not only doable but you think it's a game changer😂. I will definitely try it now, thanks!
I’m going to try English mustard in my curries now 😊 Many thanks for the videos!
Mouth watering, surely going to give this a try. Latif thank you for sharing your recipes with us
Cant wait to try this recipe .love your recipes mashaAllah and i like your little twists to asian cooking.keep them coming inshaAllah
Moved from Maidenhead, Berkshire 12 years ago to Adelaide, Australia. Really missed the British Indian food which you rarely get here. But I’ve been following these recipes and it’s like being back in England again. Easy to follow and get that great taste in your own kitchen. Absolute legend and keep showing us those recipes. Should have your own tv show 👍👍👍
Just cooked this for tea (made the base gravy a couple of weeks ago) - fantastic flavour, just followed the steps and it was great - thanks!
I have made this several times because, IT'S DELICIOUS!!!
OMG !!! That looks heavenly.

Really appreciate that you put the ingredients before the stream. 👍
I wonder at what age Latif started cooking. I wonder when cooking became his passion.

Colman’s English Mustard!!!! Who would have thought but man when I made this it was awesome!!!! Thanks for sharing ❤

looks amazing as always, how may meal would this make x
Reminds me of home! Thank you for making me hungry.
I just made this tonight, using your gravy recipe. Have to say its the best tasting curry i have ever made, and quite possibly better tasting than any restaurants i have had in the past. Also did your pilau rice to accompany it.
Now a subscriber of yours 👍
Made this today for me and the wife and it was beautiful just like the restaurants 👍🏻 thanks for your tips. Love your recipes
Cooked this tonight, absolutely amazing dish! Thank you so much...
tried this last night and it was really tasty loved it
Chicken Karahi is awesome
I absolutely love your videos.. Im Definitely inspired by Latif 😄👍
Looks great.
This looks absolutely delicious, I have always preferred Lamb when making curries but I need to make this dish, Thankyou Latif and keep the recipes coming.
Looks absolutely mega!!!
Some great dishes recently man. Loved the tip with sticking Toms in and discarding the skin to make a nice gravy, all the best.
Brilliant chef, easy to understand and follow withou t mistakes at home !
Looks great Latif, will definately give that a go
Looks delicious. How many does this serve?
Fantastic dish
In my opinion I think I would have stopped before you added the base gravy. Because it looked amazing at that point. I would have covered it and let it simmer until the chicken was breaking apart. that's just me.
Also I definitely want to try the mustard paste instead of mustard seeds or oil.
I have a suggestion if you haven't done it already.
A lot of vegans are using the jack fruit to make curries and BBQ.
Could you do the same please. One as a curry and another as a BBQ dish.
This is my favourite when I'd eat out some. Thank you for uploading this. Well done bro.
Made this tonight and currently devouring as I speak. Made exactly to recipe, however I did use a Glasgow-type base gravy, not sure if that makes any difference, but it sure is tasty.
I hate mustard but I'm going to get some and make this dish. Can't wait!!!!
OMG....i cooked this to precisely to the recipe I didn't have a KARAHI at the time (i did it in a wok....my apologies) it was amazing.....
English mustard 🤩😲🤯
looks amazing latif need to make this soon
Fantastic. It's really addictive Latif, thanks for a great recipe and a great presentation. Stay safe.
Absolute food God
Sir if we cook those Onions and bell pepper for so long will it be crunchy enough?
Can we just stirr fry and add over Karachi after base gravy and chicken is cooked well?
Sorry but just curious sir ❤🙏
Amazing video to one of my favorite curries
I’ll copy your recipe but without the peppers and onions as I get in pakistaní -Indian restaurants here in the USA
Happy new year chef ,
Greetings from Dallas Texas
Looks delicious but would this serve 4 with bread? Says for 2 people thats a lot of chicken each?
Latif, when u talk about chili powder in the US we have a chili powder that is made with paprika, garlic, cumin, oregano…or do u mean the spicy chili powder? Thank u Love yr recipes!
You've killed it mate!
This is MasterChef grade
Man I’m hungry now. That looks amazing!
Nice 👍🏻 j moja oibo brother.
Looks awesome chef. 👍
Hello my friend, Im doing my usual saturday curry over here in Ireland. Can you let me know where you get your karahi and the curry pans from ? when I was back over in birmigham last year i purchased a karahi but diameter and depth is too small for 1 kg of chicken thigh. all the best as usual. 👍
Being a Vegan I'm gonna try this with tofu. Thanks a lot..
Hi Latif Fantastic dish but if i was to use lamb would i cook the lamb the same way? Thanks
Absolutely love this Latif, really easy to follow keep up your brilliant work, I love watching it,it inspires me to get in the kitchen and smash out these curries, good luck with the book
Gringo
Tried this yesterday using your base gravy method, but used some homemade charcoal fired tandoori chicken instead of fried chicken.
Very very very nice. Loved the mustard ingredient.
Quick question. What kadai are you using in your video, and what size?
I’m looking to buy one for my home brew curry.
Thanks - Great video 👍
Man the Colman mustard gotta try that next time!
Where is your restaurant located? I figured London but am not really sure. Would love to pop by on my next trip over, when we're allowed to, and get a nice cheeky vindaloo while I'm there.
That looks delectable❗
Happy new year, Latif
