I work in tech sector and my colleague who I became friends with is Indian. I am American and I think Indian food is the best tasting food in the world, something about the spice and the flavor no other can come close. My friend had brought some of his food to work and offered me some, I tried to act normal but it was outstanding and when he told me his wife made it I was thinking how lucky he was. (First I can say Aerican women are lazy and wont cook for their man, they would just order grubhub or buy restaurant food) He ended up inviting me to his home for dinner after work. Although I known him so long it was first time going to dinner at his home, his family is very friendly and welcoming. I was humbled they would have me over for dinner. All I can say is if you are lucky to have an Indian friend, first you will notice they are upfront and honest (a contrast to the social climbing you see in workplaces here) And you will notice when they say you are their friend, they actually mean it and are genuine. Another thing is if you have an Indian friend and they invite you over for dinner at their home DO NOT pass up. The food was just phenomenal....it was head and shoulders above anything you could get at a restaurant at ANY price. His wife was well mannered, polite and very humbled by my delight in her food and when I gave compliment. After a few days passed I asked him if I could maybe purchase some of his wifes food , he laughed and thought it was a joke, then I told him I was serious because I loved Indian food and thought his wifes was phenomenal. Apparenty to him its normal because he likely grew up with that caliber of food. He ended up telling me that I am welcome at his home for dinner anytime and just to let them know so they could make enough. All in all, I think not only the food, but the people and culture of India are something that is special. Glad I have Indian friends who act respectfully.
@Kayla Nguyen - Racist much? You are stereotyping an entire country because "your husband" is from India and knows? Jeez - your comment can just be replicated to any country in the word.

Kurds are a completely seperate and distinct culture. If you live in america you should read the wikipedia page about kudistan. In fact i would say you have a moral responsibility to educate yourself on a nation that was a military ally to your nation in a conflict active during your lifetime. If you want some spoilers, the US doesnt treat them great in the end.
This is Awesome. Look how fast he is.... I love it. i recently just went on a Indian Food Tour and learned how they make naan. But this guy.... is the champ.
This man travels to different catering firms making street food and I have already given my son who will be placing a big order for these naan breads to be frozen as he lives in Brighton. His previous programme was from a market in London
Great video... In india mostly every hotel or road side hotels have such skilled naan makers and many other skilled people who perform things very fast for normal people and that's what we see on daily basis but never wounder how they perform
Great work! Surely great gift for a grey and cold place like London, UK. I am sure it would taste good, however it can't compete with the ambience with you get additional to the food in Lahore, old Delhi, Lucknow, Baghdad, Istanbul, Tehran ect
@Playzone number1 Indians are of many many ethnicity and many languages. Most Indians don't understand other Indian languages except those spoken in their area.
I wish he would raise prices. Not fair to him. Maybe 2 for 1 not 3 for 1. How about 3 for 2? To me, it's just as bad to take advantage as it is to be taken advantage of, if that makes sense. Obviously, these customers are doing nothing wrong paying the man the price he asks, but come on, I want to see this business prosper for all the hard work. I guess I just want everything to be fair, but who am I?
This is what mastery looks like. No wasted movements. No extraneous ingredients. Just pure technique executed perfectly at 100 mph.
This dude is ridiculously skilled! Just slaps the bread around, waves it a few times, then it forms into a perfectly shaped naan bread. Incredible
That's what she said
This bakery is GOLDEN. I love this place
That’s a hard working man,
God bless you
The thing is that for him it is not a hard work anymore. He is so skilled it takes no stress, 5 min flatting dough with a dough roller etc.
Ameen
I had seen his video many times & always feel that it is new. I like his skill.
I too could stand there all day and watch this guy work.
So basically you are lazy

The way you beat the bread....its so satisfying...
Great job and honest living.👏🏻👏🏻
I don’t know there’s something magical about roti making on a tandoor. I just watched the whole video mesmerised. He was just making rotis.🧐
It's not roti. Roti is flatbread with no leavening (yeast). Like lavosh or tortillas.
Those were yeast breads. It's naan, not roti.
quality, skills and still not expensive...Great!!
This is the dark truth of our society where pizza is more expensive than naan
He is Kurdish from Iraq , He is speaking Kurdish . This is Iraqi traditional bread
👍🏼 🙏🏽
mesmerizing
Indian, Kurdish, Chinese, Japanese, etc, Asian bread is amazing and the best! I adore Indian food!
You are from which country
Old fashioned English and French bread is also very very good

this naan is making me hungry even though I just ate whole pizza
3 naans for 1 pound???? Wow. They are def not getting paid enough for the skills and precision they make those naans
They haven't inflated the prices, I stumbled across this place the other day it's ridiculous. It's so fucking good.
And over in the U.S, we pay $3 for 1 naan lol
Good job thanks for sharing
Excellant guy, so fast.
If only I could have some of that bread with humus and falafel omg mashallah
Most professional naan shops around the world and quite a few restaurants in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India are just as fast .
Superb job
