What a great story! Same story with me. Lost everthing in 2006 house, cars with only $5k in my pocket to feed a family of 4. I started my business today in my 2 car garage and yes no debt today. Best way to live.

Appreciate your sharing your story! Many lessons too few have learned. Significant numbers of folks over 55 have no retirement savings; and a significant percentage of retirees are trying to make it on social security payments alone. A lifetime of savings means a life in retirement.

I believe there is a line between Living and saving, I really wish I had done more when I was younger but it's so easy to get caught up in it all. LOL

    Hey Paul,
Thanks for doing that I'm gonna look for the part 2.
You sent me your phone number after I asked how to get in touch with you. I can't believe how fast do you responded thank you.
I'm putting together some questions I have for you I don't want to call and waste your time with chit chat.
I'm 62 and have had some UPS and Downs and I like the comment you made about seeing the finish line.
I will text you 1st to find out when would be a convenient time for you to have me call.
I'm trying to get all the pieces of this chess game in place before I make the big move.
I will call you soon and I look forward to hearing your opinion on things.
Your story and mine are very similar up untill the yacht years.

".......on my own." GOOD for you. Work for yourself and the people who come to you for advice and brokering. Why include some distant middlebossman..........No fun! I love everything you said on this video and I'm watching others you've done, too. You're a really likeable guy, you know that?

No house we live in our boat full time. If we needed a place to stay for a few days we could. And yes I love taking money from the big banks LOL

Was a fan of the channel until I went back and watched this video. So you’re proud of living in your house for two years for “free” while hustling to build capital for your next adventure? Nah dude, lost my respect for you guys, wish you the best but can’t support folks like y’all. Peace out.

Thanks brother sorry you feel that way. But learning from are mistakes is part of life. buying that house was a mistake I didn't have a choice I could not make those payments anymore and lost everything. The thing is every person around me we all lost are houses even the people that had jobs. So I do not feel bad keeping up and maintaining a property while losing everything because of it. Most people trashed the house before they left mine was turned over in perfect shape
