  • Recovering from a sprained ankle can be a dragged out process. Following the RICE technique has some value, however there are some components that can prolong your healing. In this video, I share what has worked for our community, using inflammation as healing, not as a foe. I also share movements I recommend and fascia release techniques that will expedite your healing.

    Love this video!!! So helpful.
    I can attest how much faster sprained ankles heal up when injected with heat, stimulation, and blood flow instead of ice, cold, elevation, and sedentary rest.
    Last sprained ankle took me only 2 days to heal instead of the usual 6 weeks.

    Thank you, Quinn. One question: how many times a week would you recommend someone, who is recovering from an ankle injury, to do this routine?

      You can perform this daily - if that feels it is too much, every second day or a few times per week.
