Say hello to the most luxurious Mercedes V-Class in the WORLD!
Meet the Mercedes VIP Class! It’s been lent to us by Clive Sutton, and Mat’s about to show you around this super luxurious van to find out just what makes it so special.
Step into the back and you’ll find five seats, two of which are super comfortable business-style airplane seats that come covered in diamond quilted leather - the same leather as you’ll find in a Bentley, no less! What’s more, you can choose from 7 different colours of leather, 8 different types of Alcantara, and a choose of 24 different wood veneers for the interior! You’ll also find a find a starlight headliner just like in a Rolls-Royce!
The VIP Class comes with a built-in iPad which is used to control almost everything. You can use it to open the doors and move the seats around. But that’s not all, you can use it to reveal a huge flat-screen TV (with a PlayStation 5 built in!) as well as an actual bar!
The VIP Class is built from a 300d V-Class. This means it comes with the ability to produce 240hp and 500Nm of torque. But of course, having originated as a V-Class it means whoever is in the drivers seat will be greeted the same usual Mercedes infotainment screen and dial layout. But let’s be honest, if you’re the owner of the VIP class, chances are it’s only your chauffeur who will be sat in the front!

The star lights made it look a lot cheaper. Brabus does a really good job at it. The one in this mercedes looks like my neighbor installed it in his garage

These VIP vans are all over Middle East, Turkey and Russia. Many prefer these over business class sedans.

Not suitable for long trips, inconvenient in the city, and definitely a pain for more than two people.
@@16bitart an s class can't seat more than 2 in the back too. And it doesn't come with easy access sliding doors and huge headroom.
This is nice but the custom Sprinters are much nicer and bigger and you can get bathrooms with them too. I looked at some years ago and thinking of getting one next year.

@@shsh-he5qgI own an S class and commercial properties including an apartment building in NYC, the rent from one apartment in my building can pay the monthly payment for a custom Sprinter. Believe it or not some of us have money out there 😂
@@samkelo27No the regular ones with the limo type interior like the one here. The dealership by me carries them occasionally and they are really nice, especially with the bathroom. My neighbor has one. I used to have a motorhome but that’s just so big to take around, the Sprinter does most of what you need it to do for trips. It’s safer to travel in comfort with a Sprinter and just stay in a hotel at night to be honest.

I got a lift in one. Mine was all black interior with massaging seats. New level of comfort but it did get bumpy on small town roads.
I didn't know that the dji pocket can film videos in such a good quality until now

It looks nice and spacious. But the ride quality and noise insulation is still that of a van, not an S-Class.

Very nice interior. Shame it will spend most of its time broken down at the dealers, waiting for parts that are on back order.
doubt it if someone can afford this, they probably have the capability to easily get the spare parts or other things

Why are the door sill plates censored?
It is a older spec used van, if price is considered it should be more reasonable than the asking.
I'd rather spec out the interior of an EQ Sprinter like this. Plus, MB needs a digital rear view mirror camera for when the view out the back is blocked.

The boot is an ok size for a couple of suitcases, add a Roof Box and you've got your perfect car for driving to europe for ski trips.

Did anyone besides me noticed the death room if your rear ended while the rear chair is fully reclined. Looks scary to actually nap that close to the rear with head facing the trauma 😮

I love carwow, but I have very mixed feelings after watching this video:
1. It definitely looks like a paid promotion which I haven’t heard Matt say that (did i miss it?).
2. The fact that the light controls have messed up names might look negligible to many, but for me it just shows that the manufacturer has zero attention to details. If they didn’t fix such a small issue, imagine what other stuff they could mess up in the car.
I hope carwow will put a disclaimer for all the future paid promotions.
