One night me and my brother found a shiny barboach, my brother’s favorite Pokémon. We went crazy but we kept our composure cause everyone else was asleep
My favorite and most relatable shiny encounter was at 9:35, sometimes when I encounter shinnies, I am super careful at my surroundings, because anything can ruin the catch. Siblings, internet cuts which I have frequently (darn Lebanon), and parental controls. When I see a shiny, I always make sure I am 100% careful at all times.
I felt the pain during alolan vulpix hunt...and I was just watching the recap...what more when you actually have to do the 3K+ hatches... Lol Great job doing what you love everyday.
I just randomly got a shiny Cubchoo in Sword the other day! I was just randomly walking around not even looking for it and I bumped into it! Glad to see you got one too
Aegislash has been my most favorite and main pokemon since when gen 6 came out, but when its shiny, i just love it even more and your videos and good luck with your shiny dex :)
My thoughts on the ponyta are it was completely legit, but whoever traded it to you already knew it was shiny, because they had prehatched their eggs, and intentionally traded it to you.
@@meccamater9798 Say an egg takes 10000 steps in order to hatch it. You save after walking around 9500 steps, then proceed to hatch the egg. Since the stats of the egg are predetermined from when you receive the egg, once you hatch it, it will either be shiny 100% of the time, or not shiny 100% of the time. So if you soft reset after hatching the egg without saving, you already know everything about the pokemon that will come out of the egg. IVs, egg moves, shininess, etc
And then you see shinies like Hippowdon that are literally the same. Like why can't they put that same amount of effort into other ones, like they do with Honedge
Was hunting for Grimmsnarl and finally got it yesterday (947 eggs). Today sat down to start hunting Politoed and was hatching the leftover eggs I had and egg 61 gave me another shiny Impidimp xD. Watching a montage gave me more luck xD

I was hunting for a shiny scorbunny while watching this video, then when adrive has it on last egg, mine was hatched shiny as well.. i almost cried out of excitement! When he was shiny hunting for the hidden abilities for the starters I got my first shiny sobble with its hidden ability the same day when the hidden ability scorbunny video was released! Thanks adrive for the luck👍
2:08 So im sitting here doing my own shiny hunting (or at least trying to, collecting eggs yk) and I joined a raid just for fun while I wait. Its a scyther so it's a rather cool Pokemon too. It turns out be shiny, I have red lights in my room so it was hard to tell and since the scene is red i was like "Theres no way it's shiny" Im so shocked rn
i feel so bad for anyone who had to do the kind of thing he did with the Vulpix now lol. Now, instead of trying to breed over and over for hidden ability you can just get the ability patch if you have the DLC

How do you pre hatch eggs?
