Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
Season with salt and black pepper
2 tbsp butter
60 g (1/2 cup) all purpose flour
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
1 tbsp honey or 2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp soy sauce
jump onion

@@m.a.a.d9275 If you find it too sweet for your liking, keep in mind the purposes the honey serves in the recipe and you can make substitutions fairly easily. It's a very viscous and sugary substance so it thickens the pan sauce into a glaze. You could get a similar result by making a pan sauce of your choosing (wine, stock, another kind of sauce like barbecue even) and adding a small amount of cornstarch slurry to it to thicken it and continuing to reduce it to the consistency you see in the video.
Ethan Chlebowski made a video on pan sauces that I think is a good place to get some quick ideas and visual representations.
