Looks awesome. For those who don't have time to cut up the ingredients they can be purchased already prepared in most grocery stores. My wife has prepared many variations of this. One is enough for me. Sometimes she makes it all vegetarian. She doesn't put it in the oven as we don't like our eggs hard like that.
