Bake at 380°F/190°C for 1 hour
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
2 tomatoes (optional)
Parsley (optional)
1/2 tsp salt

Then right after praying you say Today is a fantastic day,Today is a wonderful day,Today is a blessed day,Today is a productive day,Today is a money making day. Even if you don't feel good just say these words,even if you don't have a job just say these words. Don't say it's going to be a good day, because is going to be will never come ,you are asking for future happiness instead of right now. Everything we do should be referenced as now never going to be. Take long walks and enjoy nature and stretch every morning. As you say these words God uses the universe to align you with only good things your way. Also when taking a shower let water run down from head to toe and say I wash away all the stress ,I wash away all the negativity, I bless myself with good health and good energy. Do this everyday as many times as you remember. Stay blessed and only good things are within you.
Keeping traditional values alive 🙏 I grew up with my grandparents who lived through the depression and my Grandfather fought for peace and freedom in WW2.. I learned a lot and we had family meals together everyday… my grandmother cooked like you do we all need to get back to that instead of ordering food From Door Dash and eating alone while we’re on our phones ignoring precious time with special people. 🙏 thank you for the video God bless you
