6 chicken drumsticks
4 chicken thighs
Season with salt and black pepper
4 tbsp unsalted butter
300g / 10oz. White mushrooms
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
4 thyme sprigs or 1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 tbsp Flour
120ml / 1/2 cup white wine
and 700ml / 3 cups chicken stock
Add 160ml / 2/3 cup heavy cream

1 onion

3 cups/100g fresh baby spinach

Quick, easy and very delicious chicken dinner!
Weeknight cooking doesn't get any easier than this endlessly adaptable five-ingredient, 30-minute chicken curry recipe. And dinner is served! This recipe lends itself to experimentation, so change it up. Be generous with spices. Instead of chicken, you can try shrimp, turkey, firm fish or tofu.
Ingredients:
2-3 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 large onion
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 tsp curry powder
1 can unsweetened coconut milk (1½ to 2 cups)
1 peeled tomato, seeded and diced tomato (canned is fine; cut up and drain before using)
Basil or mint for garnish (optional)
1 cup Jasmine Rice
350ml (1 1/2 cup) water
Salt
1 tbsp butter

No hablo tu idioma, pero con la traduccion y el video es completo.
